I do most of the work on my house myself, and have had some bad experiences when I have hired someone to either save my time, or my back, so I am a little wary bringing in a contractor, but this job was too high up and too big for me. Big Fish delivered! They came out when they said they would, communicated with me very well and there was always someone on the other end of the phone when I called. Tommy, the site manager, was very friendly and clearly explained what they were doing and the entire process. I did not even have to get up on the roof afterwards to inspect the job as they photo documented everything along the way. I knew about some bad spots, they found them all and then some, showing me images of the rotted wood and how they replaced it. Even the clean up was great. I did a walk around this morning and barely found anything to pickup. Not one nail in the driveway. I have a feeling this roof will outlast me, but if I ever do need it redone, I'll definitely hire them again!

They were cheerful and funny and made a stressful situation a lot easier. The results exceeded my expectations. The final product was beautiful. I hope I don't need their services anytime soon but if I do I won't hesitate to call them again. Thank You, Dell' Aquila Plastering.

I booked a consultation with Bobbie, and confirmed our appointment the day before. The arrival window was between 10:30am-12:30pm. I took the afternoon off of work to be home. If he had even just texted to see if later would work, there would be no issue. But with no communication, at 1:15pm I texted to say I was disappointed with the no-show and that I must look for help elsewhere. At 1:45pm, Bobbie knocks on the back door as if nothing was amiss, seemingly unaware of our agreed upon time window. I told him I had texted him, but he obviously didn't see it. He asked if I wanted him to look at the job anyway, and I politely said that I was sorry, but I needed someone reliable. He said he WAS reliable, and sauntered away openly appalled that I wouldn't want to work with someone who made me lose income and wait all afternoon for nothing. He and his truck were very professional looking, but that's where it ends. I wouldn't refer this company to anyone.
