I spent 2 good years at West Broad & although I had some challenges, I still had an overall positive experience and would for sure recommend it to other people. The good: Clean, AMAZING staff (shout out to: Giang, Mueed, Girma, & Liseth. Honestly just everyone was so kind and helpful), location!!, insulation ?? (Idk I kept my thermostat off and my apartment was fine thru all seasons!) Not so good: hallway noise (barely ever heard my upstairs neighbors or those to the l/r of me but I definitely heard noise from hallway - got a foam insert for the door and it significantly reduced it), price - I think we paid more for location than for apartment features (we didn't get the what now seems to be the standard key fob access until a couple months ago) To speak on other reviews: I didn't get a gift card for this, and I had guests stay multiple nights and they never paid for parking (not thru West Broad, but there's literally street parking that's free behind the building). Bozzuto left such a good impression that I looked for only Bozzuto managed communities for my next place (really only moved bc falls church felt a little sleepy to me). read more

I was the first resident when this beautiful building opened back in early 2016. I watched the population in the building grow over time, and made lots of friends there. I also experienced quite a few personnel changes, from the office staff to concierges to maintenance, never having a problem. My retirement and purchase of a house saw me leaving the building, as well as Falls Church, in May 2023. Just this past week, I called the office to inquire about the availability of their guest suite June 21-23, 2024, for an upcoming reunion weekend in Falls Church with events in several locations. Being able to stay in the guest suite would have made walking to these events possible. I was told the suite was indeed available for those dates, and since it has to be rented by a resident, I contacted one of my friends in the building. She went online to fill out the paperwork but had a problem at the end as it would not submit. So she went down to the office to complete the paperwork and give them payment for it, which is required at the time of application to secure the reservation. Imagine her surprise, as well as mine, when she was told that the guest suite is "on hold" for those dates; no payment yet however. Excuse me? I was told by the office that it is available for those dates - why would I have asked my friend to go rent it for me otherwise? She stressed that to the office staff, both of which denied telling me that, and told them she was ready to pay for it immediately. They declined the paperwork and the payment, insisting it's on hold, and said they'd let her know in a few weeks if it becomes available. That is totally unacceptable to me, and not the way to treat long time current and former residents. Recently, there has been a complete turnover of office personnel, and I've heard from quite a few current residents, saying their interactions with the new management has not been pleasant and they'd rather not even deal with them. This is definitely NOT the way previous management dealt with residents. I am not pleased with the outcome, and won't inquire about staying there ever again, after having been lied to and then essentially being called a liar myself. read more

I was a resident for 5 1/2 years. --Lets start out with the good: Close proximity to DC and other locations in DMV by expressways. Maintenance of grounds and repairs. Walking to shops and trail. Negative: High rent for what you get. It is not a high end apt complex. as they state. You can hear noise from hallway, adjacent apts. since walls are not insulated. I have complained to management about noise and nothing was done to alleviate it in a timely manner. I then called FC Police on the matter. Heavy traffic noise and emergency vehicles can be heard all hours due to the only road thru FC is Broad St. They never wanted to work with me on new leases even though I was a long term tenant. -When I terminated my lease due to a company relocation I was charged an ungodly $4772. I had professional cleaners come in after move out and mgt. nickel and dimed me on everything. Living in apt for 5 1/2 years the following are items that will need to be replaced: carpet, repaint, caulking in bath, blinds as needed. They are charging me $1500 for all of this. I have lived in rental apts for the last 20 years do to job relocations and never have I been charged this way. Be wary of the facade. read more

The staff from the front office, concierge, and maintenance personnel are super friendly, professional, and responsive. The area is conveniently located with public transportation options, shops, and restaurants...all within walking distance. And having a Harris Teeter right downstairs is perfect and convenient! If we had a better move out experience and a better experience dealing with the leasing office, we would have given them five stars. We lived at West Broad for one year. When we moved in and while we were living there, we were treated well. But the moving out experience was costly, difficult, and very stressful due to inconsistent information from the staff. The smiles, the warmth and the hospitality we encountered as tenants was gone as soon as they knew we were leaving. Cons Gift cards are given as incentives to tenants who post multiple positive reviews on various websites so you will see more positive reviews that may not be true. I received two gift cards for posting multiple reviews on social media that were positive, so beware that all reviews you read on various social media sites may be driven by the promise of gift cards. Leasing office personnel do not give consistent information. We encountered an issue with one employee who put information in writing for us, but when we discussed it with other leasing staff, the written emails meant nothing, costing us more money at the end of our lease. When we moved in we were given access to elevators closer to our apartment. When we moved out we were denied use of those elevators. The movers had to use elevators further from our apartment which drove up the cost of our move out because it took longer to get to the elevators when moving out the boxes and furniture. Clothes washers are European models and very small. Does not hold a full load of laundry. Windows do not open more than a few inches which drive up heating and cooling costs Guests who park with passes for more than one day are charged $10 per day after the first 24 hours. Limited amount of guest passes so if you have guests and there are no passes left, they must find alternate parking areas which is difficult in the area. Lastly it's interesting to note that when we moved to our new apartment just a half mile up the road we ran into three other former West Broad tenants who moved due to extremely large and unforseen rent increases. Pros Perfect location in the middle of Falls Church Maintenance staff is fantastic. Polite, fast, and attentive. Apartments and grounds kept up beautifully Amenities are nice, and easy to access. Harris Teeter is convenient for tenants when the weather is bad, but they have higher prices than other grocery stores in the area. read more

Having lived here for over 18 months, I have found a lot to love. For starters, the maintenance in the common areas is great. With all of the move ins and move outs, the walks by elevators get roughed up and maintenance has fixed them twice in 18 months, including painting, replacing wallpaper and adding corner guards. They have also touched up paint on the front door trim to all units. It feels nice to live in a place that stays spruced up. Also, I have generally received prompt help if I had a missing package, needed a key replaced or had a question about my bill. There are a couple of things that are not ideal. Maybe it is common in big apartments but there has been a lot of turnover, including the main concierge positions. Most of the staff works really hard and I think it is a function of corporate level policies and not local, but sometimes these staffing changes create gaps in service. If corporate wants to collect high rents in part due to personalized concierge service then corporate should do what it takes to ensure promised coverage (ie, pay overtime to substitutes or otherwise treat its people well enough to stay). My other beef is with another rigid corporate policy. Before I moved in I paid a $300 pet deposit. My pet died after I paid the deposit but before I moved in. Buzzuto would not budge. I was told that the deposit was non refundable even though my pet never set foot in the building. To me, that kind of rigidity is unduly harsh. As it happened, I got another after I was told I could not get a refund, so I am not looking to get my money back, but buyer beware on this point. Also, when my neighbor moved out a couple of months early, instead of trying to rent out to a new tenant (which is the law in most states), Buzzuto just kept collecting rent while the place sat empty. Back to the good stuff. The building is conveniently located across from several places to eat, next door to a grocery store and across from an abandoned hooker motel if you like a little character to your street. There are a number of events in the common areas like a Christmas party with a jazz combo and a summer luau. I feel quite safe living here and appreciate the hard work the staff does to make it nice. It seems a bit overpriced given the cost of single family home rentals in the area, but it has a nice vibe and I'll probably stay here another 1-3 years! read more

We've lived in West Broad for almost a year now and absolutely love it here! It's a great location that's in close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops, not to mention right above a grocery story so we can just go downstairs to get food. The West Broad staff is beyond amazing...very friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The maintenance request gets taken care of very quickly. We love the common area which is always very clean and well taken care of. We don't really have any complaints about this place. It is a pet friendly community, so if you're not a pet person then maybe this place is not for you since we've come across rude tenants that don't pick up after their pets. I guess that's a con of any pet friendly community. read more

Pros: great location, newer building, underground parking, grocers on 1st floor. Good maintenance service and friendly management staff. Cons: high rental fees, loud hallways and tenants get offended when you tell them to please hold down the noise. But they will continue to make noise. I can hear my neighbors on both sides of me and apt above. Managrment and i have informed them about the noise but they continue. Main 2 elevators from lobby, when the one that is also used as a service elevator to get on the free elevator takes a while. read more

There are a lot of beautiful luxury properties in the area and having lived in a few, I've found that while a nice looking property is important, the management team running it is what will be the difference. Yes, the apartments are beautiful and the grounds, such as the Cue and Hearth community room (very warm and inviting) and the gym (never crowded and a nice selection of equipment) are very inviting. However the big takeaway is how special one is made to feel when you are part of the community. I really can't say I felt part of really anything in my other 'luxury apartments'. The Wear Broad team always makes me feel welcome and at home, saying hi, checking in and having all sorts of special events from live music, food tastings covering so many different types of cuisines, dance lessons (I may just impress my lady yet!) and quick responses to issues or questions you may have. Concierge team is simply superb. Way above what I've experienced. Maintenance team addresses issues quickly. The sales and management team are still available and always around...even after you sign the lease, which to be honest, is so nice to see. You're never feeling like just another renter, instead a part of a nice mix of people, young and old who will greet you in the hallways or hanging out in the myriad sitting areas. I came to an event here and was able to get a tour of both the one and two bedroom apartments. What surprised me the most was that during a tour of the two bedroom, we had more than 10 people comfortable inside the apartment at once. It truly is spacious. I loved the closet space also. I noticed that in both apartments that there were both spacious linen closets, coat closets, and big bedroom closets. The apartment building itself had a beautiful lobby and a 2nd floor sitting space with computers for people to use, TVs, and great outside seating areas with fire pits. I just loved all the possibility of having people over. With a great-sized living space upstairs in the actual apartment as well as outdoor space with fire pits (and a hammock!) and comfy chairs all around, it would be so easy to entertain. The pool was nice, but maybe a bit on the small side? Same comment with the gym. The view really leaves something to be desired, but honestly for the price and LOCATION, the view is decent. The apartment complex can't really do anything about the view. The ability to walk to SO many places and to be SO close to D.C. and the metro makes it huge. I think it's a great deal overall for beautiful apartments. read more

The place was super nice! I came on a Yelp elite invite and the place was super new and really nice to look at. The main lobby was very nice and it was good to see an on duty concierge right when we walked in. The second floor social room and patio was very nice! It had a bar that you could host a party with, pool table, indoor shuffle board table, plenty of seating for a party, tables, grills out doors and even a gas fire pit with circular couches and to end pool too cool off with, very nice to see! I had a chance to see the one and two bedroom apartments and they were very well laid out and staged! Made me want to sign a lease just on visual site, the prices though is where I got off the bus. Mind you I live in old town Alexandria and I still thought the prices there were just a little high for the sqft you got. Just my personal opinion. All in all I would recommend stopping in if your looking for the hot new place to live! read more

I moved into West Broad earlier this year, still during COVID. The move in process was smooth, efficient, and the staff was more than kind in assisting in all capacities. I was able to successfully move-in in a couple of hours and started unpacking immediately. The first few weeks here were quiet but the staff is friendly and accommodating. Leo and Bruce are always a smiling delight and happy to help with any questions, boxes, or just to talk. The apartment is above a Harris Teeter and I cannot stress enough the convenience of having a grocery store so close by. The amenities are amazing and the overall price of the complex is very reasonable. The place is always clean, the employees are always helpful, and West Broad is overall an incredible place to live. read more

Very problematic Buzzuto property for the following reasons: Cons: Expensive for the space (BEWARE fees not included in advertised rates + property management/leasing staff constantly changing). Did I mention the hidden fees? Windows do not open wider than 2 inches and there is no oven exhaust fan. Just a fan that circulates air around the kitchen. Smoke alarms in kitchen are set off when you use the oven, fire alarms go off, babies cry, and firetrucks come a blazing! Oops it was another false alarm - go back to sleep everyone. Poor air circulation results in excess mold build up in bathroom among myriad of issues mentioned above. "Silent fan" appears to do nothing. Maintenance is the biggest issue. Patio furniture in poor shape. Would you like to use the outdoor BBQ? Please fill out a request form, and walk to the other side of the building and pick up the keys because they are locked down...whaaaaat is the amenity fee for again?? Pros Amenities nice when you can access them. Concierge staff are a little wound up, but pleasant. Bruce is great. read more

Went here for its grand opening a few years back and the place looks marvelous. Management seems to be very attentive. One of the main attractions were the party areas. I applied and was approved for an apt at West Broad through the affordable housing program in Falls Church. Due to my disability (brain injury), I was shown a model of a 1 b/r apt and told that the apt on the 4th floor would be identical, but with grab bars, etc. I thought that would be acceptable, so I signed an agreement and made the $300 deposit for the unit that would not be viewable for over a month. A month or so later I received a call from the office telling me that the apt I agreed to was "not exactly" what I'd seen in the model. Since I was 90 miles away I asked for specifications, little was provided. The following week I drove up only to find a totally different floor plan waiting for me. Nothing like the model! Instead of a walk-in closet, it was 1/3 the size to accommodate a side by side washer and dryer, the refrigerator was in the living room, and the bathroom had more grab bars, etc than a playground. The apt was designed entirely for wheelchair access, which I did not need. I had difficulty with the idea that as an able-bodied person I would be taking an apt that a person in a wheelchair would need. I was incredibly disappointed! On top of that, they put the handicapped apt at the farthest end of the building, which made absolutely NO SENSE! The only unit left to show me was a triangular unit (with no 90 degree walls) at the intersection of two halls. The b/r was small with no windows and a wedge-shaped closet the size of half a broom closet. Nothing would fit in it, and there was very little closet space in the unit. Yes, all this and it was the same rent as the 1 bedroom that I thought I was getting. I was tired of looking, tired of trying to adapt to all of these changes, so I agreed to take it. They also told me someone else really liked it... I thought this odd little apt was my last chance. After a week of rethinking my decision, trying to figure out how I could work with the very limiting space, I called and canceled my application. No problem, BUT ALSO, NO REFUND ON MY DEPOSIT! I feel I was misled by unknowing, ill-informed leasing reps, and then offered a bait and switch deal that allowed them to keep my deposit. I'm sure they rented the unit very quickly, but that $300 for someone who had to qualify based on a disability and income, it's a significant amount of money. For West Broad and Buzzuto's that's very POOR business and customer service! I respectfully request a refund of my $300 deposit. read more

I've been a resident of the West Broad community for the last two years. I have nothing but positive things to say about living here. The building is great and the location is sublime. But what sets West Broad apart from the rest, IMO, are the amazing people that work here. Kim, Giang, Mueed, Girma, and Liseth are just a few of the incredibly hard-working folks who regularly contribute to elevating the experience of residing at West Broad. In particular, Kim Eley, the property manager, has an incredible gift for creating and executing many fun events onsite. The book club, jazz brunch, salsa nights, breakfast to go, running club, and fun holiday-specific events provide a variety of events a resident may choose to participate in. And the neighbors here are the best!!! There's even a daily morning "coffee club" for your caffeine boost and some great conversation with several of the incredibly social residents. And the location of West Broad cannot be beat. I won't get in my car sometimes for an entire week. Everything I need is within walking distance. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here in April of 2021. This is a fantastic community in every way! read more

Typical I do not leave reviews unless it is really bad or excellent service/experience. In this case it's for excellent service and experience. Just renewed my lease, after 18 months on my first lease. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. They respond immediately to any concerns or maintenance issues. Building routine maintenance conducted quarterly. Generally, I do not hear my neighbors, except for an occasional dog bark or people walking down the hall. If there is a mess or trash on the ground/floor, it's because of an inconsiderate resident who thinks it's ok to drop trash and not pick it up. Harris Teeter makes grocery shopping convenient. Great location for Pentagon, Myers, Belvoir (since you are going opposite of traffic), and DC. Metro is about a mile walk, or you take metro bus. Ballston is 15 minute drive. City of Falls Church is walkable, well kept, and convenient. There is also a small park behind the building for the doggies. Not sure why someone would leave a one star review. Maybe she was having a bad day. I considered moving to save money, but stayed because I get great service from the staff, I love my apartment and the City of Falls Church. read more

The location is so very convenient for me; I walk to work, doctor appointments, grocery shopping, etc. The decor is attractive and the property is extremely well maintained. I just moved into West Broad about a month ago and have nothing but amazing things to say about it! I come home to my apartment every day with a great view of Broad Street and i am happy to be in a updated and cozy apartment. Since I moved in, I have had a few very small maintenance requests (ie: light bulb needed to be changed) and it was done in less than 2 hours! You get notified when the job is done as well via email which I like. The front desk concierge's are so sweet and will help you with anything you need, even Harris Teeter wine recommendations :) I couldn't be happier to call this my new home! read more

When I found out about West Broad online, I had been apartment hunting for days since I was starting a new job soon and needed to settle quickly. I was so impressed by the apartment and the building during my in-person tour that I have decided to go for it despite it being above my target budget by several hundred dollars. The leasing team was so efficient that the entire process from applying to signing the lease took less than 24 hours. The building looked luxurious with nice amenities and the apartment, on visual inspection, looked amazing. When I went to pick up the keys, the manager informed me that the move-in date was changed to a day prior to the day agreed-upon on the leasing application and reservation agreement and consequently I owed the prorated amount for that day which was about $82. I was not happy with this finding but I was so exhausted from my apartment search that I agreed to pay the extra amount. I quickly forgot about the extra payment and I was ready to enjoy my beautiful apartment and the nice building amenities.  As soon as I was done moving in, I changed and headed to the gym on the second floor to sweat off the stress from moving. An elderly Caucasian male joined me in the elevators and asked me which floor I was going to, I told him the second floor and he kindly pressed the button for me. He then looked at me and asked why I was heading to the second floor. I truly did not believe my ears that I was being questioned about my moves inside the building but since he was elderly and seemed friendly, I decided to answer him and told him that I was going to the gym. I had a good workout as the fitness center is well-equipped and truly designed to accommodate any indoors athletic activity. The next day, I noticed the HVAC system in the apt did not have an auto mode. In other words, you do not have much control over the temperature settings unless you set it to be continuously turned on to maintain a certain temperature. The appliances in the apartment made loud noise when on and neighbors can hear the dryer when it is on. The dishwasher did not dry the dishes AT ALL. When I told the leasing manager on the move-in inspection about the dishwasher, she told me that she will check if I have the same dishwasher as her since she lived in the building as well. I was confused because I was talking to her about my apartment and she answered me telling me about hers. For the following two weeks, I did not hear from management. On several accounts, I rode the elevators with neighbors with large dogs that were barking non-stop. In one instance, the owner had to hug and hold the dog for the entire ride to keep it under control. I thought to myself that this is not a scene I want to see when I come back from work tired. One day, I stepped outside the apartment to throw away the trash and I ran into the same old Caucasian male who questioned me the other night. I was wearing my traditional Somali stay-at-home clothes and he started talking to me. He asked me where I was from and I told him Somalia. He told me he was familiar with countries in East Africa and asked me if I spoke Italian since parts of Somalia used to be colonized by Italy. I told him that I did not and that I grew up outside Somalia. Because of his age, I did not want to make him feel stupid by telling him that they speak Somali in Somalia not Italian. I ended the conversation gently as I wanted to go back to my apartment. Let's go back to talking about the apartment, It has large windows that make the place very attractive but they do not open fully!! If you add that factor to the way the HVAC functions then access to adequate ventilation when needed is very questionable. During subsequent visits to the gym, I noticed that some other residents did not wipe the equipments and machines after they were done using them despite the availability of disinfecting wipes in the gym. This was happening in the setting of an active pandemic. As a result, I stopped using the gym and decided to move out since my lease allowed me to move out within 30 days if I am not happy. I emailed the leasing office about my intentions to move out and they emailed me back stating that they were working on the concerns I pointed out few weeks ago. Unfortunately, at that point, I have made-up my mind. During my last week before moving out, I ran into the same old gentleman one more time in the hallway in front of my apartment. He started talking to me by saying that I look young despite my face being almost entirely covered by the mask. I felt uncomfortable but smiled at him and told him that I felt young. He told me he felt young too despite the fact he was in his late 80s. He went on and on talking about how he felt lonely since the death of his wife in the 1990s. I suggested to him some popular senile social activities and ended the conversation as quickly as I could. This last incident made me move out one day earlier than my intended date. read more

We used to live at West Broad Residences but decided to move out as soon as our lease came to its end. This is a well-maintained building with classy design and we liked it a lot at the beginning. But we realized that it was not a child-friendly place. The bedrooms are small and there was not enough fresh air throughout the apartment. You cannot wide open any of the windows, all that you can do is tilt some windows. read more

I love these apartments. Currently live here since a week with my girlfriend and we are happy to be a part of this amazing community. This Bozzuto property is aesthetic, elegant, and beautiful. It is newly built and by far the best designs we have experienced in an apartment around D.C. We visited at least a dozen other properties (namely Bozzuto and a few Greystar properties) and nothing comes close to this one. Everything smells so nice in the building and you will notice it when you get here. What's really nice about living here is that the people who work here actually care about helping their residences. They will do all they can to help you out even if it means getting out of their way to help you. The front desk assistants (Leonardo and Bruce) are very nice, honest, and down to earth people. They have been extremely helpful and addressed all our concerns. It literary feels like living in a five-star hotel with the customer service experience we get from here. The maintenance guy Joe is highly energetic, welcoming, and will do all he can to fix an issue with your apartment. He has been of great help to us when it comes to the maintenance aspects of our apartment (when we needed to get the kitchen table replaced because it was shaky, etc.) and never hesitates to ask us if we have any other concerns. The leasing office staff are also extremely helpful, nice, and fun people (Zemma, Mary, Alison, etc.). They too provided us exceptional customer service and will get out of their way to help the residences. Zemma was the one who showed us these apartments and it has been a pleasure to do the paperwork process with her and sign the lease. Overall, the apartments are great and select units also have affordable housing programs for newly college graduates, students, and even senior citizens. However, there are some minor issues that I need to address too. Firstly, the resident parking and the loading dock do not have clear signs to locate. It was troublesome to locate them at first even though they were at the back of the building. I highly recommend putting more signs there just like there is one for the Visitor Parking. Other than that, internally we are sort of unhappy with the thermostat in the apartment. It is not easy to use! Not something I would expect to exist in a Bozzuto property. I highly advice replacing all of them with Nests or something more user-friendly because not everybody likes to read an instruction manual to operate a thermostat. Lastly, the washer and dryer are okay. I wish they were more modern, sleek, and easy to operate, but I guess it gets the job done. I would also reccomend replacing them with newer ones. However, these minor issues mean nothing to us with the overall experience we have living in these affordable apartments. We absolutely love this building, and even more so the staff! The building is conveniently located within walking distance of everywhere we need to go w/in our 'little city'; the only time we drive is to work in Tysons or to take day trips exploring. We initially chose this area based on the schools. We chose this building specifically because of the sense of security provided by secure access, the concierge staff, the impressive amenities, and the convenience of the grocery store in the basement and the neighboring restaurants and shops. Our daughter's friends joke she lives in a fancy hotel. The concierge staff is wonderful, the office staff friendly and professional, and the maintenance staff is attentive and timely in addressing any concerns reported. The building hosts exciting social events, our neighbors are quiet, and the building is super dog friendly (also a priority for us). Things will happen as it's an apartment building with many residents, but our experience here has been really great. The appliances are what would be expected- stainless steel Whirlpool. The refrigerator in our unit wasn't cooling properly and was replaced within an hour or so of reporting, so I was satisfied with the service. The housekeeping staff are very diligent in keeping the property as clean as they can (there is occasionally an inconsiderate resident that will drop trash, but it's timely addressed). Office communication is consistent in reminding of upcoming events or notifying of any issues. Overall the building/amenities are incredibly nice (4star); it's the staff that make this property 5star. read more

This is a fantastic place to call home and I feel lucky to live here. The Concierges (especially Leonardo and Bruce) along with the management and maintenance staff (especially Emma, Christine, and the other ladies in the front office) are beyond kind, accommodating, and professional. They all know me (and from my observations, all the other residents, children, and pets included) by first name and make a point to say hello and ask about me and my wellbeing. I recently had a baby and the West Broad team sent me the most beautiful flower arrangement! They go above and beyond to bring a higher level of personal care and luxury service. At Christmas all the residents received $20 metro cards and on my birthday I received a Starbucks gift certificate! On top of that, the building is amazing...full of amenities. The gym, pool, locker rooms, and other common areas are impeccably clean and well cared for. The management staff regularly hosts social events in the building that are well attended. The Harris Teeter is incredibly convenient. You will love to live here!! read more

Moved in 4 weeks ago and have to say that living here is like a thousand times better than I ever anticipated. Front desk staff are all super friendly, tons of resident events throughout the week, and the response to maintenance issues is amazing. Had one on move-in day, turned out to be my own ignorance about child-safe outlets, and another one that required a warranty fix; both were immediate, complete, and friendly. Mary Youngblood is the only leasing person I know personally, but from our first tour through today, she has been utterly accessible, responsive, and like everyone else, exceptionally friendly, I've lived in a lot of places, but nothing compares to this. read more
