This was my first experience at a California dispensary as opposed to WA and OR. I appreciated the signage outside, parking lot, and friendly staff who welcomed me when I arrived. The environment was very positive with a bright white space and upbeat/fun music playing. It was a very different energy than what I have experienced in WA/OR. I love this dispensary it doesn't always have the things that I want, however they usually have something that will fit or is comparable to what I need or want. What I love about this dispensary is that it is so relaxing. You going to some dispensaries and it's like you're committing a crime or the people are unprofessional or the customers are just not happy, but in this store it's like you go into a day spa they pretty much have everything down to a science it's like a well-oiled machine. I have to take THC and CBD for my medical condition so that I'm not taking so much pain medication. And this store is very helpful with what CBD works with what different diagnoses they're very educated on what strains are good for what type of symptoms like nausea or anxiety or insomnia or pain management. I love their counter person she is so bubbly and wonderful. I really appreciate this place. A few competitors in SLC often can save you a couple bucks, but it's not worth the drive nor the sub par customer service you get elsewhere. This is the friendliest and cleanest dispensary around. They may charge that extra dollar or two, but they make up for it with a clean welcoming environment, online ordering, very friendly staff, and a convenient Redding location. We landed in Redding last night and contacted this company at 9pm. Whoever answered immediately sent us a "menu" via text and we placed our order. From 9:16-9:54pm I received lots of calls and texts directing me how to make payment via Zelle; I even added a $15 tip to the $60 tab because we were so excited to receive our delivery. Once he got our money, we were told a driver would deliver to us in 20-25 minutes which was no problem but he never showed and after that I tried calling and texting multiple times with no response from the number on this page.
