Bought a used iPhone here a month ago. Put a liquid glass on it and was told it wouldn't crack, and of course it did. The replacement cost me $100 and ended up being a glitchy p.o.s. Took it in once again and had it fixed and now my phone calls are only working on speaker. read more

Just like all the other reviews they told me I could replace the glass screen protector for no charge if it cracked as long as I had the receipt showing proof of purchase. So I go in to get it replaced after it cracked and they tell me it's a $10 charge. And despite what the lady told me she says it says right on the paperwork that it's $10. So I guess it's okay to tell people one thing and hope they don't read the fine print. LOL real classy. I got one online for $7 instead of $35. It looks and feels exactly the same. But even if it's not I can replace it five times for what they charge for a new one. I aways buy local when possible but in this case you're way ahead shopping online! read more

I purchased a lifetime screen protector a couple years ago. The terms were that I could replace it unlimited times with no deductible. When I went recently, they told me I would have to pay $5 dollars now each time. They accommodated me this time, but I will NEVER go back again. What kind of business doesn't honor their agreements? Lifetime means LIFETIME! I've also purchased overpriced phone covers and charging accessories. Those were also cheap pieces of junk. read more

So I purchased a phone case @ High Tides in the Mesa Mall. When the sales person selling the Case said it was military tested and we wouldn't have any problems with it. So I didn't think I needed to keep my reciept,because it would last longer then a few months.no it didn't, the narrow part at the top of the case broke. Went and talked with the same people at the store about an exchange, and not having the receipt,thinking we wouldn't need it! We Were denied. We were told that how does she know if we didn't buy it somewhere else. Because they sell them everywhere. I believe we were basically called liars..had I known the case was made poorly I would never had purchased it... ..they would not even try to make it right!!!!!I'm rating 1 star,but dont even want to do that... read more

My husband cracked his phone screen and needed to replace it. They replaced it, but then the phone was not working. Since then, they have been really accommodating in fixing the problem. The manager worked on it and has worked with other places to get it fixed, offered to replace it and they have been very diligent in fixing the situation. They have been friendly and working hard. read more

Awful service. They have no tracking system for their repairs and their 90 day warranty. I had them replace my screen for $100 dollars and a week goes by and my screen is coming out of the iPhone 5c case, and my headphone jack doesn't work anymore. Their custom lifetime phone screens are a scam. They cut them poorly so the corners aren't even and my phone screen managed to crack even though i was told it wouldn't while it was in my pocket. They are crooks, lie and are very rude to their customers read more

Paid to have a new screen put on my phone due to my current screen being cracked. 2 new screen replacements were put on the first day. The new screens do not work. Within 1 week, the phone had 3 different screens put on my phone and the problem was still not fixed. The place will not give me back my money and continues to have the same issues when they replace my screen. The place has created new issues which didn't exist before. I should of never had them replace my screen. Poor customer service. They will not update me about my phone or new screen while replacing it or when ordering parts unless I specifically call. I was told they would update me about eta of parts, so I could schedule to have my screen replaced. I am a 3 hour round trip away from them and was told they would come to be to replace my screen due to the error being on their end. I need a 4th screen replacement within about a week and am now being told that I would need to come into them. 100% would not recommend this business. I would have been better off to keep using my phone with a cracked screen. Poor customer service. read more

Took my IPhone 5c to have a cracked screen fixed. They fixed it in an hour and it worked fine for 5 days. The fixed phone, in an otter box case, resting on the table and the screen just cracked. The touch screen wouldn't recognize touch. High tides won't warranty their work because there was "physical damage". Now I have to pay for somewhere else to fix it. Update 5/30/2017- I was contacted by the manager to come in and see if a solution could be made. The manager acknowledge the cracked screen but couldn't find an installation error. As a result, the fixed the screen again for a small fee. It has been over a week and the phone works. I appreciate their customer service in trying to work with their customers. read more
