We had such a fun time! We had a couple teen/tween kids, but there were much smaller children who were doing it as well. Gotta say it was harder than I expected, but so much fun! I pushed myself further than I thought I could - even though I didn't make it to the zip line. The whole experience felt very safe and the staff were suuuuper friendly. Amazing high ropes obstacle course! There are 55 different elements including 2 zip lines. The adult kids had a blast!! Highly recommend.

The person in charge was rude and racist. We were visiting Lake Chelan on the weekend of April 8th, 2023. Unfortunately, the water activities were not open yet so we decided to go to this establishment in the hopes that we can do the rope course as a family. We waited for quite some time at the counter because apparently the person who mans booth was also the one providing safety orientation for the course participants. They ware obviously understaffed. When the person in charge came over, his first question was if we had an online reservation and I told him we didn't. He said we should have booked online but he will book us for the ax throwing for the meantime as we wait. He got us to fill out the waivers and when we were done, he found it amusing that my last name was Necesito. He repeatedly kept saying "ayuda" to my face while laughing at my last name. I told my wife that the person in charge was having us wait because we did not book online, but that I got us to do the ax throwing first. So my wife then went to the website and booked us a session for us that same time that we are there. I then told the person in charge that we were able to book online. He couldn't believe it and started yelling at me right in front of my family and other customers. I just smiled and asked him what's wrong and he said in a very loud voice and very aggressive tone we couldn't have booked it because he shut down the booking for the day. Apparently, my wife booked the wrong location but that did not give him the right to be rude to us, on top of his being racist. We just left quietly after we got done with our ax throwing that we were no longer enjoying. A couple of days later, I got a survey in the email from the management about their service. I, of course, told them of the rude and racist behavior of their staff but nobody came back to me to address my concern. What is the point of sending surveys if nothing comes out of it when real concerns are raised. Their rope course is lame anyway and their facility is mediocre at best. read more

I ended up taking my daughter and granddaughters to High Trek on Sunday. My granddaughters had been on an earlier vacation with their dad this year and weren't able to go then so they really wanted to check this place out on our trip. First you need to sign a waiver which is pretty typical for a place like this and you need to be wearing closed toed shoes, no bare feet or flip flops, if you didn't come with your own they provide you with "Crocs". Next you go through an orientation and putting on your fall protection harness and helmet. During the orientation you'll be shown how to operate the cable locks and how to move from feature to feature. You start on the ground with one of the staff making sure you are able to get around once you've shown that you're up to it they let you go and explore, have fun! My daughter and I opted to stay in the ground and offer support and take pictures while the girls burned some energy. Now my granddaughters have been doing gymnastics for years and also like to do rock climbing at the state fairgrounds so this was something they were familiar with. Isabelle my eldest, also has zip lined before. They both started out by cabling around the lower feature, cargo netting, suspended ladders and such but soon they were on the upper level where the zip lines are. We only paid for an hour for both but they went over by about 15 minutes but we weren't charged extra. If you have younger kids than my granddaughters 11-13 respectively you can pay to only get access to the lower levels which is kinda nice to be able to do. The staff are super friendly and helpful we all had a great experience I think your family will too! read more

Came here with a group of 11 for the axe throwing. Staff was very nice but not super knowledgeable about axe throwing. The setup is pretty rudimentary and one of the targets we were throwing at was very worn making it harder for some of our group to find success. There is a very small sitting area under a basic canopy for waiting/watching with literally no other amenities (drinks, music, etc). While admittedly some in our group weren't great at axe throwing, the stalls were literally falling apart. Our group ultimately got so bored that we left without using up our whole time. This could have been a fun experience but for the very high price it just wasn't worth it read more

We took my boys here (ages 7 and 9) to do the ropes course, and my husband and I were so impressed. The employees were super helpful-- they trained the boys thoroughly ensuring they'd be safe and then they assisted them the entire time guiding them at their pace and comfort level. This zip line is so fun! The people there are very nice. Even if you fall off the top, the line will catch you.
