Beware. Was told a team would be coming for a first time clean, top down, baseboards and blinds,…read moreetc. One individual showed up. Hardly any dusting. Blinds and baseboards weren't touched. Mirrors weren't wiped. Mold and mildew left in main shower. When approached cleaner was told they didn't have anything in their kit but they could call the office to see what cleaner they were allowed to use for it. Asked for fan blades to be hit. The bottoms were but not the tops. All that was wiped was left on my couch from everything that was wiped off the bottom of the fan blades. Microwave was touched on outside not inside. Floors were a once over. When speaking to Bill was told we don't do two people just one individual. Told we signed off on everything stating we were happy with everything. We were MADE to sign all forms BEFORE cleaning began and nothing after cleaner had finished. Asked about mold and mildew and was told due to the caustic nature of the products they don't use them but that WE could use something like X14. Bill did offer to send the same cleaner back the next day and we could have a list ready to go of everything we wanted. We declined and stated we would be going a different route. I will attest to the fact that Bill did offer to remedy what we felt should have been done but by then the damage had been done. I didn't feel as though sending the same individual back the next day would be best for either party. They do reach out to you quickly it's just not the type of cleaning one would desire. It's disappointing to wind up cleaning your house after having paid someone to do it already.

Two things: NEVER let anyone cut granite in your house without the device made to connect to the saw the collects the massive amount of white dust! As the result of not using the right equipment and not sealing my kitchen off it took me three weeks to clean all I could see on surfaces then hire someone to get to fabric, baseboards, blinds, shades and windows. Warning two. Tell your install crew not to put any cans, brushes or rags on your furniture. One of the installers left a rag soaked in a caustic material on my antique ponderosa pine table, causing it to cloud into the wood. The table top had to be completely refinished. My Rocky Tops agreed to pay for that but since the job in April, keeps telling me the "woman who writes the checks" hasn't. I paid for the refinishing in hope that the woman who writes checks would come across the payment due to the customer subjected to carelessness causing damage. These were nice people to deal with and they accommodated me by finding a granite that matched my budget. They just need to be more aware of what they are doing while in someone's home and stand behind their word Now, no one wants to return my call

I had a granite countertop installed and, unfortunately, the experience ended on a disappointing…read morenote. The initial installation could not be completed because the sink was cutout incorrectly. To their credit, customer service was great, and they corrected the issue. After the countertops were installed, I noticed the sealant was uneven, and they again responded promptly and sent someone out to fix it. I genuinely appreciated how both of those issues were handled. However, my experience took a much more concerning turn afterward. I discovered that one of my security cameras had been moved and was no longer facing my door. Footage from another camera also appeared to show a teenager tapping on my garage door window, seemingly to check whether it was secured. I sent the videos to my sales associate, who said she would pass them along to management. After having to follow up myself, the response I received was that they weren't sure why the camera had been moved because there was no reason to move it, and that the individuals involved had been spoken to. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciated the customer service I received with the countertop issues. However, when something happens on your property that raises security concerns, I believe it deserves more than a delayed response relayed through a sales associate. In my opinion, a phone call directly from the manager, acknowledging what happened and offering a sincere apology, would have been appropriate. The quality of customer service during the initial problems gave me confidence in the company, which made the lack of direct communication and accountability afterward especially disappointing. The countertop issues were corrected, but the way the security concerns were handled left a lasting negative impression. Good customer service is not just about fixing installation mistakes; it is also about how a company responds when something more serious happens.
