Heidi taught my 4 year-old *excitable* boy his manners (he always says please, thank you, excuse me, bless you etc) and he picks up his toys. This is a direct reflection of her guidance. Most impressively, he knows how to write the alphabet in upper case, and is working on lower case, and can write his full name. He has been excelling in his numbers too -- he can write 0-100 and can count to two hundred (ask me how I know :D ). He can even skip count his twos, 5s, and 10s. Heidi alone taught him all this. He is genuinely excited to learn things thanks to her method. For my 19 month-old, his speech has been accelerating and he always has a smile on his face. To me, this means that he feels a secure attachment to her, because she is in fact the kindest woman. Heidi is a good person and a great teacher that I trust with my most valuable, priceless assets - my two kids! I am so grateful to have found her. I tried the other larger child care facilities (Kindercare and Immanuel) and I never got feedback on how my boy was doing, what he was working on, areas for improvement, nothing. I just had to drop him off at the front desk and never met the teachers. Heidi is the opposite. If you have a concern, or just want to chat about your kiddo, she always takes the time to share.

We could not be more pleased with the care, and our son loves it so much that there are days he does not want to leave! He knows the alphabet, can count objects and trace letters and numbers. He has learned colors, shapes and songs. He is now able to also identify written numbers up to 10 and can intermittently identify all written letters of the alphabet. He can verbally spell his name. My son is autistic and they knew this from day 1 . If they didn't have the capabilities to care for him they should have said this from the begining. I dropped off my son this morning and my 5 year old was throwing a tantrum due to his autism , the lady at the reception came around and raised her voice at him in front of me and said "we are not doing this today , you are gonna get inside !! Because of you someone is out and we are short people" (I'm not going to deny the fact that my 5 year old threw a tantrum during their care and kicked someone . keep in mind this is a full adult raising their voice at a 5 year old with autism , i no longer felt comfortable how this lady spoke to my son directly in front of me , it sucks to say that if she felt comfortable raising her voice at my child in front of me I wonder what they do when parents aren't around !!! I demanded a full refund for my week paid in advance and do not recomend them at all . They provide services in a church mabey the ladies there need to seek guidance from the lord them selves the church is in their walking distance they should seek help with their attitude towards children with autism. My mother entered and saw my daughter in the corner of the room being bothered by another student. Meanwhile 1 teacher looking after 3 classes put together into 1 class. Sitting in a corner. Spaced out not even interested in actually doing her job. The older white lady that's in charge fled out her office very aggressively yelling at my mother. If In a child care facility the person who is in charge is not capable of approaching someone to handle a situation properly then unfortunately the place should shut down . Lack of safety for the children. ANYONE CAN WALK IN. The front office is an absolute mess. It is not clean. There's a trapped smell that is very unpleasant. My daughter didn't last 3 months there. & it's very unfortunate that people have no other option because they work full time.

I had no problem leaving my princess there everyday because I knew she was in good hands. Today was the last day of her school. It was an emotional day for me as well as the teachers. I just want Mrs. Bareera and Ms. Prado to know that how much thankful I am for their love and support for my daughter, Inaya, during the school year.
