I have been coming to Amazing Lash Studio to see Eva since I moved here over a year ago. She does such beautiful lashes. I like hybrid but to still keep them looking natural. She does them perfect. I spend multiple times a week at the beach and driving with the doors off on my Jeep. My lashes hold up. I love that she takes her time and they look beautiful when I leave. The staff has been very friendly to me. They send out reminder text when my appointment is coming up soon. They easily squeeze me in for a quick 30 minute mini fill when I have a unexpected special occasion coming up. I highly recommend checking them out. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is UNBELIEVABLY attentive to customers' needs. I'm talking like " the customer is always right "old school stuff . I have never seen these women visibly annoyed or upset which is pretty much unheard of in customer service these days . Besides the excellent customer service the technicians are wonderful. I have seen Lauren - a master stylist since Day 1 and she is simply incredible. Listens to anything and everything I want , and actually seems to LIKE her job. Really disappointed with the service from setting appointment; getting notifications of several people changes for my service. Then being told they offer color lashes over the phone and being told in person that they do not offer any color options. The young lady who provided my Lash service was not very informative about their selection of styles. The service was over in less than an hour for a new hybrid set. That night I had my first lash fan fall out. Over the next couple of days I continued to have lashes fall out and roll out on my wand when combing through. I was in shock that so many were falling out and none seem to have any glue. Then I get an automated text asking about my service experience and for feedback. So I called. They were a bit better on the phone handling my complaints, but the only thing she could offer was a free appointment to touch up the lashes with a master lash artist. I was actually out of town and felt very strongly like another set wasn't going to be the solution, so I asked her to make note in my file. As the day went on more lashes continued to fall out, I looked rather ragged in the eyes. I decided to rearrange my trip to make a stop back at Amazing Lash to speak to someone in person so they could see first hand how the lashes were looking. The receptionist was surprised by the lashes when I said it hadn't even been a whole week since application. Then she asked me the same round of questions as the phone call the day before. I do not mind answering questions to help clarify, but to be accused of purposely making my lashes look like crap and fall out so I can complain...not the best customer service approach. I was getting frustrated at this point and asked for a refund, I did not want to be dealing with lash drama on my vacation time. Sadly for everyone involved I had paid cash for the original service; they did not have enough cash to give me a refund! It was early in their business day and the receptionist was not too keen on supplying me with all the cash they had on hand. I ended up waiting 20 ish minutes for a "manager" to come in for the day and get access to the safe. No one ever came through the front door, no manager ever came out to speak with me or address the situation. The receptionist gave me the money in an envelope and that was it. Very bummed, I just wanted some pretty lashes to help me get over a nasty break up. read more

first timer, I went in and was unaware of the no kid policy she said it was fine and her fault for not advising but next time to not bring children. I told her I understood. she had me wait 10-15 mins then advise they had to cancel my appointment because there's no kids allowed. I felt time was wasted by telling me it was ok. New to town and found this studio for lashes. Made an appointment AND CALLED prior to my appointment to make sure my profession (hospital neuro NP) would not be an issue in regards to any Covid policy, I was told it would not be. After being given less than a 24 hour notice that they needed to change my appointment time to later in the day, I still agreed and came in for the appointment. I knew I should have cancelled initially when they called and requested to move my appointment with less than a 24 hour notice. I was denied services at that time because I am in possible close contact with covid positive people in the last 14 days. Of course I am, I work in a hospital! I was upset because when I asked about this when I first made the appointment I was told it would not be a problem if I did not have fever or symptoms. They could have saved my time by telling me the truth when I asked about the covid precautions. I will not return as I found this place to be extremely unprofessional and not concerned about their customers time. I will find another lash studio. I advise you all do the same as well. read more

I got my lashes done for the first time by Christina. I used their app to decide what style I wanted my lashes to be. It was great because it has a "GlamCam" that uses your front facing camera to show you what you would look like with each type of lash. There are lots of combinations you can apply to find what you like best. I took a screen shot of the style lashes I decided on and Christina did an amazing job making my lashes look exactly like the photo I showed her. It takes a long time to get the initial lashes, but you get your own private room and you lay on a bed with a pillow for your head and one you can position under your legs. It is worth the time and money to get them done since I don't have to put on makeup to have my eyes look this good. I really like that they don't look obviously fake, and I don't have to put on eyeliner to hide the ugly lash line you get with store bought lashes. I was also worried that my natural lashes would stick straight out and the lashes they put on would be curled so it would look ridiculous. But that was not the case, I don't know how they do it- but you don't see real lashes vs extensions. They become one and you can't tell where your real lashes meet the extensions. I really want to keep up with them because I like the way they look so much, but I am a bit worried about whether they will stand the test of time. I am going to see how they look after a few weeks. I am very active, always outside working on my yard so I sweat a lot. Hopefully the glue is strong, because I want to keep going back! read more

I went in today to get an eyebrow wax tint and lamination. I was beyond excited and super ready for my eyebrow transformation. Sadly I did not receive what I wanted and came out looking like the grinch! When I called to explain to them that I did not like my eyebrows. The person on the phone had said that when checking out She asked how everything was and I had said it was good. Well of course if you were being asked by somebody in front of the person who did your service, you're going to say good. Being put on the spot like that it is very hard to actually say what you wanna say. I do believe that you cannot hold that against me, Especially since I called the same day. You can clearly see the excess hair hair that was left. As well as how my eyebrows have no shape. I do understand that in a laminations the hairs are made to stick straight up but everyone that I have ever seen with laminated eyebrows still have shape I will add the photos of what my eyebrows look like vs what I expected them to look like can you can be the judge for yourself on if I should have been able to get a refund. I did not receive a refund. I do wanna say that the person that did my eyebrows was a very kind person and I do feel bad about not liking them, but they are very bad. Y'all need to guarantee you're work as it's the professional thing to do. The person on the phone was very rude and unprofessional she was not listening to what I had to say and refused to give me my $125 back. $125.00 is a lot of money.... When asking for corporates number she stated corporate has no number!! She canceled my membership with out my signature and now won't reinstate it even though it's been two weeks and is making me pay more to resign up! The manager said there is no contact for corporate but I can email them. I have been emailing for two weeks now with again no response! So no I can not call to get this fixed! I have asked for the owner and corporate to call me for over two weeks now. Original Post: If i could give them a zero stars I would! I have asked for the owner to call me now for over a week! I have given this company chance after chance! The artist don't know how to do volume! I had a girl use bath and body works hand sanitizer on my eyes and my eyes burned and where swollen, I showed proof and the manager laughed at me and said I was wrong! You could feel and smell it!!! Multiple people have cut my eyes with tape and again the said I must have scratched my eyes! The front desk and management are so unprofessional and don't know the meaning of customer service. In the middle of an appointment The front desk associate came into my appointment and was arguing with my stylist about how long the service was. I never got an apology from the front desk or the manager tried to call back for another appointment and was told that I was not allowed to book at a 7 o'clock appointment and they wouldn't do any more 7 o'clock appointment. Again management knew about the issue and nothing was done. The last straw was when I was treated as if I wasn't a customer, paying money monthly and biweekly getting my lashes done. This is the worst Amazing Lash Studio, and the worst customer service. I was in CC visiting a friend. My lashes didn't seem to last as I got them done a few days prior to my arrival in TX. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next day!! Very convenient!! They are extremely professional and clean. The studio is comfortable and stylish. Lauren was my lash tech, she did a wonderful job! Love this place. A set of lashes and fills are all very affordable. They have different styles you can choose from and ways to upgrade. Star is awesome and I see her biweekly now. I love that I don't have to wear mascara anymore. They also have little rooms similar to a tanning salon that you are in when you're getting your lashes done so it's not all out in the open. One of the worst lash salons ever. Please save your money. Went in for a full set so excited only for them to do less than the bare minimum, notified them and they said i could go back in for a touch up only for them to fall out not even a week later. Notified them once again and let them know that it wasn't going to be fair that i was going to be charged for a full set when i didn't even get my lashes wet. The manger was still going to make me pay so i declined the offer and just asked for a refund since i was a member,this was back in June and it's now august and i still have not gotten my refund,you try calling and they say they'll call you back because the manager isn't in right now and never call you back so i guess the manager is non existent all of a sudden. Also these lash techs need a better job because doing lashes isn't there calling. Sad i can't give 0 stars read more

RED FLAGS YALL!!! Careful with your credit card information!! Be prepared to cancel your card the second you cancel your membership. While the services are so so, (I always had to return for them to fix my lashes after the initial sessions) what made me absolutely hate this place is the fact that they are thieves. When they shut down due to Covid they stopped charging my card. Then resumed charging me without letting me know they were even open. I called and canceled three months ago and they refused to give me a refund on the months that they had charged me without letting me know they were open which I swallowed begrudgingly. But out of nowhere they started charging me again refusing to let me speak to a manager or issue me a refund even though they saw in their notes that they had canceled my membership THREE MONTHS AGO. The receptionist yelled at me hung up on me and refused to give me any information on when they expected their manager back. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Never again. read more

I would not recommend this studio, I was not pleased with my lashes. I indicated I wanted full lashes and was promised that if I went with the Hybrid lashes. End result was long lashes but were not full whatsoever. When I questioned the fullness, they indicated that due to the amount of the lashes I had, that was all they were able to do. So if my goal of fuller lashes could not be achieved why was I not told that from the beginning? I was only explained this after the set was completely on and I was charged 89.99. I would not even give them one star but I had to rate them. read more
