Then we were able to buy from their store at discounted prices. Mind you, they had a WIDE selection of things to buy. From concentrates and edibles, to all kinds of flowers. We then visited American Made Glass (AMG) company and saw how they handmade each and every single one of their pieces. Their glass blowers are truly the best! You'll see why when you do the tour. At AMG, we were able to buy things at half off, so that turned into a shopping trip in and of itself. After the shop, we ate at Fab Dogs and called it a day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the cannabis. This tour brings you closer to the industry and it's done in a way that makes you feel included. I ordered two jars of Cereal A La Mode flower, and they brought me one. They REFUSED to make it right. So, with the tip to the driver, and a gross little cookie I bought just to meet the deliver minimum, I spent $75 and received one 3.5g jar of what I actually wanted, which was on sale for $28. $47 down the toilet. I will type the long version at some point, but it's going to be a novel, and I left the MMD North Hollywood shop CRYING. That horrible experience took me so many days to process...I just don't even want to go over it again, and have the manager be dismissive AGAIN...so...I'll save the novel for now. Do not shop here. DEFINITELY do not order delivery. For Clarity: Weedmaps says my order came from the Hollywood location, but the receipt itself says North Hollywood. I'm not familiar with the half of the store dedicated to smoking, but more familiar with the edibles side and the infused drinks. Lots of options and very spacious. You grab a basket and load up whatever you want, unlike other places where you may need an associate to mark down your selection. For payment, I recommend debit over credit. Security requires links and a credit card fee, and even my Apple Pay debit was declined but the physical card worked. So my recommendation is a physical debit card for this transaction. To be clear, I am very glad they have significant security and it seems the physical debit is the best balance of both. Good for this shop and their payment partners keeping our info secure!

When I questioned it, the employee told me the tax was almost 50% of the cost. That explanation didn't make much sense, so I walked him over and showed him the $8.99 price tags. His response was a shrug and, "I'll let them know." That was it. No attempt to honor the posted price, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern that the shelf pricing appeared to be wrong. So I left. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was how little interest there seemed to be in fixing the problem. I won't be back. If you shop here, pay close attention to the prices you're charged.
