I don't usually get my lashes done here in corpus. But I've been a member at amazing lash since…read more2015. I set an appointment in corpus since I'd be here this weekend. I got a call today at 3:15pm to confirm my appointment for tomorrow at 9am. I was told that the YY lashes I get in austin would be an extra 25 dollars here. What? It's the same company why are you charging 25 dollars extra for the same lashes I get in austin? That's insane. But yeah... okay. I confirmed my appointment. Got a call at 6:25 stating my lash tech would not be in tomorrow and they had nobody who could do them for me , they were completely booked up. I just find it a bit ridiculous that if I cancel within 24 hours I still get charged the full amount of service, but my tech can break our appointment 3 hours after confirming and there's no penalty for them. I should get the same credit for them wasting my time. It's rude and inconsiderate. I understand people get sick, but how as a company do you not plan for this sort of thing? This is the second time I've ever tried booking in corpus and the second time they've done this. I'll just stick with austin locations. Services Lash fill Stylist Lauren Atmosphere Other

Wonderful Experience with Halo Sky!…read more I had a wonderful experience with Halo Sky at European Wax Center in Corpus Christi. She did an absolutely beautiful job on my eyebrows--shaping them, tinting them, and carefully removing the excess hair. I was so pleased with how natural and polished they looked. She waxed my face, I had never had that done prior to this. It is worth it. Halo also waxed several areas of my body, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how little pain I experienced. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I am extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend Halo Sky to anyone looking for someone who is skilled, careful, and attentive. I will definitely be returning!

Maya NEVER APOLOGIZED, started raising her voice, and literally STOMPING her feet and getting frustrated with US, when we were asking her to simply apply the balance that she verified was on the card. I asked if we just shouldn't buy gift cards here, Maya threw her arms up and said, " if that's what you decide to do then that's on you". This could've been handled so much better, had she been respectful, kind or even apologized for THEIR system error. We asked for the General Manager number and she gave us the number to the district office in India to try to fix the error on our end. I've never experienced such a rude, unprofessional "manager" and someone who is so ill equipped to be a manager. After she walked away the other girl at the front was kind and apologized, but the manager couldn't be bothered to do so, or to understand our frustration.
