Anna's initial response was literally, "Sorry for your inconvenience." The next day she said she had talked to the individual. Personally, I don't know why stealing is not an automatic grounds for IMMEDIATE termination. Anna's solution the next day was to bring back the same crew minus the individual I caught stealing. I told her that I didn't trust that crew. I gave Anna my grounds for continuing the job: 1. All new crew members 2. Anna onsite to supervise her crew. Anna decided that she would rather terminate our agreement and keep my $500 deposit. Outside of the theft, the crew showed little care with my items. Multiple items were dropped on the cement basement floor. I have given many more positive reviews than negative ones and I seek business with great reviews. This circumstance is surprising given their previous reviews.

No one could give us an answer to what happened to my Dad. We wanted to pick up his belongings, no one would call us back. So funny that the staff has time on their Facebook page to make videos of them doing the chicken dance, yet they can't give my Father a glass of water! Horrible place. Stay away.
