I strongly urge anyone who is looking at kitchen/bathroom design to purchase from Fergusons SLO. In 2025 from the advice of a contractor I purchased everything that was needed to furnish a to-be-built ADU. All kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, sinks, toiltets the lot. As 2025 passed and there was no permit, and no start date in sight, and on top of that the contractor was less than trust worthy I approached Fergusons to explain the problem: there was no ADU, there was no permit, certainly not in 2025. Fergusons without hesitation refunded me the total $ amount. We were floored. WHAT customer service, WHAT integrity, WHAT goodness walks the floor of this showroom and the management. Integrity is what permeats this business. No matter what future plans are considered there is NO WHERE in SLO county that would get our custom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fergusons.

It should have been mentioned before we even booked the appointment. He gave me a ballpark number that was at least 7k to 10k over the company I intend to use. Appointment was a waste of time. Don't recommend you fall for the same thing I did. Look elsewhere

We needed a sink immediately as our countertops were being installed and the sink we ordered online from another retailer was cracked when we opened the box. I was so bummed. Home Depot & Lowe's only had stainless steel options and none of them were what we were looking for. We stopped by KB Plus with our fingers crossed hoping they would have something in stock AND THEY DID! They had exactly what we were looking for. A white composite sink with only one basin and 33 inches wide. Literally it fit like a glove. The woman who helped us was so kind and helpful and even let us take the sink to our house before paying to make sure it fit and it did! Their price was also way better than what we saw at Home Depot and Lowe's. Great value and great service. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for new kitchen or bathroom materials. I placed a Martha Stewart solar light sculpture in my shopping cart, then added a twin pack of king size pillows and some sheer drapes. I then proceeded to the decorative pillow section to find some pillows to compliment my new sofa. When I returned to my cart, it was gone. Instead I found my twin pack of pillows and sheer drapes dumped on a table. My cart and solar light sculpture were no where to be found. I asked one of the staff members if they had seen my cart and she replied that someone may have taken it. We then proceeded to search the store and found the culprit with my cart and sculpture. When the staff member questioned her, she replied she found it in a cart. I said, yes, that was my cart and promptly removed it. She apologized but what gives her the right to take someone elses cart and merchandise. Luckily this staff person and I worked quickly to find the thief.

I can't even put into words how very happy I am with this company…read more I have a 11 year old track home. It was time for a remodel in my kitchen. We wanted granite slab with full backsplash and a bigger kitchen island. I contacted Rick, he came to our home and listened to all our wants and needs regarding this remodel. Our cabinets were still in good shape and we were keeping them. We had a gas cooktop and electric oven. We told Rick we would like the cabinet cut to accommodate a new gas range. On the day of demolition, Rick, Noel and Jorge showed up. Everything went well. No problems and they were fast and very thorough and left my kitchen very clean and tidy. (I had granite tiles on the countertops, full backsplash and island) On the day of installation, it was Jaime, Jorge and Noel. The granite was installed perfectly. We also had a new stainless farmhouse sink installed. They were great, these men worked very hard to make everything perfect. Again, left my kitchen very clean. Jaime is the fabricator and he cut and matched the counters and backsplash perfectly. This man is a true artist and is very skilled at his job. We wanted our island to be the "Showpiece" of our kitchen. Jaime listened to our request and he positioned the granite in a way that really highlighted the natural design of the granite. We had the "waterfall" edge on the counters and chose the "ogee" edge for our island. BEAUTIFUL! A very "special" thank you to Rick! He's a real professional and listens to his customers. He made sure everything was done exactly as we discussed for our new kitchen. Also, I want to thank Jaime, Jorge and Noel. My kitchen is now ready for all new black stainless appliances. Also, some new paint on the walls to enhance the beautiful granite. (Yellow doesn't work anymore). We couldn't be more pleased with our new granite. Thank you Central Coast Marble and Granite. Thank you Rick, you're the best! Can't wait to have you back to redo my bathroom countertops. See you all soon!

Where to start? Hmmmmm .... We started looking for granite…read morefive years ago. Secondary to Covid, it was slim pickings and we put our project on the back burner. Fast forward to 2026 and not only was Suzanne able to help us again, she searched for the stone we originally liked, finding it in Bakersfield. Within the week our two precious slabs were sent to Arroyo Grande, awaiting a fabricator. Interestingly, Suzanne gave us the same fabricator's business card she had given us five years earlier! We called Augie from Quality Stoneworks and set up an appointment for estimation. He kept his appointment, listened to what we wanted, asked very appropriate questions and got us in his schedule. Today, the countertops were installed and Augie and his crew worked hard ALL day long. The crew was respectful of our property, answered questions as they arose and didn't mind us "watching over their shoulders." We know where seams in the granite countertops are located, but I don't think you'd ever find them. The meticulously matched backsplashes and countertop edges speak to the absolute perfection Augie demands. They transformed our kitchen and bathroom and we haven't even painted yet! I knew we liked this granite five years ago, but this fabricated and installed granite is absolutely unbelievable - thank you again Augie and crew, thank you Suzanne for sending us Augie's direction! What a great team start to finish - they need ten stars!
