Fast forward a month and they have sent me some great incentives and I'm quite surprised as I've never received them before. For January 2026 I have 2 free night stay, a good amount of free play and food credit. I stayed at the hotel for the new year and I was very much impressed. Upon arriving I utilized the free valet and it was nice and easy. The hotel check-in process was seamless and the front desk staff as well as the bell staff were amazing. Customer service here overall is just at an all-time high and I love that. The king bedroom I was given was in the South Tower which was the newer tower and I had a valley view as well as a pool view. The view was amazing although it was cloudy and raining I could look out the window all day. The room was very modern and chic, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was firm yet extremely comfortable and I have no complaints. This was one of the better rooms that I've stayed at in a casino. My two-day stay was great, the slots did me right as I won a jackpot and kept winning. I accumulated a lot of cache comp which paid for my meals during my stay as well as my gas. My only complaints are the excessive amount of smoke, my clothes reek of smoke. Also, I had a few issues at one of the restaurants but other than that everything was good. Overall, this may be my new go-to casino!!

It's crazy. This casino resort is too far out of the way for any drivers to take advantage of taking on picking up passengers. There seems to be a network of making us wait until it's too far for any kind of respite. It's criminal! Uber keeps moving our pickup time and now it's after 2am and can't even get a drink to help smooth out our endless wait times! Stay away unless you're ready to stay sober enough to drive out of here safely.

Then she was very confrontational, even rolled her eyes like we were lying when we pointed out her mistake. Why would we lie about a pour or go out of order??? Quite rude! Don't want her to be fired, but provided with customer service training. She also couldn't answer my questions about the wines. Would've been 1 star if not for Rosita. If she did the wine and olive oil tasting would've been 5 stars and give her kudos for saving ca the experience the for us. It's a very nice space with indoor and outdoor space. And, we bought a lot with Rosita. That's the benefit of great customer service.

The views are amazing, the sites are roomy with good tree cover on most of them. The creek is beautiful and fun for tubing and rafting. Minuses: Showers are a bit pricey at $5 for five minutes. There were an awful lot of bees and ants so next time we'll bring a screen house. It is a popular campground so it can get noisy with everyone having fun. Anyway, we will definitely be returning!

When we went to drop off the car the owner doubled the price. It was $60 when he originally said $35. We paid but were hesitant. When going to pick up the car we dropped some trash off in the dumpster. The owner ripped down in a golf cart almost hitting one of the park residents. He started yelling at us about dumping trash even though we had paid a steep price to just park a car. He demanded money or that we take out trash. Then he assaulted one of our friends by hitting him in the face knocking off his hat and broke his glasses. Things were continuing to escalate so we left and called the cops. He was arrested after we left. I would not recommend staying at this place and giving this jerk money.

On a whim, we decided to give it a try. The owners are nice, modest folks who know how to make good wines. There's no snobbery or airs, here...just a friendly atmosphere and and a limited selection of varietals. I will state that my taste in wines tend to run towards the dry with emphasis on fruit.rather than too much toasted oak. If your tastes are similar, I daresay that you might find a bottle or two here that you can enjoy. When we were there today, they had a fruity, dry viognier, a nice tempranillo,and a cabernet sauvignon blended with a little petit verdot that I liked. The cab did not have harsh tannins that overpower, but just enough to be present without interfering with the almost jammy fruit. They had a syrah, too, but were sold out of their sparkling wine. I ended up buying a mixed case to take advantage of their fall sale. (Lots of wineries do this in order to make space in their cellars for the new wines they'll have once the crush-harvest season is over.)

A couple of fields of the lavender are in full bloom now in late June 2025. You can smell the French lavender and hear the bees buzzing, almost humming. There's also a small store selling lavender products and picnic tables outside to enjoy your self brought picnic (or maybe a snack?) The staff is friendly and we got to meet the owner, Sheri. Check the website but they have a short guided tour and you also can see where they process some of the lavender to make products.

We the weather being so unpredictable we had to wait. I was fine with wait because i do value my life. I had the chance to cross off a major item from my bucket list. A hot air balloon ride and wow, what an experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Floating high above the landscape, seeing everything from a completely new perspective, was truly magical. The sunrise was especially beautiful as we drifted along, and the silence up there, broken only by the loud occasional burst of the burner, was unlike anything I've ever experienced. That said, there were a few things to consider. The heat from the burner can be overwhelming, especially if you're not prepared for it. I didn't wear a hat, and I really wish I had and i am short 5'2 those blasts of hot air can get pretty intense when they hit you directly! So, if you're planning this trip, definitely bring something to cover your head. The landing was a bit of a wild ride, too. The ground was much harder and more uneven than I expected, and we didn't quite know where we'd land until we were almost on top of it. Also getting in and out can be extremely challenging. It's hard climbing into and out of the basket and it's very tightly packed. Not a lot of space to move. I knew the risks going in but the whole experience was so worth it. Even with those little surprises, it was absolutely incredible. Would I do it again? Definitely not! Despite the heat and the bumpy landing, the beauty of the experience makes it all worthwhile and a one timer for me. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something unique and unforgettable to add to your list of adventures. Just don't forget your hat!

Sometimes a swap box, sometimes not, sometimes it's awkward to get your stuff, sometimes it's so easy! I won't continue when my subscription is up.
