Dear Wrangler Team,…read more I am a new full-time resident of East Verde Estates in Payson. I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received from your company last Friday. I called regarding a main line stoppage that was causing a backup in my downstairs restroom. The representative who handled my call was professional and empathetic, and she was able to schedule a plumber to be dispatched that same day. To my surprise, I received a text notification with a tracking map within just a few hours. Shortly after, I received a call from Jerry letting me know he was on his way. I was incredibly impressed by the prompt communication and efficiency of your team. When Jerry arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and showed a determination that nothing would stand in his way. Within a few minutes, he already had a shovel in hand, digging near the septic tank and lines. He walked back and forth to the residence a few times troubleshooting the situation. He quickly determined the location of the stoppage and got to work. While digging near the inlet, Brandon, a 2nd plumber arrived without being called. Good thing he did, because his help came in handy. He said he sensed a disruption in the force! That was hilarious! Brandon and Jerry worked together seamlessly with the same goal in mind, to get to the bottom of this stoppage. I admired their work ethic, their teamwork, and positive attitudes. I made sure to provide them with a cold lemonade as they were determined to locate the stoppage location. They went above and beyond, marking the septic lid location and gluing part of the main line previously left unsecured. They reminded me of my late father, no matter what the problem was and what it took, showing up to save the day! Jerry and Brandon, thank you so much for your honest work, your empathetic demeanor for me not having plumbing for 41 hours prior to you arriving. You truly saved the day!

I used them before, and they never charged me that. Never going to use them again!

After which, my grandchildren put their corn on the cob holders in the sink and unfortunately the disposal made a horrible noise and quit working. I did not know this was the issue as I had tried to feel if something was stuck. I again called Tom's plumber. The same plumber came out, found the problem, pulled out the cob holder, bent and ready for the cob holder graveyard. That trip cost $60.00. A couple days later the disposal made a horrible noise and quit then started leaking. Again the plumber came out, this time finding another cob holder which had poked a hole in the disposal. Again I had to have a new disposal for a little over $300.00. The next day my dishwasher quit and wouldn't drain. I called an appliance repair technician. He found the garbage disposal still had a plug that was not removed from the disposal. He removed the plug and suddenly my dishwasher worked. That cost a more reasonable price of $90.00. The original plumber had asked me to give him a review and gave me a card I could scan and submit a review, which I went to the website only to find out I had to put my credit card in. I declined. Now, my first question is, "Why did he not find that second cob holder in the first place?" I realize my grandchildren were basically at fault but couldn't he have made sure the disposal was free of any further debris? Anyway, I will not use this company again. Everyone is invited to come over and see my $740.00 garbage disposal.

Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation. Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink. We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a "cougar" but I let it go. Whatever? Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable. Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is "shot." He can tell this be just "feeling" the tank. He has to rush off and we consider all of this. The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work. I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming). THE KICKER... MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized. We endorse him without reservation. We had asked for a quote to replace our air conditioning/heating unit. Rick arrived promptly and in uniform (shirt and trousers). There are very few techs, who show up easy to identify the company they work for by their appearance. After introducing himself and confirming the purpose of the visit, Rick went right to it. He identified quickly that our AC unit, and consequently the air return opening in the ceiling, is too small for the house square footage. He also advised us that the air flow in the current ducts is too low by taking a meter reading. In fact, each of his observations was based on readings from devices, not personal guesses. In our parting discussion, Rick noted in detail an additional aspect of our cooling system, which is no longer compliant with industry standards and how we could address it. Rick completed a fairly thorough investigation of our system and presented his findings and his suggested resolutions in a way we could understand. It's one thing to be a thorough expert, but it's quite another to be able to explain the findings in a way that the customer(s) will be able to make an educated decision how to proceed. We are very glad we spoke with Rick of George Henry Heating & Cooling!
