Oh my gosh......what a blast. Tucked in the mountains of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley with views for miles. My wife and I booked the moonlight zipline and were treated to a full moon! Spence, Brad and Sam are an incredible team and we couldnt stop laughing. We did karaoke on the ride up the mountain which broke the ice for all of us.....although Brad needs to work on his singing voice . We did the Adventure Course two hours before the zip-line for the full adventure. We would recommend Highline to any and all. We have a membership for the ropes course and have been 3 times so far. Once the staff teach you how to use your harness, you're free to just go off on your own, we like that. When my $300 pocket knife fell out, the staff found it and held it for me until we returned - almost 4 weeks later. It's a great way to get a little exercise, 40feet up next to hawks and zip-liners. We got a Groupon for 2 hours of the ropes course. Went online and booked using the Groupon code, very easy to do. When we got there for check in, the staff was friendly and efficient. The guides took our group up to the course and explained everything in detail. My 10 year old son said he wanted to do it but when he got up there, the height scared him. He had a hard time getting through the lower course, but a guide was there to help him through it. After a bit, he started to enjoy the activity and the whole family had a great time! read more

We had a blast! The staff was OUTSTANDING and we all know true customer service and engaging crew is almost nonexistent these days. The views and zipping were amazing. My youngest was bummed he couldn't zip line because he was a little to small. So we hit their ropes course. He needed a little more help them most and his guides were so kind to him and cheered him in. One of the gyros even took my phone and snapped photos for me. If you're anywhere near the Santa Ynez valley and you're looking for a fun outing. Look no further. Highline adventures provides zip lining, hiking trails and a climbing course the whole family can enjoy. My wife and I went today for the second time since they opened in July of 2023. The best part about the park is the staff. Cody helped us don our harness and Brad drove us up to the top of the trail head in an open bed Humvee. Admission includes three different zip lines with breath taking views from Lake Cachuma to the Santa Ynez valley. The staff double and triple checks that your harness and safety line are correctly fastened and off you go. It's like you're flying through the canyon. Highline adventures is a 30 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara and less than five minutes off the 101 freeway in Buelton. After you go zip lining, you can go visit the ostrich farm which is right next door to the park, or go have lunch and walk around the danish city of Solvang. read more

I have planned a short mother daughter trip to Solvang and came across this great activity, my daughter is almost 8 and was not in the weight limit to go on the zip line so we have done the adventure course. we are both very adventurous so it was 2 hours of 100% fun ! would recommend it to any family who likes a great adventure ! Very fun, the ziplines are fun to do once or twice (fairly expensive) but the adventure trek is quite a lot of fun. The guides are patient and helpful and there are multiple difficulty level courses.
