I walked in to get a pedicure there was a 5 minute wait until I was seated. The waiting area was really nice. They offer complementary drinks. I had some champagne which was nice. my massage seemed quick and the guy kept dropping his supplies and still used it on me. Which was not good. Now after 2 days later I see that I still have dead skin around my toes and my gel polish also peeled off on 3 toes.. the salon is beautiful but I think the quality of work needs to be improved. read more

This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I came in for a simple toe color change and builder gel soak-off. No one explained where to choose a color, and I was treated awkwardly from the start. The technician, Sarah, was extremely rude and tried to use used tools on me. When I asked for disposable items for hygiene reasons, she became angry, stormed off, and later threw a nail file at me, telling me to fix my nails myself. She refused to finish my service. Another technician, David, finished, but used a metal drill bit on my natural nails for so long that they are now raw and painful. Even after the "soak-off," there is still gel polish left on my natural nails, and my nails are raw and painful from excessive drilling. I chose this salon because of its reputation for hygiene, but that was not my experience at all. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

I just had the worst nail experience I have ever had!! And I've been getting my nails done for 10 years!! I went to get a pedicure and a manicure there the pedicure was fine but once I got to the manicure (it was a different guy that did my manicure) from the get go I wasn't doing anything right. I wasn't holding my hands the right way, he hurt my cuticles, and he gave me the dirtiest looks just because I questioned the price of my nails. originally he said $60 and all I got was a short French tip set. All I said was that seems high. He then went to explain why it was that much and then he changed the price to $55! I still don't think I should have paid that much, but I just wanted to get out of there! After that was said he was still in the middle of doing my nails and while he was putting the clear coat on he was giving me the dirtiest look, and when I was done he threw my hand and left! I followed a sweet lady that I had been with for many years to Classy Nails. She does amazing pedicures. I needed my nails done and got another lady that also transplanted to this salon. My pedicure sweet lady did an amazing job, however I think management does not allow her to be as customer oriented as she was. She used to really clean and manicure my feet, but now I'd more rushed. I get the higher priced pedicures, always have. At the other place she took her time, here as I said she is more rushed. As far as my nails, here at this salon, I typically went with the other transplant lady. However, I could never relax, she was always talking about her family and it's issues, how they all talk to each other , her $$$ issues, her pie in the sky dreams, get rich quick ideas, and so on. I get my nails done to relax and typically don't engage in a lot of conversation. I stopped going because of this more than my pedicure lady. The lady who does my pedicure is doing what management tells her, the nail lady is just plain bothersome. Also, this place does not seem very clean. Used to be a great customer - but started noticing decline in service and quality- nails breaking off quickly and after so much money invested you'd think I'd get great customer service but no' so rude to me. Was no longer receiving a lil hand massage after full set, no cuticle Oil. Always had a negative comment about when I wanted pink nails "you always get pink" well that's what I want. I get long nails and was yelled at when one nail smudged when pulling out of dryer - excuse me?! Did this another time- made me feel so uncomfortable and neglected. And then was laughing and making fun of me the last three times I came in, my nails were coming off so quickly, I couldn't believe it. Would make appointments and still be waiting when I arrived. You don't blatantly make fun of a customer to your receptionist and really think your customer doesn't see you?!? I now have found a much better nail salon that is friendly, doesn't talk behind my back and obviously laugh at me, and my nails don't fall off- they last many weeks now. I happened to be driving by and needed a last minute mani/pedi, so I entered this salon without researching or reading reviews. I requested SNS nails, the older man nodded, but I soon realized as he started working that he didn't understand or speak much English. He put on a powder which I later read on the jar to be acrylic powder directly on my nails - and I still had to set it under the UV with a gel topcoat. The fumes and smell was so strong I had to keep covering my mouth and nose, and breath through my sleeves. (This is not the process I had read SNS to be, or I never would have wanted to try it.) No filing or shaping, or cuticle grooming before the powder is applied. None of the usual lotion/massage that I've come to expect with a manicure. This was the quickest, most haphazard $35 manicure in my experience. I told myself simply to not return to this salon again, and blamed myself for coming, but I feel the need to write this review now because my nail beds are really burning and I can't sleep, from both the discomfort and worrying. I hope this didn't cause me any permanent damage. Please be careful here. I also had a regular polish spa pedicure which was fine, nothing fancy or luxurious but the polish was painted on smoothly. The lotion used had a chemical smell. Will not be returning. read more
