Personally didn't care for the mozzarella dog too much as it seemed a bit doughy - probably needed to cook a bit longer but I don't hold it against them as they were busy and the texture of the mozzarella likely added to the fact Otherwise everything was great! We want to go back to try some of the other combinations - only suggestion is to maybe ask if the cheese corn dogs can be well done and get extra sauce for the fries (seriously, that stuff is addictive!)

The guy said it was how it was made where he's from and we wondered if it'd taste any different but aside from being less thick texture-wise it tasted the exact same and was just fun with the pink coloring -Burritos (Carnitas + Carne Asada): great size for the price and tasted great! Closest to a "real" burrito we've found out here/based on what we're used to I'd say -Quesabirria: it was only one with a small bowl of consume for the $4 but it was amazingly tender, full of flavor, and came with the garnishing to bring it together (Jalapeño, onion, lime, radish) -Rice+Beans: good flavor, not dry, and greatly paired with the left over consume (I would happily pay to just have a cup of the consume by itself!) -Torta: I might be biased since it was my personal order but this was the STAR of the show!!! My mom was stunned by the size (spoon for scale haha) and it was amazing. The lengua was delicious - it was fall apart tender and full of flavor. It was falling apart a bit as I ate it but sometimes the best food is the messiest food Overall, each thing ordered and tried was a 10/10! I was especially excited to see they had lengua as I've only found a couple of other places so far that offer it and this has probably been my favorite of what I've tried in this area. The prices are pretty good overall ($10 for the torta was truly a steal) and the guys working there are super nice and friendly. We already plan to go back sometime and highly recommend others give it a try!

The meat was smoked perfectly. I think the sauce was actually among the best I've had in all of Tennessee. Yup, I'm bringing out the superlative on this one. It was zippy, tangy, vinegary and not too sweet. If you are high on flavor and not big on sugary sweet or burning spice so hot that your tongue falls off ....well then you'll like this sauce. No wait. You'll LOVE it. The sides are very good too. I'm not typically a mustard fan but the potato salad tastes hearty and the beans are something else. These are real campfire style beans with chunks of onions and meat. There's a peppery kick here too but it's so delicious I truly think you could have a dish of beans itself as a meal. Just no Blazing Saddles afterwards, mmmkay? Awkward Pause. Okay, so just check out this place cuz it's really good.
