Water impacted almost the entire first floor of our home, and it happened while half of our family was out of town. We had never experienced anything like it and it was incredibly overwhelming. Thankfully, we were connected with TJ and his team at Dry Pros almost immediately. We initially connected with Dry Pros for water mitigation after the flood but TJ and his team became a resource to us throughout the entire restoration and rebuilding process. They helped us understand complicated parts of the insurance process, kept us informed on immediate developments, respected and implemented our input, and really helped us navigate everything from water removal and mold testing to the rebuilding and restoration of our home. Having TJ as both a resource and an advocate made a huge difference. Immediately showed up! They placed fans everywhere and moved furniture to ensure that every nook and cranny was covered by blowers they poked holes in the baseboards after removing them so that the air can blow through and dry the drywall. I wasn't fortunate enough to be able to stay in a hotel during the time so they insured that I was comfortable left me a room where I didn't have to be subjected to all the heat that was coming from the fans then they returned at a later date to ensure that the room that I slept in was then air-dried by the blowers. After that they return to help me pack place all of my items into the pod which I am currently renting and cleaned up nicely Ryan Carlos Colin Rebecca and more importantly Angie are awesome! When you go through such a disaster you need empathy from the company's that come to your home to assist. First off I would like to say they did have a prompt response and was here the day after the storm…read moredamage occurred to do an assessment of the damage. They placed a tarp on our roof covering the hole from the broken skylight. Then after they left the claims adjuster from our insurance contacted us to confirm their findings and came by to do his assessment and compare pictures. A week from the time WinWin came out they sent a crew to cut out the drywall that was affected removing it from our bathroom ceiling, bathroom interior by sink, exterior to hallway (we have a hole and can see in bathroom ),part of ceiling in garage, removing our toilet and placing it in the shower. They then put several fans and two dehumidifiers one in the bathroom and one in the garage below the hole that they covered in plastic. Took several more pictures and left, didnt say how long to keep the fans running or when they would return. After a few sleepless nights with a constant loud humming of several construction type fans running and not hearing from them about when they would come out or what happens next we reached out to our contact at Win Win. Still no real response or communication about whats next. The dehumidifier in the garage stopped working after about 3 days and still no one knew anything. After repeated calls to Win Win, our adjuster and our insurance agent (American Family Insurance) a different guy from Win Win finally stopped by to pick up the fans and he again took pictures. We still have a hole in our roof from the skylight, drywall has not been replaced, our toilet is still in the shower, we still have a hole in our garage, and still no answers. Today marks 3 weeks from the first contact 2 weeks from the time everything was torn apart and we still have no answers just a lot of round and round bs. So Monday we will be reaching back out to adjuster and American Family insurance as well as Win Win to see if the know when the repairs in the bathroom will start. Will update review once this frustrating, unprofessional ordeal is finally over.

From the initial phone call I made to the company, Caryn was quite impressive with her knowledge about the carpet cleaning industry. Her upbeat personality and passion about the business, helped me make my decision to utilize their services. ARRIVAL - The technicians arrived on time (actually, they called me beforehand and asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled timeframe (great for me, because usually this call from various other companies is the opposite --technicians stating they would be later than scheduled). REPRESENTATION - Now, here is where companies set themselves apart from others. People coming to your home to provide a service speaks volume about the company they represent. In this case, I was blessed to have technicians Floyd and Steven. Both of these men were exceptionally nice, talented and knowledgeable about carpet and rug cleaning. We did a complete walk-thru and they determine the best strategy to move forward to complete the job. SERVICE- At one point, I went to check on them and discovered Steven was down on his knees cleaning my baseboards! Wow!!! If you want a $99 carpet cleaning job, that is exactly what you will get and I can assure you, you will not be satisfied (been there, done that, got the T-shirt...lol)!
