I went to see The Lion King and it was fabulous! The theater is small enough to capture the details without binoculars or an additional screen. The music was captivating. The colors were vivid. The storyline was familiar, and the characters were great. I would absolutely go back to PPAC to watch this play, and looking forward to other plays coming later this year and next year.

Admissions was swift and not crowded - they definitely are organized and know how to keep the traffic moving. They sell various snacks and some are even locally made like the popcorn I bought. The venue itself is beautiful, especially the theater. The seats are as you would expect - velvety and small. The sound and lights were great. I really enjoyed the show. I will say that at times, I felt distracted - it seemed like the audience was louder than I expected - especially with the snack bags. Oh well, what can you do At intermission the women's bathroom was a little bit of a you know what. But this seems to be a common problem with older theaters. Regardless, I had a great time and would def come back to see another show!

Despite all the chaos with wedding planning, dance lessons are truly fun, diversely educational, and help you bond as a couple; because when it comes to wedding planning drama- you need something to bring you together so you don't lose sight of what's important (each other). We also wowed our guests with our dance because it wasn't the standard "penguins swaying" dance. This helped get the energy level up for all the guests to dance after us and all night. Now you know why to take dance lessons, now why take them with Jeff... I have to laugh at the person who gave Jeff the 1 star review and explained that he was arrogant and talked about anatomy and physiology the whole time...because that "bad review" was the reason I picked up the phone and called him! Yes, he has many accomplishments and he will tell you about them, but he can back it up too. He does not just tell you where to put your feet like some kind of bad game of hop-scotch or Twister--he helps you with posture and making sure your weight is distributed correctly so you can look elegant which makes a huge difference. Because he teaches professionals to dance, he does not skimp on details to helping you perfect yourself--even though I will not and am not a professional dancer, my appreciation of Latin dance has drastically increased since learning from Jeff. In summary, we both enjoyed learning from Jeff - we will not forget many of his lessons. He is extraordinarily knowledgable and passionate and as we got to know him, we found his sass entertaining. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love doing things with my daughter and would enjoy such a class but I also feel as though she needs the ability to follow directions, learn on her own and mingle with others her age. The benefit of the class here is that there's an option to do that which is great! Miss Jamie is wonderful and there's usually a young lady or two (teenage dancers) helping out as well. Each class is different from week to week with different music and activities. The owner and instructors are all very friendly (we only go one time a week so I only see a subset). The only thing that stinks is that you have to either sit on the floor inside which for some kids is okay but we learned last week that our tot doesn't really pay attention or participate if we are inside and we must then stand outside and look through some glass. Not ideal but also not a deal breaker. Great place to go to nonetheless and I can't wait to see the first recital!

I want to warn people about The Edge Fitness. Staff members in Cranston location are actually very…read morenice, but... I paid thousands of dollars for several months of personal training plus a regular membership. First, they promised one free month for the person who referred me to the gym, and that never happened. When I tried to stop training, they forced me to pay an extra month because of a "30‑day notice" clause, that translated to an extra $642 dollars for the month. Then I had to move from Rhode Island to Texas, well beyond their own 15‑mile rule for cancellation. They asked for proof of my new address, which realistically takes time because you only get that after you've actually moved. I waited, sent the proof they requested, and now they're still demanding the remaining three months of the contract before cancelling. To me, this is a PREDATORY, SCAM ‑LIKE way of doing business. If you're considering this gym, read every line of the contract and think twice. There are many other gyms with FAIR, FLEXIBLE memberships that don't punish you when life changes. It's a shame that such a great trainer like Nick is working for such a greedy company.
