When it came time for the roof to be replaced, it took about 2 full days to complete, which is what would be expected for a rather complex project like ours. The crew were very hard workers and did not cut corners. He was respectful and detail oriented with us and made sure we understood the full picture of what needed to be mitigated. Then to actually get them out to fix it took forever. During this time they were asking for payment and threatening putting alien on our house.
