He promptly responded to my call, came out to look at our project, and gave me a fair bid for it. When I accepted the proposal, he told me when to expect him, the time he would arrive, and the duration of time it would take him to complete the job. He did not disappoint. He showed up on time with supplies on hand to get the job done. Part of the process required painting, and he is very keen to pay attention to details. He didn't leave until details were addressed, and he finished in the time span he said he would. The project took two months longer than promised, and I constantly had to micromanage them. Despite their claims that crews were on-site, my security cameras proved otherwise. Be warned: their contracts are incredibly vague. While they make it seem like you have "options," almost everything--from specific tile to basic kitchen stains--is an upcharge. Their corporate structure (LLC) makes legal recourse difficult, and dealing with three different points of contact was exhausting. I eventually paid just to be done with them.
