Came in from Vegas, but used to live down the street on Pacific, so of course I gotta support this local dispensary. Ample parking space! Make sure you don't miss the turn though or you'll be entering the fwy entrance. Handicap friendly! Girl at check in, budtender and the security were all super nice and welcoming. Lots to choose from! Prices are reasonable even without the 30% discount for the month of July. We come back at least once a month so will most definitely be back for a refill. This place is a legit shop with taxes included and the best prices hands down, every time I come in the staff is friendly and helpful and energetic lots of smiles lots fun with many many many choices. Horrible experience never coming back to that cheap ass place I bought two disposables from their brand name and they didn't work so I went in for an exchange and they happily gave me one so I thought these would work and they didn't I showed the manager what was going on and that I didn't want to come back a third time if I could just get credit and he said no I had to take the same disposables and guess what they don't work again but I'm not coming back whoever that manager is sucks ass, lazy or just high save ur money from this cheap shit. read more

I went back to get my money and they told me they'll give me store credit after waiting for 15mn. Waste of my time and waste of my money. I'm from Las Vegas and I was in the area because the Porto's Bakery in West Covina, is the closest one to where I was staying at in Moreno Valley. Before driving off home I decided to stop at Higher Ground because it has really good yelp rating. Anyways Audrey M. Was my budtender, she was the absolute best. She literally knew exactly what I was looking for and made my whole experience really good. I got the sluggers infused pre roll 3 pack and a disposable live rosin one I think it was. They were SOOO good. My budtenders recommendation. Plus I got 30% off since they just opened. I made sure to at least tip too. I'm so happy. so I've been a loyal customer to to these guys ever since they opened and their brand new they're not even that old they're barely like two months old. I wanna say this place I've given them nothing but my heart and money and been super friendly and the staff has been super friendly to me so to my surprise when I walk in tonight because I seen that they had some really good deals. They tell me that I'm banned and I just drove all the way over there wasting my gas and they tell me I'm banned and I legit did nothing. They told me that I called a bunch of times and that I was calling them a bunch of times which is literally not true. I have not called at all. I called one time and I was trying to think why am my bad I have done nothing wrong except be nice and they've been nice to me and I've given them my hard earned money, but I want to say about maybe two weeks ago. I called them because this business usually has 50% off a lot of brands, but then I noticed that they kind of were being stingy and petty about it and now they dropped it to 45% instead of 50% off so I called them and I actually had some general questions and then I joked with the lady on the phone saying why is it 45% off and not 50 like it used to be he just lost a customer and I said it as a joke and the lady got a kick out of it on the phone and that was that that's the reason that I'm banned absolute fucking joke. I do not recommend these people do not waste your money. Here there's way better stores like packs, OG nation ASHE society please do not give them your business and on top of all that ridiculousness I asked a nice guy that had just pulled up into the parking lot and was going inside and asked him if if I can give him my money and he can go get me the brand that I wanted or the item that I wanted and he said yeah, of course, man but then the security guard wouldn't even let him do that for me. How is that fair!? absolutely left a disgusting taste in my mouth and I would never ever ever I'm banned so I can't go back there, but never go there please I feel like boycotting them. I should not be banned. I have not called multiple times. I was literally banned wrongly for no for no reason and then the security guard would not let the guy buy me my stuff that I wanted.
