VIP Nails & Spa - SNS powder with tips - Nail Salons Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

Last few times I've come (mon-fri between 9a-5p) the door was locked. It's not fair to be mad because for all we know they're dealing with personal problems that are taking them away from their means of income. BUT YA COULD AT LEAST PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR. read more

My first time ever here, a lady from jared told me to check it out & they do sns. Never heard of this before, so I googled sns and it is way better for your natural nails and doesn't take as long. Went there they took me in immediately, was super nice & also understood everything they said. Had my 6 month old with me,& they treated her as if it was one of their own. Got a spa pedicure $25 but $5 extra for French tip done by van. Also love henry who did my nails & bow. This is the place to go. A very nice family owned small business in a very nice area. Other customers are super sweet as well. Will be going back in a few weeks and possibly take my four year old. read more

Attention to cleanliness, providing friendly customer service and reasonable pricing makes this salon a great salon. Cindy does the best Pink & White SNS nails. She takes her time and does a really professional job. Pedicure's are awesome and nail techs strive to make this a relaxing time. Would highly recommend this nail salon for their attitude to providing the best service to all their clients. read more

My mom, sister and I went in today to get pedi and manis. It was an awesome experience! Not only were they super affordable, but they were very detailed and did a great job. I can't wait to come back! read more

I wanna love this place solely because of two other technicians I watched with their clients. So I will try again maybe, one day. I wasn't offered a bottle of water and I felt almost like a bother to my tech. He was so rough with my hands it was crazy. And anytime he would hurt me and I would respond in obvious pain " ssss". " ouch" and flat out " it's too rough for me!" He never once apologized. I also tried to tell him something about my nail and he shushed me so fast I couldn't get it out. I felt like he was doing me a favor and he was rushing, probably why he hurt me so many times. Having paid $95 bucks to feel the way I did wasn't cool but it was just one person, if I go back I will never book with him again.( don't know his name, older gentleman) I had a good pedicure lady did it and I was painted by one of the two younger guy techs that I wish I had for my finger nails as well. ‍ such is life. I did a full set solar nails with gel, pedicure with gel polish. read more

I use to be a regular customer, as a walk in. I never had issues. Then one time I decided to make an appointment. I went for my appointment on time. Only to find that the technician I had an appointment with was already with another customer. All the technician could say was. Oh sorry I forgot. Please have a seat and I will be with you soon. Not acceptable!! I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks earlier for a reason. I haven't been back. read more

After moving here from Dallas about three months ago, I have gone several places in Corpus for SNS and the quality at VIP is, by far, the best. The staff are friendly, with a wonderful sense of humor and are very fun to talk to. The SNS I got today is the best SNS I have gotten in the last two years. Needless I'll definitely be back. read more

I've been getting SNS nails for over two years in four different states but I've never had a technician as meticulous as Jesse! My nails look amazing. He was very intelligent, pleasant to visit with and a perfectionist! read more

Great service and never disappointed!! Everyone is very nice and professional. The salon itself is very clean and very well maintained.

Meh. I got a regular pedi and I got a mani with gel. The gel chipped a little the next day. And now it's been exactly a week and more then one has chipped and on one of my nails the whole gel polish just came right off. I might give them another try but not sure. read more

Jesse and/or Brian will take care of you without fail! This is a family-owned and operated salon and they have yet to disappoint! You would do yourself a great favor if you call for an appointment, since they're usually booked, but they do take walk-ins. I was a walk-in my first visit and I've made appointments ever since. I refuse to go anywhere else--even if I'm out of town--they're that good!! read more

NEW OWNERS!!! Staff has changed and they are friendly. And also good at what they are doing. The prices was an average price for a nail salon. So it wasn't expensive. Cindy took care of my French tip pedicure and did an awesome job! She took her time and let me enjoyed every second of it. And she made sure if I like the French tip read more

Walk Ins are clearly not accepted here. The individual stated they do walk ins you just would have to schedule a time. What?! I would consider that appointment only. But I guess that's just me. Horrible business practice. read more

First time here. Took my girlfriend and daughter to get pedicures. Rudest host I have ever met. Then when I left a bad review they contacted me to apologize to only take the side of the host saying she was only rude because she was new. Will never go here again. They don't care about service read more

the nail techs acted like they were bothered by my mother and law and i being there-- and the messed up my eyebrows

VIP nail salon is one of the best nail salons in Corpus Christi. They are very professional clean and fast. A friend told me about SNS nails and I've been hooked ever since. It's nothing like the old acrylic nail process. Your nails grow and it's just a VERY HARD overlay. No drilling on your natural nail. They have a WIDE variety of colors to choose from. The cool thing is if you pay with cash you get a discount. I would highly recommend VIP Nail & Spa to all my friends. I have sent friends over there and they are just as satisfied as I am. My advice is you HAVE to try it. You will be hooked too. The staff is always friendly and happy to see you. I'm telling you SNS nails is the way to go. read more

First time here, customer service was horrible. We kept asking the lady for information on items and she would ignore us. Pedi for two: lady came over took care of my friend and I was left alone, mind you there were three people doing nothing. When I finally got serviced, nail techs alternated my service between each other. They did not make an attempt to interact with me; when my friend's service was done the lady just walked off and did not let her know she was finished nor did she send her to the drying station. The lady rushed the service to jump on another client. Very disappointing. Was trying to find a good nail place near home. read more

Best nail techs ever! I don't love their pedicures but there SNS nails are fantastic. I go every couple of weeks. Nails last for a long time and grow out beautifully. You may have to wait if you come here but it's WORTH it. read more

Nice place. They did a great job on my gel pedicure. They can do wax as well. And powder.

Thankfully got in right before the rush. Awesome/ relaxing experience. I only got my toes done this time but I will be back to try SNS.

I had the sns nails done a week ago and today, I got antibiotic pills and ointment for my swollen infected cuticles. The older man did my nails, and really didn't pay much attention to how I wanted them shapped, and continued his process even after I complained of pain. I will never go back to this place. read more

I love going to this salon. They always give me good service and tips for my nail color. I can be going in 15 till they close and they will still take me in. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I went in here today for the first time because my mom is always telling me about the sns. The sns came out really nice but the man that did my nails was horrible. I asked him a question about the sns and he pretty much ignored me. He had his head phones in his ears the whole time and was watching YouTube half of the appointment. The other half of the appointment he FaceTimed some girl. He barely said a word to me and when he was finished he got up and went outside to smoke a cigarette. I had no idea how long sns takes to dry so I asked another worker. Plus he didn't even massage my hands with the lotion which is one of my favorite parts. I will NEVET go here again and put up with that rude man. My favorite place is lenas nail spa. I wish they had sns. read more

Very unfriendly didn't get to get my pedicure along with my daughter. My shellac color didn't turn out like the sample nail and they charged my daughter extra for long nails?!?!? Wth? I've never ever heard of that aren't they already long then cut? Why would there be an extra charge? These people are total scammers I will never come back!!! read more

Will NEVER GO BACK! Absolutely horrible place. We had an appt and I STILL had to wait, they cut me and then ripped off part of my toenail during my pedicure. 2 days after my "pedicure" my polish chipped off 4 of my toe nails. Very RUDE, unfriendly place. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. read more
