I reached out to Rainforce Irrigation hoping for a full inspection of our system and a plan to get it fixed. Raul responded quickly and came out the next day. After confirming that the design was not ideal, he gave a detailed and very reasonable cost to fix it. He even coordinated with another contractor friend to take out and reinstall part of our patio so he could run a larger water line. Only time will tell, but I feel confident that we are finally going to have a beautiful lawn this summer with sufficient water flow and all new sprinkler heads that actually cover our lawn!

However, Xtreme Irrigation attempted to fix our pressure regulator not once but twice and charged us for both failed attempts. When I reached out to let Xtreme Irrigation know their second attempt failed, they never responded. I continued to reach out and expressed my concerns and frustrations without a response. This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Their complete lack of communication and incomplete work is inexcusable.
