Not a whole lot of selection and their self branded products are mids at best, but don't let that stop you from enjoying the views of Mt. Shasta which is snow covered right now and very beautiful. Which more than makes up for the brightly colored red high times packaging which hides the pretty lackluster products held within. But no matter, the usual customer won't notice. read more

High Times - Redding - Look at those topiaries! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Redding, California

I've shopped here a few years now. Lately there are very few good deals. But the vape pens and chargers here are expensive enough to where they should not have problems. I don't bother saying anything anymore cause it's always too late. So if you shop here don't buy any cartridges you don't plan to use right away. They do not have good batteries, for me2 out 3 went in the garbage soon after purchasing. The service here is great, everyone is so nice. But for some reason they can't stand behind their product. So I'll post this and go elsewhere, I've lost to much money buying vapes here. read more

High Times - Redding - The cartridge in the photo was just open and it leaks oil. It will mess up the one battery I have. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Redding, California

The store itself is excellent. I caution that if you shop their website that you check the accuracy. I purchased a judges kit advertised online at 28g for $200. It was the Indica bag. When I got home there was 22g in the pack. When I brought it to the managers attention, he just said, "It's a typo, tough luck." Be vary wary, especially on a larger purchase so that you don't get shafted also. read more

Over priced. Can't even see the weed they,re selling at 50$ an 1/8!!! Just have to pick product off a tablet and then buy herb in a sealed package with no window to view. Do yourself a favor just buy from your local grower get fresh weed u can see and smell read more

they pulled a "bait and swtch".. i placed an order online and arrived at the store and paid for my order. After paying for the order and looking at it.. I realized that they had not given me one item that was correct. I complained to the management about this bait and switch and she said she was sorry they should have told me before I checked out I requested a refund as this was not the item I ordered and she refused saying it's against rules. You can't trust their website to be accurate both itemized price wise and up-to-date then it's pointless to even have it and it is impossible to trust the shop..AVOID this shop and go elsewhere, read more

Keep rocking it Synergy Crew!! Every time I come to Synergy (Quite Often) Every staff member has a great attitude!! I would say I've visited 50+ times without seeing or hearing anything negative about anything at all. Theses guys and gals seem to really enjoy what they do, even on a busy holiday or weekend they are never to rush you and to keep a smile on the whole time they help you. I smoke mostly concentrate dabs with the occasional top shelf flower. I have never walked out empty handed. They will always have something in stock for all types of users, Edibles included. Like I said in the beginning KEEP IT UP SYNERGY CREW, YOU ALL KICK @$$!! read more

Usually has what I need. I go for sleep aids. Staff is very knowledgeable. People are friendly and helpful

Synergy is my go to source for medical supplies. Had a very specific issue I was dealing with and Raven helped me out. I felt so much using her curated products. I'll never go anywhere else. I have noticed they run low on stock, but they replenish quickly. I've used other stores in the area who were not even as helpful. Their delivery service is great, timely, and personable. Staff remembers you. read more

People that work there are great. But make sure you check the dates on the flower for when it was harvested and packaged. I bought an eighth last week of indoor, when I got home I noticed the date. It was packaged last Year. Sept 2022. The flower was starting to turn yellow and had that alfalfa smell. This is the second time this has happened. read more

I did like this place because it is clean. Today I arrived few customers ordering nobody waiting but me. A girl walks in while I was waiting which everyone knew by first name. She was taken in before me and no she did not pre order. I will never be back to Synergy ever again. read more

This was my first experience at a California dispensary as opposed to WA and OR. I appreciated the signage outside, parking lot, and friendly staff who welcomed me when I arrived. The environment was very positive with a bright white space and upbeat/fun music playing. It was a very different energy than what I have experienced in WA/OR. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and I was able to buy a 'new to en' CBD oil with CBDA and MCT oil that I haven't yet come across back home. Thanks for the pleasant visit y'all! read more

This place is awesome and affordable. People are friendly there and the dispensary has some good options. Definitely check this place out.

Super easy to find, clean and well organized store, and helpful and friendly staff! Also a great variety of products and people to help explain different uses and doses. If you preorder on line, you get a special entrance line to skip the wait if you're there during a busy time. Hooray for Synergy! read more

This is a review for their 40% off promo and all I can say is it's fraudulent advertising! We drove up for a couple of hours to this store to take advantage of this promo and when we get there, we felt cheated! 40% ? Nah! I know now not to believe their sales promo in the future! Fake promo! read more

Not sure what to think. I went in looking for concontsentrate cartridges. I spasificle said I wanted heavy India for sleep and pain. Nothing with speedy crap that keeps you awake. 55$ and out the door. Well 10-12 hits and zero. To boot it tasted just like dirt. I can get a better high of a cigarette. Took that crap back and they gave me 20 points, burned for 35$. Next round, this next crap made my ears ring and read bad plus it was like taking amphetines. After 4 hours of tossing and turning I had to take two excellent PM. Ajoyher $55 burn. You buy 90% and ten hits do nothing but make your ear ring all I can think of is FRAUD. read more

We love Synergy because of their cleanliness, professionalism, and knowledge of what they are selling. First time at a dispensary so maybe it's my fault for assuming you can just go in and pick out what you want. I had people waiting in the car so I wasn't able to wait in line for my personal shopping experience so I left with nothing. So just a heads up, you have to check in, wait for your name to be called, and walk around with someone while you pick what you want. Also cash only. read more

Walking into this place is like warm hug! Me and a couple friends went and everyone is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and they are always having promotion. Honestly the goods are pretty dang good too!! Me and my friends weren't super experienced on this stuff so the fact they didn't make us feel dumb and shunned for asking the "stupid" questions lol I recommend any beginners or masters check this place out!! read more

Went to Synergy yesterday, noticed a flyer advertising cartridges buy 1 get 1 for $1 on Saturday from 12:00 - 3:00, so we get there at 11:45, we were told the time was changed to 4:30, so we show up at 4:20 we wait till 4:40ish, our names get called, we go in, the guy says, hey we have cartridges, but no more for the deal.....WTF!! SEEMS SHADY read more

UPDATE: Since Synergy first opened, they have made big improvements to their selection for dabs and cartridges. They had high concentrates at great prices that beat a couple of the dispensaries in Mt Shasta. I'm happy to see them improving their options. Going on a weekday morning was also a nice, quiet, and quick experience! Good job guys! read more

I love this dispensary it doesn't always have the things that I want, however they usually have something that will fit or is comparable to what I need or want. What I love about this dispensary is that it is so relaxing. You going to some dispensaries and it's like you're committing a crime or the people are unprofessional or the customers are just not happy, but in this store it's like you go into a day spa they pretty much have everything down to a science it's like a well-oiled machine. I have to take THC and CBD for my medical condition so that I'm not taking so much pain medication. And this store is very helpful with what CBD works with what different diagnoses they're very educated on what strains are good for what type of symptoms like nausea or anxiety or insomnia or pain management. I love their counter person she is so bubbly and wonderful. I highly recommend synergy if you use cannabis and are looking for a comfortable and wonderful and quiet and relaxing place to just go and pick out your product of choice I highly recommend synergy. read more

Weird spa/salon vibe, selection varies, prices are comparable to other stores around. Depending on the time and day the wait can be pretty stupid. The "online ordering" would be worth it if it were kept up to date. read more

I think this is a horrible dispensary. When I've gone in they've been rude when I've called they've been both unhelpful and totally non-flexible. I try to ordering online with them and wasn't able to make the order go through so I called in and they told me my only options were to figure it out online or to come in in person they would not take a phone order. Two thumbs down on this place read more

They do not care at all about the well-being of their customers. I got there and several people were not wearing masks, including multiple employees. I really appreciate this place. A few competitors in SLC often can save you a couple bucks, but it's not worth the drive nor the sub par customer service you get elsewhere. This is the friendliest and cleanest dispensary around. They may charge that extra dollar or two, but they make up for it with a clean welcoming environment, online ordering, very friendly staff, and a convenient Redding location. It's well worth it and this place deserves some more props. Plus they have an ATM inside, huge bonus if you forget to stop and get cash on the way! read more

We landed in Redding last night and contacted this company at 9pm. Whoever answered immediately sent us a "menu" via text and we placed our order. From 9:16-9:54pm I received lots of calls and texts directing me how to make payment via Zelle; I even added a $15 tip to the $60 tab because we were so excited to receive our delivery. Once he got our money, we were told a driver would deliver to us in 20-25 minutes which was no problem but he never showed and after that I tried calling and texting multiple times with no response from the number on this page. I tried calling again this morning, no answer no way to leave a message. I have never left a bad review for anyone on here but I am super pissed and feel like this company took me for a ride!!! I'm calling my bank to report FRAUD because I paid and never got my product or a response from who kept calling me over and over for the $$$$ SHAMEFUL- DO NOT TRUST THEM TO MAKE A DELIVERY!!!!
