Amazing design work and detail work. An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Charles gave excellent advice and helped us navigate the process of the kitchen renovation which included the kitchen, dining, living room and family room as we removed walls and reconfigured the space. This definitely was money well spent. We could not be happier with the outcome or the attention to detail on this project. We would work with both Kitchens of Chattanooga and Circle Solutions LLC in a heartbeat.

I would not do business with anyone else! This is the second time I have used Chattanooga Granite…read moreand Marble for two separate houses. Both times the quality of work I have received has been excellent! They are always pleasant. In fact, they rushed to meet my deadline. They sincerely wanted to make me happy. Service has long been a lost art in our society and when it is discovered in a company, loyalty is the result. I am loyal to Chattanooga Granite and Marble. I am constantly telling others to use them. Another reason, and I might say a very important one, that I use them is the uniqueness of their stone. You might be able to find average stone in the home improvement stores, but you cannot find the beauty and the uniqueness of a stone offered by Chattanooga Granite and Marble. You can bring your own template and lay it on the stone and see what your project will look like! Try to do that at the everyday home stores. One of the projects we used them for was HUGE counter height island that seats seven. After installation I saw that it was perfect and for a perfectionist like me that's saying a lot. I had brought them a sink I had picked up at an auction, and they observed a scratch on it. They called me! I went and looked and decided not to use it. Most places would just install it and never say a word. They care. I am not a relative, a friend or a connection in anyway. I am a customer, and a very pleased one. Scott and Carol Whitney

I have to say, I'm extremely impressed!!!…read more I visited a booth at Scott's Antique Market in Atlanta GA where I was first introduced to Industrial Farmhouse Furniture. My boyfriend and I saw the awesome designs and knew we had to have some pieces in our home. During our visit we put our name into a box for a chance to win a table. The following week I received an email from Kelly at Industrial Farmhouse letting me know I was the winner. I contacted Kelly to thank her and schedule delivery. So, not only did I win a table they delivered it for me. I thought that was the most awesome thing ever!!! Our table arrived and we love it. It's a unique piece and a beautiful addition to our home. Their furniture is made to last. It can be used for commercial businesses so they are heavy duty with lots of character. They can customize your order so it's a perfect fit for any room in your home or business. Our table is definitely a conversation piece and we plan on adding to our collection soon. The kindness, honesty, and integrity that I have seen from every individual I met and spoke with at Industrial Farmhouse will never be forgotten!!! If you want to give your business to anyone - these are the guys you want to give it to. They will be good by your side and they deserve it. ~Anita :)

Once the cabinets were installed, Nancy has not wanted to stand behind her product at all, even though she told me that we could call her for anything over the life of the cabinets! I have had multiple cabinet issues. Initially I had to call her multiple times to see if she would send someone out to fix a broken cabinet hinge. She reluctantly sent someone after numerous calls and after making me feel that she was totally inconvenienced by it. I then had to call again multiple times to request someone come out to fix my trash cabinet that broke. She finally sent someone but was very rude over the phone implying that my family was causing these issues and seemed totally annoyed that I would request such a thing! Once the person came to repair the issue, I questioned him on what broke and he totally implied that the issue was not something we caused. Lastly, the cabinets are pewter stained. They have spots that need to be touched up. I asked nancy for a touch up pen for months. She finally sent one and it was completely dried up. Needless to say, I did not ask her for another one as I was exhausted by then. I wish nancy would have been easier to work with and cared to stand behind her product! My children are preteens and teens. Nobody in our family was especially hard on our cabinets besides the fact that it is the most used room in any family!
