Austin took actions right then to make the correction then called me on my cell phone to explain to me he had just pulled the two transactions and had refunded the second transaction. Five Stars for Austin who was very polite and one to take quick actions which I explained to Austin this kind of customer service is rare these days. Austin said, I understand!
