They were very thorough in their explanations, showed me pictures, contacted my warranty company and their attention to customer service was beyond expection. I got hungry and asked for a place to walk to, to get food. The intake person, brought me 1/2 of his own sandwich, chips and yogurt as well as a comfy chair to sit outside and eat. Upon completion every person exceeded ALL my expectations toward a customer they'd probably never see again. I'm 74 and have been driving 58 years. Had seen reviews and Essy seemed widely respected. Gave him a call. He answered and I asked if he could fit me in. He apologized that he couldn't because he was at his daughter's graduation that day but that if I called back Monday he'd see if he could fit me in. I ultimately found another shop nearby that also had good reviews with immediate availability and it was a good experience, but just wanted to say how much I admired Essy answering my call. I felt like he did in case it was an emergency repair situation (it obviously wasn't), which definitely reflects what his customers say about him. He said Instead He'll Take off the Heads,change Timing Chain /kit, new HEAD GASKETS, New Valve Gaskets.. Replace Water Pump, Radiator. WOW..,"you can do all that Johnny!?" He showed me some of his work and very professional on detail & know how! Others for a new engine and install , I was looking at $6,500 to $8k Well bottom line I got it all done at Good Deal for $4,200 with New Refurbished Heads!! Within 10 days of meeting Johnny and giving the green light GO, I got the call to come pick up the Jeep. I was so excited, called the wife and off we went to pick up her Jeep. We herd the vehicle start up and purring LIKE A NEW ENGINE It's been 3 days and the wifes in heaven with joy! we not only saved nearly $2,500 + but we were impressed with the Professional Service you only get at the Dealer. AND for most of you JEEP lovers & other Car Enthusiasts who know HOW DIFFICULT it is to find a GOOD mechanic! We found him..
