I've truly loved living here since 2019, and it's been great to see all of the improvements and renovations continuing to be made throughout the community. The leasing office has also become incredibly responsive, and the team is always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. The whole team made the entire transfer process smooth and stress-free, and were always available to answer my questions and help with anything I needed along the way. My husband and I have lived at the Highgate since March of 2018 and even after 8 1/2 years, couldn't be happier. This is the best location in the DMV with easy access to the beltway, 66, the GW Parkway, Dulles Toll Road, and downtown DC. The apartments in this building are spacious with large windows, lots of light, and upscale window treatments...no flimsy see-through blinds at the Highgate. The building onsite management, maintenance, and cleaning staff are superb. Everyone is friendly, approachable, extremely helpful, and very competent. Problems and concerns are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. The community manager, Ezra Mizrachy, is more than willing to work with residents on rent increases and apartment updates so that you feel you're at home, not just in an anonymous rental. Though some services have changed during the years we've lived here, things are always being improved upon with the comfort and lifestyle of residents in mind. Kudos to both Erza and assistant manager, Gabriella Orellana, for making the Highgate a wonderful and inviting community. read more

For similar rent, there are plenty of better choices, more new buildings within the vicinity of Highgate. The building have gone downhill the past year under new management. Public areas are the only areas that they focus on for showing to visitors. Tenants car speeded in garage. Children yelled, kicked balls, rode bike and electric scooter in public areas, recreation room, hallways. Dogs barked at all hours. The wall, doors are chipped, marks needed new paint. Carpets are old and often have trash, debris. Some hallways needed additional lighting. Balcony with chipped wood, cover algae but management would not power wash Maintenance services team sometimes took days to respond. Management does not care to fix issues, damages within the tenant units. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Living here has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning. The management is completely unresponsive--calling, emailing, even pleading doesn't get you anywhere. Maintenance requests take weeks, if they even happen at all, and it feels like no one cares. The building is falling apart, the walls are paper-thin, and the neighbors are loud all the time. On top of that, the constant barking of dogs makes it impossible to find any peace. On top of everything else, a lot of units in this building have serious water leakage problems. I can't stress this enough--please think twice before moving here. If you want a stable, safe, and livable apartment, this is not the place. Living here has been stressful, disappointing, and completely exhausting!!! read more

Horrible and overpriced. The appliances are 20 years old, and don't even bother calling maintenance; they just walk in. You hear everybody all the time with paper-thin walls, and management doesn't really care. Kettler should not have promoted the new property manager. He was not a community to begin with. The new community manager is does not have the personality for a "community" manager. Both are cold, ignore tenants comments/ inquiries/requests (don't even greet anyone crossing them in the lobby or hallway). The building and services have physically gone downhill the last 2, 3 months. Staff ignored report of broken coffee machine, dirty public area, dog poops in the hallways. Many tenants have made the same negative comments, but no improvements. The negatives have drawn tenants away. read more

Originally, I would have given the place at least 4 stars the first month I moved in. However, overall experience continues to keep going downhill. First, they originally advertised a receptionist. Someone would be present and able to help for 10-12 hours out of the day. I believe the times were initially from 7/8am to 8pm. This was reduced to a 9am to 5pm schedule. Now there is no one there...so unless you are lucky enough to catch someone from the leasing office free. Have fun waiting to be helped. Second, there is always construction...ALWAYS. One of the nice things about the place was the free parking spaces for family or friends to come visit. This was important for me when I started looking for a place. However, with all the construction that takes place, you will be lucky to find one spot. Third, no sense of urgency or priorities. When we moved in there was a loading dock on the side of the building with access to an elevator. The elevator on that side of the building has been down for months!! SINCE SEPTEMBER!! I would advise that you do not move in if you are looking at any rooms not on the first floor. Lastly, the walls between the floors are very thin. This isn't a deal breaker and comes with apartment/condo living, but keep that in mind before moving in. read more

After 2+ years, I am overall very disappointed with this building and especially the management. I do not recommend living here under any circumstances. This building has the thinnest walls you will ever come by; you can hear every move your neighbors make, every car that passes, even conversations from people walking outside- and unfortunately, there's NOTHING that can be done to improve that. Quality sleep or peace is not possible here. I've never been so consistently sleep-deprived in my life. I wear my noise cancelling headphones all day long. The management is very hard to get a hold of; especially since they got rid of the receptionist area. It's now just the leasing office and they might eventually respond to concerns with a general "we'll look into it" statement and then disappear, even though they say they will keep you updated. They often ignore or dismiss issues, leaving residents feeling helpless. It feels very apathetic and blatantly unprofessional. The attitude that radiates from the leasing office is that they don't live here, so they don't care about the quality of life of the residents. Something is always broken or under construction and takes weeks to months to fix- the elevators, the screeching garage gate, the trash chutes, the balconies. The construction has taken up at least a dozen free parking spots for months on end. I pay a total of $2300 a month for the worst living experience of my life. I am leaving this building mentally and physically exhausted, feeling scammed, ignored, and taken advantage of. Save yourself the trauma and don't live here. read more

I rented an air BNB here for 4 months, so I can't comment on the (original) pricing or the maintenance; just everything else. I rented a loft on the first floor and absolutely loved the apartment itself. VERY spacious for a one bedroom, and with a dog, it was really nice having 2 doors to the outside (one to the street, and one to the inside of the building). You were able to get from your apartment to the parking garage without entering the elements (all covered). 24 hour concierge to help you with whatever you may need, including picking up (and storing) packages. They were extremely helpful during my stay. The building itself is beautiful, big lobby, nice pool and locker room/restroom, well-kept gym, doggy washing station, outdoor grills and a fire pit. The downfalls are all follows: parking is difficult around the building (if you have someone come visit, spots are usually taken). I lived right next to the dog park as well, and found it to 1. Have VERY aggressive dogs (don't bring your dog after 5 pm, that night crew is NOT in control of their dogs) 2. VERY loud (large groups are out there well after midnight, and begin to arrive by 6 am, and you WILL hear the barking if you live close to the area). Lots of construction in the area as well, I ended up with a nail in my tire. Also, there are 2 entrances to the parking garage. One entrance has been "out of order" for months now (I feel like they've had plenty of time to fix it; but have yet to see anyone working on it. Huge inconvenience). And lastly, my neighbors were extremely loud. Blaring music well into the night and the following morning (on week nights), and I had to report them several times to be able to sleep. Pros and cons to any apartment, I did really enjoy the apartment itself and the setup (very aesthetically pleasing, with huge windows allowing plenty of sunlight in). I also enjoyed the location- you are close to everything in Tyson's Corner (multiple grocery stores, an awesome new rooftop bar in the Perch), multiple shopping centers and malls, and the highways. I've been living here since September 2018 - If you want an apartment where you can invite friends over, this is not the apartment complex for you. There is absolutely no place to find parking especially on a Friday or Saturday night. Your friends end up parking in the parking lot nearby and they get towed for $200. There is no free parking for your guests anywhere anytime which is pretty ridiculous! I live on the first floor so noise above isn't an issue. Noise OUTSIDE however.. there is a trash car that comes by and makes EXTREMELY LOUD noises EVERY MORNING 6:30am EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY- EXACTLY 6:30am, so if you plan on waking up at that time anyways, then whatever no harm but if the reason why you decided to live in Tyson's closer to work is so you can wake up around 7-7:30am then this is NOT the apartment complex for you. We've been having a shower leak issue since the first day we moved in. After you take a shower, there's a HUGE puddle of water right outside the shower. We had maintenance come in to fix it but they said there isn't much they can do about it since the root of the cause is just poor design. So you wanted a lovely apartment that looked really nice and bougie? Well you can't ever have friends over unless you want them to pay $200 towing every time (WHICH IS ALSO SUPER EMBARRASSING..), you're forced to wake up at 6:30am every MWF, and there are some design issues you'll have to face. UPDATED REVIEW 12/16/2018: Noise level is still horrendous, but even worse we had a leaking sprinkler head that maintenance refused to address after hours or even the entire weekend because it's not an emergency until it starts flooding. Meanwhile, we get the pleasure of tending to a bucket two nights in a row, canceling plans to have friends over, not even being able to use our living room, and crossing our fingers that this thing doesn't burst. Keep in mind that this building is only a couple years old yet so poorly constructed. Save yourselves the trouble and don't move here. Aesthetics only go so far and management is only on your side until you sign the lease. Also in case management censors pictures on here, FYI we have to throw out our futon because of the severity of water damage from the leak. UPDATED REVIEW 12/20/2018: Keeping the futon, but getting management to take responsibility for cleaning it has been like pulling teeth. First, the property manager Steven told us he would give us the cleaning supplies to do it ourselves. After we requested cleaning services, maintenance made a rude comment that "water evaporates," which is like saying that you don't have to wash a shirt after it soaks in dirty mop water because it'll dry out anyway. Don't let the appearance of the lobby or unit you're touring fool you, there are so many issues that have made me fed up - especially considering how expensive it is to live here. Only thing I think is nice about this place is how friendly the front desk staff is. Other than that the leasing office folk completely ignore you, no matter how many times you email, call, leave messages with the front desk - nothing. silence. You'd think with how many people there are they'd be more responsive. The walls are thin, people are always letting their front doors go instead of closing them gently so they slam at every hour- even at night. There are always bags of trash in the trash room when the shoot is literally right there. You can find a puddle of dog piss at the back entrance anytime you go out. During the summer you can't stand to open your windows because the smell of dog feces coming from the dog park and trash cans combined with the heat of the summer make it unbearable. Not to mention the multiple break-ins to people's cars in the garage. Oh and the gym? You can find people playing music using their beats speakers, not putting things back, as well as children, yes children, accompanying their parents to the gym - hanging and playing on the equipment. Please take these things into consideration and actually look around thoroughly before renting - I was rushed during my tour so I was definitely unaware of these things until I moved in. read more

Updating my review as this place has been going extremely downhill. - noise: it is almost unbearable. Parties on weeknights and weekends that go until 4am. Drunk people leaving after a party and talking as loud as they can. Couples fighting in their apartments (one couple got into a glass throwing fight in the hallway while another couple had to have the police called on them for domestic violence at the same time). Dogs barking starting at 6am. Numerous emails have gone out asking residents to respect the noise ordinance rule, however no one listens or seems to care. My sleep has been affected and it isn't fair considering what we pay per month. We now deal with noise ourselves. We have called Fairfax police numerous times at 2am because people were yelling on balconies and they have not shown up. The other day someone had a party on a Wednesday night. They decided to break into the pool and go for a swim at 3:30am. - residents: they offer low income housing. So that is bringing in some people that don't belong and are causing issues. - concierge: they cut back hours on concierge. Noise ordinance starts at 10pm, which is when concierge goes home. So if you need to complain about a noise you have to call the Fairfax police. They also managed to lose my package from Nordstrom, which contained a lot of important wedding items that were sold out, so I was unable to re-order. When I brought the issue up to the property manager, he suggested that I file a police report as it wasn't their problem. - common areas: very dirty. I think they may have gotten rid of their cleaning crew. The dog washing room is disgusting. Hair everywhere, stinky, and the washing tubs are dirty. The party room is so disrespected. Most people don't clean up after themselves and there are numerous things broken. They had to close the pool indefinitely because people broke glass and got it into the pool. - parking garage: people park in your spot or just park in the middle of the garage. They say they tow, but I have never seen them do it. - onsite gym: equipment is constantly breaking or is not put back properly. The lat pull-down cable broke and they rigged it so you can still use it, but it is just a matter of time before it breaks again. - elevators: there are two back elevators and one keeps breaking. It was broken for almost 3 months before it was finally repaired. This caused a huge issue for dog owners because the other elevator was reserved at least 50% of the time for people moving in. So we had to use the stairs, which have pet feces in them now due to the pets who aren't potty trained. - communication: the communication has slowly been getting better but it is not up to what it should be. For example, we did not get an update about the broken elevator for about a month. Summary: we are so fed up with this place. We can't wait for our lease to end in February. read more

I recently moved into the Highgate and have had an exceptional experience! The leasing agent, Innocent is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodative. I moved to this wonderful community during quarantine, and Innocent made the entire move-in process a breeze! Not only did Innocent respond to any issues/requests I had in a timely manner, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. He is truly the heart and soul of the Highgate! I recommend anyone considering the Highgate to ask for Innocent. Hands down the best leasing agent I have worked with!!! TLDR; My bf & I signed a lease at Highgate for 15 months and recently moved out. Initially, the property manager & assistant property manager we worked with were great & part of the reason we decided to sign (they're no longer there). It was a brand new complex so we were among the first 20 residents to move in. In the 15 months we lived there, the complex went through 4 property managers. Location: Perfect location away from the daily tysons craziness. Rush hour after work gets a little backed up and turning into the property can be a challenge sometimes since people like to block the street. Management: it has somewhat improved I'd say. The managers in between were not helpful and not professional at all - they really went through a rough patch. The newest one has not had a lot of interaction with the community and you'll rarely get any email notifications. The only change I've noticed is they started charging for random things. Building: Poorly constructed but well decorated (By Z Gallerie!). It is wood construction so you can definitely hear your neighbors upstairs & both sides. It is aesthetically pleasing. Our unit: The cabinetry when we moved in, already had all sorts of cracks and scuffs (should've taken that as a sign). The appliances are cheap quality (Frigidaire). Our washer and dryer were beyond noisey and I felt like it might blow up from it being so loud. Our ceiling had to be fixed 3x within a year due to some kind of water leakage? They still can't figure out where it's coming from. One time when the construction people fixed it, they didn't clean up and my living room was covered in wall debris and dirt. Someone decided it was okay to remove the tarp (that Marcel from maintenance covered himself for us) covering our brand new 75" tv so that was dirty as well. Thankfully Marcel was on it and came back to clean up after the inconsiderate construction crew. The balcony is poorly constructed as well. It doesn't take weathering very well. All the rain and weather changes outside ruined the wood boards. Aside from those negatives, I did like that there's plenty of storage and cabinets. The sunlight and windows were great. I was a fan of the beautiful granite counter tops and enormous kitchen island. Amenities: The lobby area is beautiful with all the decor. The gym is visually appealing and has a decent amount of equipment although they tend to break. The dog park is a great size and there's usually other pups out there. It took about a year and a lot of complaints for the double gate to get there. It used to just be one gate, whoever decided/designed it clearly didn't own a dog or have ever been to a dog park. To be honest, not sure what the amenity fee pays for. Clearly not up-keeping any of it. The dog spa always reeked and half the grills don't work. Parking: The assigned parking is great if you can find a spot you want. They used to have free visitor parking in the garage but some residents took advantage of that and parked there too long so now they charge $10/night. Funny because I don't remember any communication going out about that until one day I tried to get one for my friend. Visitor parking on the street is a joke since most of the residents park out there and management keeps saying parking at the empty lot in the business building next door will tow. So, where are my guests supposed to park?? Overall, aesthetics are nice. Amenities could be improved. Management is somewhat better. Quality is terrible. We didn't renew our lease. I want to preface this by saying I'm not really sure why people leave ridiculous and completely untrue reviews. I was in no way asked to write a review, but I feel like I need to after getting curious and looking up the building on yelp. My friend and I moved in on February first, so we have lived here for about 3 months now and we love it. Prior to even signing a lease, we met and spoke with Jillian on multiple occasions. I personally called her a million times prior to signing or moving in and she was always kind and answered all my questions. The front desk staff are all very kind and helpful - if they don't know an answer to something they are honest and tell you they are unsure. The Apartment: Beautiful apartment with beautiful furnishings. We have put in a few maintenance requests here and there - everything was fixed the same day I put in requests. My apartment overlooks the courtyard and while during the day you can sometimes hear people outside, it's nothing annoying or excessive. I can, at time, hear my neighbors next door and above me but again it's nothing excessive. We live in an apartment so it is naive to think that you will be living in absolute silence 24/7! We recently had a birthday party and prior to the event I let all my neighbors know and gave them our phone number in case we disturbed them, but everything went smoothly with no problems! I've heard some parties (less than a handful over the past 3 months) but everyone has respected lowering the noise by midnight. As for parking, it can be frustrating at times for guests but if you TALK to the front desk they will suggest options such as parking across the street - it really isn't a big deal and no one will tow your car if you actually take the time to figure out what the best options are. If you lived in a house in a residential neighborhood your guests would have to park somewhere on a street and walk to your home - this is no different and really not complicated at all. The Parking Garage: While the price of parking is a bit high ($100 for a covered spot), I've never had a problem. My only issues is people driving to fast in the garage but that's not anything the building can control, that's all on individuals. Overall, I have loved living here so far. The location is amazing and the highgate team has been nothing less than kind and helpful. You can't expect to move into an apartment building in a busy and growing city and demand to live in silence and perfection 24/7. That's unreasonable for any sort of home. I'm pretty high maintenance and I would honestly recommend this place to anyone. (I'll come back and update in a few months if anything changes, but I expect that I'll continue to be happy with what I'm paying for.) read more

Paper thin walls AND ceilings so you hear everything from all the neighbors next to you and above you at any time of the day. You also hear noise from outside the building; cars driving, people talking, car alarms, etc. Management is very slow at returning emails or phone calls. The building itself is made of very cheap material, and it shows because things are falling apart one by one. There are pieces of glass on the sidewalk around the building and trash is always left on the sidewalk after trash pickup. The common areas are not respected, and the dog wash room is disgusting. The elevators are often out of order and communication with the residents is not very good. The gym has nice equipment but sadly these are out of order fairly often. The trash shoots are also often out of order, specifically the recycling shoot. read more

We chose Highgate for its safety and security. We pay $100 per month to park our vehicle in a secure location. The gate to the parking garage has been broke for several months now and in the past 12 months we've lived here, it's been broken for at last 8 of those months. We scheduled a 5PM tour on Highgate's website. Get to the property at 4:50, no one helps us until 5PM. At which we're told there are no property tours at 5PM, apparently the office closes at 5. I showed the agent my confirmation email of the tour, and said we just wanted to see 1 apartment's floor plan, we didn't need the grand tour. She continued to shake her head and say "the leasing agents are all packing up to go home, there are no tours". We scheduled the tour hours beforehand so the property knew it was in the system. If you really don't have 5PM tours, shouldn't someone call or email me to notify? The proper customer service recovery would have been - let me see if I can track down one of the leasing agents before they head out the door and see if they can show you one the apartment you want to see quickly. What a waste of a trip and a foreshadowing of what service is like at this property. read more

I have been living here since October 2018 and so far my experience has been nice. Everything isn't "perfect" but it is an apartment. I'll breakdown my experience here... Leasing: It takes a while to lease an apartment here. I am not sure why but you definitely have to stay on top of the leasing agents because there isn't a sense of urgency to get things done. I started the process late July and didn't get approved until around the end of August. Everyone in the office is extremely nice in my experience. Especially Melissa. Apartment Furnishings: I moved into a brand new unit and had issues with my stove, shower and washer and dryer the first day. Maintenance was really quick about fixing the issues. I don't even think I waited a whole day for them to get fixed. I will be honest it was pretty annoying to have issues with appliances the first day you move in. Parking: I park in the parking deck which is completely overpriced especially since people tires are randomly getting stolen. There is a gate you have to have access to to get in the parking garage so I am not sure how people are knowing which cars to target and when to get here to have access but it is happening. We have been made aware of the occurrences but in the emails we have received, if doesn't seem like there is much they are going to do about it. Also, guest parking is $10 a day which is a complete scam. 3 times I had to tell the concierge that someone was parked in the spot I had reserved for my guest AND PAID FOR. Property upkeep: this is the main reason for my 4 star review as the property is beautiful. There are people that come and clean daily. Noise: I don't really have an issue with noise but that may be because of my location in the building. I can hear my neighbors sometimes but it's more random than often. When the kids run in the hallways you can definitely hear it but again it's random and this is an apartment. The fire alarm has went off twice in the middle of the night but we received emails the next day stating the problem and what they were doing to fix it. It hasn't happened in about a week or so. At the end of the day this is a great place to live if you are looking for an APARTMENT. Lots of the issues happening here you will find everywhere but the amount of space and the location are really worth your money! read more

Just moved in and have zero complaints to date. Management, in particular, Innocent, have been wonderful! I called many times and showed up at the front desk multiple times during my first week and everyone was polite and helpful! It is exactly what I would expect in a city apartment. Common area has people enjoying their days and evenings and occasionally I can hear my neighbors. Overall, the noise is not an issue. Covered parking for $100 a month is great pricing compared to other places. Not sure what the guest parking situation is, but typically city living doesn't have a great option for that anyway. Apartment is about a 15 minute walk, all paved sidewalk, to the metro which was really nice. Still exploring the area but apartment seems well located to almost anything you would need. I have lived here almost for one year and would like to report that The Highgate at the Mile is a Very nice place to live, Great staff, and excellent location. The management team(Innocent, Melissa) is highly knowledgeable, professional and responsive to any questions or concerns you have. He is willing to work with you and accommodate you in any way that is possible to make things easier for you. All Maintenance team are very nice, polite and quick. After one year, I'm moving out, and updating my review. They get two stars for the new appliances, clean walls, new windows, and nice blinds. In the course of the year, I've only had to put a few work order requests in. Twice when the lights in the second bathroom have gone out. I'm not sure why they do this, and I tried flipping the circuit breaker so I don't know what's going on over there. No apartment building is perfect. This one has tried to charge me for an extra parking space I didn't have, twice, and we had major problems with our lease agreement where they kept messing up our agreed upon terms. Now, as we're about to move out, they're saying we didn't pay the pet deposit, which, I think we did but can't prove it. Of course, they don't admit to making an error in under-charging us, but rather suggested that we had been keeping our dog a secret for the past 10 months. Their communication absolutely sucks. Their staff appears to be comprised of recent college grads with little motivation or skill to meet expectations. The worst part is several staff members live on site, so you'll see them around. This building has also had a repeated problem losing my packages, at the rate of about 4 per the first 2 months I lived here. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal, except one of them contained over $1000 worth of concert tickets that were overnighted to me in connection with a consulting project. I never received an explanation as to why my packages were repeatedly lost/delayed. I had to doggedly pursue management to actually receive my packages. The upside is that the gym is small but nice enough, it's very close to the mall, and the building is in good working order for the most part. For that, I will give the building two stars. read more

This place is not managed properly and over priced. The service is not friendly and staff is not welcoming. First issue is the parking, very limited parking for guests if your friends wants to visit. My car got tolled once when I parked at my designed spot in the garage. It wasn't notified nor warned about it at all for not displaying my tag. Had to pay 200 dollars for it. Second, the noise is a big issue, it is close to highway and a lot of traffic in the early morning. The construction always takes place in the early morning for some unknown reason. There was one night, fire alarm set off at 3AM and didn't go off till 5AM. Property manager never gave any explanation for it which is really disappointing. Third, the walk to the metro is more than 17 minutes because of the red lights and sometimes the icy walkway. There is no shuttle at all and really not convenient at all. Fourth, the traffic is bad if you want to drive near this business center during the week, it is close to the mall but find parking there is difficult. Often I had to do grocery during the off hours. Definitely not renewing my lease and please look for other places if you value good quality of life. read more

My experience at Highgate has been nothing short of excellent! I have lived in several communities in the area and you truly get the most for your money here. I have to move out of state due to job transfer but will miss my apartment and the staff greatly! The assistant manager, Jillian, was extremely helpful during this process. This is a beautiful property with great floor plans and amenities. Their is a republik coffee shop in the building as well which is a big plus. Also, one of my favorite leasing staff from my previous apartment, Innocent Shyaka, recently joined the staff at Highgate and has already assisted me with a couple of issues. The only issue I have with the complex is that there is limited street parking, so you're forced to pay for garage parking. read more

I'm considering moving to the Tyson's area. I visited a couple of buildings and Highgate leasing team was by far the nicest and most knowledgeable. Everyone is warm and welcoming including the residents. We would definitely recommend working with Innocent. He is absolutely fantastic and a true pleasure to work with. He follows up consistently and makes sure that all our questions are answered, I can't wait to move-in. read more

I moved in June 2018 and I can't say enough good things about this place. I've referred up to four people to this amazing building. The location is amazing. They've great amentines, beautiful lobby and an AMAZING Gym. I want to start first thank innocent who works in the leasing office, who made all my friends happy and leased them their apartments, he made the whole leasing experience a real breeze and can't thank him enough for that. He's is very friendly, professional, super nice, and was always available both phone and in person and also through emails. I just have to say if you anyone is interested in renting a place at Highgate I honestly strongly recommend him. He will help you with finding the perfect apartment. I appreciate his help. It's important to have great leasing staff working like innocent in the building who truly cares about his tenants. read more

Community has gone down hill fast. I can hear my neighbors walking and talking all hours of the evening with paper thin walls. Guest parking is a joke. Residents don't clean up behind themselves on the community grills at all. Location is good and is still a pretty cool place to live. If you do decide to sign, make sure you keep ALL documentation and review it 3-4 times. Leasing agent and constant rotation of property managers will ensure that someone "loses" or "can't find" paperwork in regards to it.
