I picked up some beans for a celebration of life. The liquid happened to spill in my car. It was…read morejust a tiny bit. I called Autorem because it was the first business to pop up on Google. I figured this would be an easy job. He shampooed all my carpets as he said my spot cleaning would only take a few minutes and I was paying for the service. He also polished my lights. I payed for both services. unfortunately, the rancid smell in my car was only made worse. I called him to see if he could come back and just work on that one spot. When I spoke to him on the phone, he said he would need to call his other client to verify the time and then will get back to me. He never got back to me, so I called him twice with no answer. I even sent a text message reassuring him that I am willing to pay him AGAIN to spot clean my car, still no answer. I am very disappointed in the work and also disappointed in his work ethic. I think if someone is hired to do a job and it is not done well it should be done again especially if the client is willing to pay. Work ethic is important. If this is remedied, I will update my Feedback.

I needed help with smoke in my vents also because my mom smokes sometimes and I had bought a product to spray in the interior vents and the exterior vents by windshield. He was nice enough to get that done for me also. It was nice to have it done in my driveway also. Can't beat that.
