The situation that really upset me was when I went to wash my hands and was abruptly called out across the salon about whether I used soap, followed by eye rolling and attitude. The pedicure I selected included a soothing aloe vera leg wrap and massage. I was super impressed when they brought out freshly cut aloe vera and scraped the aloe directly from the plant leaf onto my leg. For some reason, I was expecting some type of aloe vera lotion, essence, or jelly and not the real stuff. The pedicurest was really sweet and did an excellent job on my nails and in taking care of my feet. Even though we were hitting up to their closing time, she didn't rush anything and still provided a lengthy first class service. Everyone in the salon was incredibly attentive the whole time.
