The crew gave me the name of Randy Berry to contact. I was concerned about contacting someone that I had never heard of. But I had to do something. Randy met me when I could be there. I was impressed immediately by his personality. My wife and dog, both great judges of character liked him. From that moment we asked Randy to take care of rebuilding our damaged house. He even found other issues that needed to be addressed. He met us at the countertop shop and gave us great ideas. He made sure the roof was fixed, all ceilings and water entry sites were fixed. He even arranged for Painting the garage door. We are happy with the great quality of the workmanship and fantastic customer experience. Dave.

Gavin, the new owner (and Leiah's husband and son of the previous owners), came out and explained everything and answered my questions after I selected carpet. He said sometimes in homes like mine that are very crowded with furniture, they recommend hiring Meathead Movers to help, but that that is pricy. I said hiring movers was not needed last time they installed carpet in my house about ten years ago. I assume that if extra time was needed because I have a house full of furniture, it was included in the bid. Carlos and Eddie installed the carpet. They are consummate professionals and seasoned installers. They were here for 2+ days and did a precise and beautiful job. They were so kind to me and my cats!
