We did not like the salmon wings because of the sauce which was more sweet than spiced. The best part of the meal however is the salmon gyoza, I would definitely order these again. Staff was nice and the long line tends to move pretty quickly. It would not be a good place if you had a big group because finding seating is pretty hard since it's a popular place. Outside by the water, you can feed some fish (they provide you with free food). Additionally, there is a shop where you can buy packaged salmon and other related items. They usually have a tasting available for one type of salmon by the cashier. I bought some cold smoked manuka salmon which was great (I made some salmon bagels with it). They package it with some free ice as well. Highly recommend just going to the shop for some salmon and not the restaurant if you're short on time and have a kitchen at your next stop.

Each mouthful was wonderful. The root veggies were on point and the bacon cabbage medley was crunchy joy.
