I was in a time crunch to complete a personal motorcycle project to be able to make it to a big, national race. I needed the frame powder coated within two weeks in order to have time for final assembly. Their normal lead time is at least three weeks. I asked Savannah if I could pay extra for a rush job. She responded quickly and told me they could do it in two weeks for a small upcharge. The extra fee I paid was very fair. It was ready in 13 days! The final product was incredibly smooth and perfect. Had 3 decorative patio lanterns that had a few paint chips .I sanded and repainted ,but didn't last long before chipping started again. Took them to Highpoint to get sandblasted so i could repaint again. . The price to sandblast all 3 plus painting was too good to pass up. These lanterns were expensive ,so I wanted to salvage them if i could. They said 3 weeks and had them done in 2 weeks. Look like brand new. Employees i met were all polite,helpful and easy to work with. Assuming the paint chips don't return, I am more than satisfied. read more

I wouldn't recommend going here from my experience. I thought I was in good hands and thought they knew how to powder coat. I had my cage,front bumper, rear bumper, and beadlock rings sent in to get a certain color from Prismatic Powders that I chose. I asked them if they are able to achieve this color and they said yes. So I waited 6 weeks for them to finish. I assembled everything back on my rzr, took it for one ride, then came home to wash it with my electric power washer (2k psi). The electric power washer started making the powder coat chip off. I took it back up to the shop and the manager said he would take care of it and it wasn't correctly done. After them having all the stuff for another 24 days. Dropped it off 08/14 and was supposed to pick everything up on 08/26, it got pushed to 09/09. They never answer your phone calls, and do not give you any updates while they have your items. When I arrived to pick everything up, they helped me load everything. I came home to show my wife, she had noticed that the cage was a different color (darker) than the bumpers and beadlocks. Some areas where very blemished where the base coat was showing through the top coat. Seems like they needed to have more top coat applied, orange peel everywhere. So I took everything back to the shop and spoke with the manager. The first words that he said "Im not fixing it, I have too much work going on, and I will not fix it". The manager knew he did a terrible job and admitted that it wasn't good, and knew that it was incorrect to roll out of his shop like that, and blatantly did not care. The customer service is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. And this shop can not do custom powder coating correctly. Save your money, and take your items elsewhere. read more
