Maya NEVER APOLOGIZED, started raising her voice, and literally STOMPING her feet and getting frustrated with US, when we were asking her to simply apply the balance that she verified was on the card. I asked if we just shouldn't buy gift cards here, Maya threw her arms up and said, " if that's what you decide to do then that's on you". This could've been handled so much better, had she been respectful, kind or even apologized for THEIR system error. We asked for the General Manager number and she gave us the number to the district office in India to try to fix the error on our end. I've never experienced such a rude, unprofessional "manager" and someone who is so ill equipped to be a manager. After she walked away the other girl at the front was kind and apologized, but the manager couldn't be bothered to do so, or to understand our frustration.

I originally wanted to get multiple piercings in one day, but instead of just making the sale, she explained why it would be better to wait so my body could heal properly. That level of honesty and care says a lot about the shop and their commitment to their clients. The vibe from the moment we walked in was so calming, welcoming, and amazing. Everyone made us feel comfortable, and it was clear they truly care about the people who walk through their doors. I'll definitely be back for the rest of my piercings and more tattoos. I'm not sure if the artist was new but it took nearly an hour to even glue the nails on. There were also globs of glue under my nails that were not drilled down. The artist was going to do sparkles, but decided against it but did not wipe it off all the way so I had sparkles on only one nail. Also, some nails were not cured all the way and the airbrush was literally peeling off before I left the parking lot. I went back in to get it fixed but after waiting for 15 minutes, I just went down the street to get my nails completely redone because of everything that went wrong and the fact that I was already there for 2+ hours. I decided to give Kosmo another chance because I heard that they were more of a hair salon than a nail salon, so I go in for a haircut and highlights. I emphasized many many many times that I want warm, caramel highlights. The highlights I received were not only too blonde/yellow, but a bit choppy as well. I will say that my haircut was well done though and had very nice layers. Also, the workers were very nice.

The end result was so awful that I had to shape/file them myself. The first two photos are the salons doing, and the last one is what they looked like after I fixed them.
