Salinas and his team diligently worked on my home remodel for the kitchen and bathroom, as they were severely outdated. Salinas came over, took measurements, provided his ideas on the project then invited me and my wife over to his shop to select tiles, countertops, cabinets and flooring. The pricing was very reasonable and also decided to include my living room and hallway with new flooring, crown molding, and recessed lighting! This one-stop-shop crew came in, demo'd the kitchen and bathroom, tore up the old carpet in the living room and hallway, installed all countertops, tile, crown molding, new recessed lighting, shower, sink, stove, cabinets and flooring. The Master (aka the GOAT of home remodel) came in and perfected much of the remodel details - everything from painting to cabinet drawer installation. Salinas also replaced my old water pipes that ran behind the wall and saved me lots of money if one of the old lines were to burst after the remodel. Salinas did such a great job with our kitchen counters I went to him for my new flooring. We needed to match our kitchen floor and we certainly did that! It's gorgeous tile that looks like wood and we love it. Easy to clean and super durable. Salinas and has crew started a day early and finished the job a day early. After shopping around for prices, we found this place and received a great price. Although the first piece cracked as they cut it...we were given option to select another slab at the original price. It was actually the first one we wanted but was not in our budget. They made the new slab and it came out PERFECT.... They did a great job in the installation and also hooked up our new sink n faucet at no extra charge. Awesome work.... Highly recommend them and you can't beat their prices. We are very happy with the Quartz counters that were installed. We have an old house and they were able to work with our uneven walls. We ordered some expensive tiles for a very reasonable price and wanted these guys to install it on our front porch and steps. For about 2 weeks, after the first week of waiting, my dad played phone tag with the owner, Roberto. There seemed to be miscommunication between them both. Yesterday, we heard loud banging, and found Roberto and his employees tearing up our porch. What they found was termite and water damage on half of several  2x4s. Roberto suggested replacing them, but it would cost extra due to the cost of lumber at the moment, and, of course, the extra time in labor. My dad wanted to just forget the disintegration and slap plywood on top of the existing, rotting foundational wood. Then he tried to barter, like he usually does, and it was not going to happen. As my mom and I continued to watch in horror, the workers continued to uncover more corroded wood. After finally succeeding in coaxing my dad to just pay for the extra supplies and work, we all shook on it with Roberto. So, yesterday, they finished replacing the icky stuff, leaving the tile for the next day.. Today, the guys finished laying the tile and grouting. Roberto also came by to inspect the finished project and helped the worker put the railings back up. I have to say, the work they did was impressive. The porch looks absolutely beautiful!! We truly couldn't be more pleased, and my dad is actually very happy with the finished project. Roberto was very helpful and described the possible outcomes if we didn't replace the rotting wood, i.e. cracking a tile in the future. The experience may have started out a tad frustrating but ended with extremely happy customers. Don't be afraid to give them a shot. Your wallet will thank you, and so will the area you have tiled. read more

I just left the store stood in the store for about a half an hour looking at flooring and the salesman never spoke to me and my family nor did he acknowledge that we entered the store I am having quite a bit of work done to my home and they just blew a sale won't be back and suggest others to not go. We went to the store on Donovan, to get a quote for materials to remove my fiberglass shower enclosure, and tile the entire shower stall. I had the intention of doing it myself, but his salesperson asked if she could send him over for a quote, just to make sure my measurements were accurate, and I was getting what I actually needed for my project, not what I thought I needed. The quote was quite a bit less than I expected, so we scheduled with Lilia's to come and remodel our bathroom. He told us 8-10 days, at the most (if they ran into issues under the shower that weren't visible before demo), but probably about 5 days. He also worked around our schedule when possible. It took 3 full days for the majority of the work, and a couple of short days to finish the details and we also added a couple more small changes in the bathroom. The work they did was outstanding. The price was also very good. And was completed earlier than expected. I was happy with the work he did on my shower. We are going to have him do our other bathroom as soon as we can. read more

Salinas and his crew did a beautiful job remodeling both of our bathrooms. He is very creative with his ideas, they finished our bathrooms in a timely fashion, and had to do the shower floor three times because we picked the wrong tile. He did this with no complaints or extra charge because he wanted to get it right. Salinas' son, Christian does beautiful woodworking. He refinished an antique architects cabinet and it is stunning. DO NOT USE LILIAS KITCHEN AND TILE! Salinas is dishonest and a liar! Do not believe him and do not trust him! He talks a good talk and is a good salesman but the work in sub-par. Do not believe his time estimation of completing the job. The first thing he did was tear out my kitchen and it was the last thing he finished. It didn't get completed for almost 2 months. The plumbing work they did in my bathrooms is no good and they would not come back to fix it. I had to call a real plumber to fix what they screwed up. He told me that what Salinas did was very poor workmanship and a joke. My counter tops were cut with several rough edges and chips. Salinas told me that he was going to come back and fix it but he did not. The holes in the counter tops in the bathrooms where the faucet handles are installed are not even as if he did not measure them but just eyeballed it. All of the doors in my bathroom vanities were supposed to have easy close hinges but some did not. One of his guys drilled the holes for one of the drawer handles incorrectly. Salinas told me that he would fix these things but did not. There is no communication between Salinas and his crew plus Salinas is hardly ever at the job site. When he does show up it is late in the evening and he rushes to get things done. In the middle of the job there will be days that nobody shows up or calls and you can't get in touch with anyone to get any information. Salinas has a couple guys that are good but the majority of his crew are untrained hacks. Very poor workmanship and there is no attention to detail. DO NOT USE LILIAS KITCHEN AND TILE read more

We hired them to repair some drywall and replace flooring with tile in a small bathroom at our elderly Mom's house. They were amazing!!! They completed the entire job in less than one day and it looks so incredible. We will use them for all future projects. read more
