My 12 yo grandson and I zipped there today and it was a blast. Edgar and Adam were professional and patient with us. As as 65 yo overweight grandma they never made me feel out of shape. We learned a lot of fun stuff about the history of the property. The staff there practice excellent safety standards and followed the correct safety technics for themselves as well. They made the trip comfortable and TONS of fun. Staff.on the weekend we're also fantastic! A well run, safe place. All of the breaking mechanisms were smooth and NOT the least bit jirky. Had a great time here with friends, was my best friend's birthday. The staff were amazing and they went at our pace since it was our first time ziplining. Wish they had more lines. The best adventure I had ever experienced. I am absolutely terrified of heights but the staff and owners were the nicest and funniest people I have ever met. Making my experience more about fun than fear. We thought we were only going to have a zip lining and wine tasting experience but the owners definitely treated our group to more than just that. They took us around their grapevines and drove all of us around their beautiful property! I can honestly say once you meet the owners, you'll fall in love with their hospitality and caring personalities. But that's not even the best part, we got to meet some of their animals too! Like FOUR DOGS! They're the sweetest pups! The ziplining includes four lines, a practice line to get your jitters out and see if you're really mentally prepared for the rest. Trust me don't be scared to open your eyes, you need to take in all the views! Then going up the mountain by a van, are the other three zip lines. The 2nd and the 3rd lines are pretty standard. The speed is moderate, I'd say you're going 20mph or less. So go ahead and do the spider man or any tricks you want to get off the bucket list. The 4th line is no joke, this line is steep af! You're going 60mph and if you're on the heftier side, expect to go even faster that that! It's the most terrifying line, so make sure you're really listening to their safety tips on this one because if you have any wrong positioning than you will get hurt so definitely listen to them. This line goes really fast and unlike the other lines, this one stops you after you get SLING SHOT! It's an adrenaline rush! read more

We went to this zipline last June and I am still suffering from a rib injury due to their faulty equipment! Beware of this place! I spoke to the owners right after the accident and they explained that their staff stopped me in mid air going 60 mph and that caused my rib injury! For months now I have had pain and had to go to the ER for X-rays etc. the worst part is the owners will not return any calls or follow up! Very unprofessional and very unsafe! The braking mechanism on the main zip line is pretty harsh, easy to see how it could result in back or neck issues. Also, stopping van on ride up to station, screaming there is a snake in the van, and then throwing a rubber snake at clients is just inexcusable. read more

I have extensive experience zip lining and I would not recommend this place. It is overpriced and I question their safety measures.We were assured that is was up to code and very safe, but saw no certification posted anywhere. The zip lines were nothing spectacular. The last line with the braking mechanism was terrible, it gave me awful whiplash and was extremely unpleasant. I was sore for over a week. The snake in the van ride up also soured the experience. Asking a 56 year old spectator to join the tour of the property and then pulling that stunt in a van on a ridge was unprofessional. The "winery" was a bit of a misnomer. There was no "wine tasting" just one type of wine available for purchase. They have big dreams for the place, but it is still just a concept. read more

I rode the four lines of Tunnel Zip Lines on Sunday. If you are driving up 97A to Chelan stop in and add an adventure to your drive. While it is small the delightful owners and the friendly staff make the most of the great view and the interesting history of this location. The staff are friendly and well trained and use this well built zip line system to create a great experience. I really look forward to going back and riding again when they complete the expansion. read more

I definitely would not recommend doing this to anyone! Even after following the 10 seconds worth of instructions given on how to brace myself on the last zip - the severe jolt dislocated my neck and pulled a muscle in my back. I even asked the guide if I did everything correctly and he said I did. Our bodies are not designed to go from 60+ mph to 0 that abruptly. It's been a couple of miserable days and I hope to save someone else from going through the same pain. read more
