Parked in the back for 10 minutes to run in next door. Came out and my car was booted. I understand the parking in the back is for High Life customers only, but within 10 minutes I parked my car (not one other single car was there btw, yikes no customers to begin with), walked next door, and walked back out to boots on my car with no one in sight. The workers are rude and knew exactly who I was when I walked in as they didn't even greet me - they knew why I was there. They then greeted a person who walked in after me with smiles! Then proceeded to tell me that they have no control over the parking.... At their own store. Right. Asked for a phone number and they told me to read the sign. I called their towing company and got extremely rude customer service, and then hung up on when I asked the price. Which is $275 by the way. Regardless, hope this place closes down soon and by the looks of it it may not be too long. Having to charge a mere $300 I guess because they can't get any business selling product. Broke asses. That's why your competitor next door with NO parking is full of customers while your shop sits empty. I also see CUSTOMERS in the reviews who got booted, and then had to pay. This is my go to spot for incense!!! I burn incense all day, everyday. Have to keep the vibes high and I do shop other places for incense, but for some reason the best ones I ever come across are from HighLife. Their incense burn longer and smell stronger compared to other places I've purchased from. They are also the best priced ones in the city. Sold me a burnt vape. Tastes worse than the vape I've had for 2 weeks that I did burn. Only location that has ever done this. I was a loyal high life customer until they refused to give me anything. They said even to give me 10% off they have to go to management, which is silly because I get 10% off every time being a student. Infinity's end would never do bad business like this. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the east Charlotte area that are much better than this location. I really didn't want to have to write this but here I am... I have been coming to this location & before that a different location for over 5 years and always enjoyed my experience. If I was out of the way, i'd make the extra trip to a high life near by. Within the past year, the staff has changed drastically. Not sure if the shop changed management but every time I go in, it is clear that they have no idea what they are talking about. I come to ya'll to educate me, not for us both to be clueless. In the past they would help me set my vape up and tell me how to use the settings. This last time, I came in because my device was blinking and not firing. WITHOUT even looking at it, she told me is was broken and that i'd have to get something new. I asked her to look at it and she immediately changed the subject back to a whole new device. Came in trying to buy an atomizer, white guy at the front doesn't even say hello; dude, I worked retail before, even if you're with a customer, acknowledged any customers walking in. Anyways, after a min or two, the black dude comes from the back, he came out coughing looking high as a kite, trying to talk to me and cough at the same time. I ask for an atomizer and he says he doesn't know and ask the white guy. The white dude then just says "I don't know maybe" and we just stare at home like ok, he then Says, "I'll check in a minute." Walked in to purchase a volcano but the two employees felt as though the conversations they were having were more important than the waiting customer. I walked out after 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. This location lost out on some business tonight selling a $600 device. I bought a NOT cheap torch tried it in my car because in the store the person said they dont sell torches with butane so ill have to put some in it... i got in the car put butane in it and it just spits all the butane out. i wouldn't waste your money here there are plenty of other shops that are more loyal to their customers. read more

This is a shop for people who enjoy synthetic smokes or synthetic smoking accessories. If you're into tobacco's this isn't really the shop for you. It has your basic RYO supplies but the staff isn't knowledgeable about RYO / Pipe Tobaccos(which they told me they have none of.) Shop very much alike Infinities End, just smaller. Staff isn't outwardly friendly but not rude. Good to pop in, pick up supplies and leave type place. I've visited twice. Once to pick up a synthetic and once to try Bali Shag. Both times had questions about loose/RYO tobaccos to which information from the staff seemed like pulling teeth and was limited at best. Also, parking is 3rd party STRICTLY enforced. If you're going to visit a shop next door, you WILL BE TOWED, so repark somewhere else. read more

WORSE experience ever -- The employee if you can even call him that was rude, ignorant and obviously too high to be working. My daughter and I entered the store and looked around for several minutes and were never greeted or offered any assistance. We finally asked the guy there if he could help us -- well that was a mistake because he could barely complete a sentence that made any sense at all. We had him show us several products that were all sitting on the counter and when some other grungy patrons came in that were obviously his buddies he walked away without saying anything so we returned the favor by walking out the front door.
