At one point I called and left a detailed voicemail. Again, he did not respond. I was anxious to start my project. It's difficult to find contractors in my area, I was optimistic he would work out, but he completely let me down. This was a very frustrating experience!

I chose them to avoid the "headaches" of a remodel, yet I ended up paying $30,000 over the initial estimate. The project took two months longer than promised, and I constantly had to micromanage them. Despite their claims that crews were on-site, my security cameras proved otherwise. Be warned: their contracts are incredibly vague. While they make it seem like you have "options," almost everything--from specific tile to basic kitchen stains--is an upcharge. Their corporate structure (LLC) makes legal recourse difficult, and dealing with three different points of contact was exhausting. I eventually paid just to be done with them.
