But, the quiet room offers water and snacks - along with staff offering a drink as they lead you to the room. If you're going in for a massage or facial, you'll be taken to the bathroom/locker room where you can change to your comfort level and are able to lock your belongings during your service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The esthetician who does my facials and eyebrows (Alma) is warm and friendly. One weekend, I completely forgot about my appointment and Alma told the front desk to call me, because "it didn't sound like me to forget." They offered a later appointment for me and didn't seem annoyed at all. For those of us who know we'll keep coming back, Woodhouse offers a membership whereby you get discounted services and products. This is not just about my experience. My daughter is dealing with the exact same situation. We have both invested a significant amount of money into these treatments, expecting professional service, reliable scheduling, and the results we were promised. Instead, we continue to experience cancellations, sometimes the night before our appointments and other times on the very same day. Consistency is fundamental to the effectiveness of laser hair removal. How are customers supposed to achieve the results they are paying for when the business repeatedly cancels their appointments and makes it difficult to stay on schedule? We have invested too much money, time, and trust into this process to keep dealing with these issues. I am also extremely dissatisfied with my experience with the manager, Amber. In my experience, the management has been very disappointing, and I do not feel that our concerns have been handled in the way customers who have spent this kind of money deserve. A business should take responsibility for providing the services it sells, communicating professionally, and treating its paying customers with respect. Nearly $20,000 is a substantial amount of money for a family to invest in a service. We did our part by making the financial commitment.
