I also requested the bracelet to be re-sized and he was able to get it done for me within 30 mins, given it was not as busy today (Friday 2pm). The place is VERY spacious and well-maintained. I honestly didn't even want to leave a review, but after being completely ignored by Highline Jewelry, people deserve to know how they treat potential customers. I originally called because I wanted a custom pendant and chain made. I was transferred to Shawn, who asked me a bunch of questions and followed up through text. I sent over a detailed AI-generated concept image along with specs so they'd have a clear understanding of exactly what I wanted. After that? Complete silence. I followed up myself asking for updates, only to get more questions about the chain, which I answered immediately. Still no response. I called again and kept getting the same runaround "we'll get back to you." Days passed and nobody did. Eventually I got passed to someone named AC, who repeated the exact same process Shawn already did. Asked for all the same details, acted interested, and told me he'd get back to me with a quote within a couple of days. As of today, they STILL have not reached back out. The last communication I received was AC saying he'd send pricing and then nothing. What's crazy is I was fully prepared to spend well over $10,000 on a custom piece, yet they treated me like I was wasting their time. Apparently unless you're a celebrity or influencer, customer service doesn't exist here. If this is how they handle serious buyers trying to spend five figures, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. At the bare minimum, have the decency to communicate with people instead of wasting their time for weeks. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for custom jewelry. read more

I honestly HATE leaving bad reviews but this places needs one and customers need to be warned. So I bought my diamond cuban from zenas jewlery one year ago. Bought it for 14,500 was think about trading for a rolex. My jewler has a machine for lab testing it was show to me all the diamonds are blue meaning NATURAL diamond. When I go to highline he told me it was a lab diamond chain and would only give me what the gold is worth which was 7800. Then tired selling me a short link date just for over market price. I obviously leave and go to 2 other jewelry shores and both had 3 diamonds that were lab out over 1000 stones. It turned red in the machine highline jewlery put lab stones when they took my chain to the back. the store is filled with weak scamming salesman. Don't shop there go to Ralph's in Sacramento or Zenas jewlery they are honest at those stores read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a diamond Cuban bracelet 14k gold from here a few years ago (3 years.) I recently offloaded some jewelry and upon having the bracelet tested by a gold and diamond expert (not a mall store) we found that the "diamonds" used in the bracelet were not actually diamonds but moissanite gems. I get this is a mall store, and most of the clientele buy for the sake of "flexing" and don't normally invest in fine jewelry. But if you are someone looking for actual diamond and good gold, I recommend not buying here. Thankfully I was able to get the gold price and paid for the diamonds that were real so I can't complain on getting my money back. But I'd never purchase from this place again. Amazing, professional and delicate work the store had done to my 21kr golden set. The value to fix my set was fit for what I had expected. I also was able to get the service rushed and get my gold at the same day. The store is nice and has variety of jewelry but none I took interest in as I am a person who would wear middle eastern type of gold. I was very happy with everything they have done to please me but I was heartbroken when I learned that they may very well move out of the mall to a different location that is far from my home. omg they have a variety of custom jewelry. but honestly to say it was so hard to get help. I know it was black Friday but when we wen inside there was not even enough sales associate to the amount of customers inside. I went in knowing what i wanted to see, the salees associate said ok go to the other side, and when i asked for a st. christopher pendant he shows me jesus. i looked up a picture to show him and he said um no. But i called 2 hours before asking if they had those pendants/amulet. the person on the phone said dont worry we have alot just come in. Then i asked the same sales associate can i get a pin to take my sim card out. he kept saying what what. then he hands me a pen and paper. Then my friend asks another guy can i have the pin right behind you, and he understood everything we were talking about. Then i asked to see a chain 24" length, 5mm to 6mm 18k yellow gold he then asks whats the weight. At that point i need to see what you have before i can decide on a weight and pricing.
