Ty Manning went above and beyond suppling USAA with all the information they were requesting. He sent countless emails and hours on the phone with them. We have 2 dogs and appreciated the effort to ensure no stray nails were left on the ground. We even checked the area each night and did not find a single nail left on the ground. Huge thank you to Ty and all the guys at Winterproof Roofing for a pleasant experience and a beautiful new roof.

Sheldon provided a bid that felt fair and reasonable, which gave us confidence moving forward. The crew was professional, courteous, and consistently friendly throughout the entire process. Their energy and attention to detail really stood out. We had an ongoing issue with ice buildup on our roof that would lead to leaks in our kitchen each winter. Sheldon took the time to understand the problem and developed a plan to address it. For the first time in years, we didn't have to shovel the roof, and the ice buildup and leaks were completely resolved. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would confidently recommend Reds Roofing & Renovations to others.

After I contacted them, George, the owner came to our house within an hour or so and on the same day! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He found and diagnosed the leak within minutes. He said he would work up an estimate and get back to us. George got back with us the same day and with a very fair estimate. He let us know his crew would be available in a week or so. His crew showed up within a week. They were very polite and went to work right away. The crew found some other serious issues along the way and were able to repair those as well. They were able to match the existing shingles so the roof looks like the repair never happened. They completed the entire job that same day! This is a Great Business.

Excellent work, fantastic customer service, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!…read more About a year after purchasing my home, I discovered that a huge section of my roof was rotten, so called around to get some quotes. This was peak busy season and it didn't look like anyone would be able to get to my roof before winter. George came out to have a look and get me a quote, and somehow managed to fit me in 6 weeks ahead of schedule, and well before I had to worry about snow load. His team also diagnosed and corrected the issue that created the rot so it won't happen again. A few months later, a different section of roof developed an intermittent condensation leak and George made a few after-hours/short-notice trips to my house to see where the issue was and do some problem-solving. His team installed a vent (at no cost!) and all seems well now.

08/14/22 around 7pm…read more Driver of Action Roofing Services truck honked, swerved at and threatened me, all while yelling obscenities out his window at me while riding my bike. This occurred this evening as I was sitting at a red light on Spenard heading south, with one block to go before I was making a lefthand turn at the next block. I am on an e-bike, I wait to watch the light turn yellow, look left across Northern Lights, and with it being completely clear, I take off as the light is turning green (we're talking probably literally a second) as to give some space on the car behind me (NOT the Action Roofing truck - he was to my right and behind). I do this so that I can get up to speed for the car behind me and so that I can make my turn safely. I hear a honk behind me and think not much of it when the driver of an Action Roofing Services truck pulls up next to me honking, yet again, swerving towards me, all while yelling obscenities about how cyclists must follow the same rules of the road. My favorite line of his was that he told me he'd run me over with his truck. WTF? If you generally care about humans, being kind to one another, and have the slightest hint of empathy for cyclists, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for roofing services. Update - With a pretty simple search of the web, this was absolutely the owner of Action Roofing Services, Doug Simpson. As a friendly reminder to all, don't be a jerk while driving a branded vehicle.
