Buyer beware. I bought a Nissan from High Class Auto Sales and within a year I've had to spend over $10,000 in engine and transmission repairs. The check engine light came on the second day I owned the car. When I brought it back, they wanted to charge me to fix it instead of standing behind what they sold me. Sold "as is," which is standard, but if I'd had a code reader with me at the time of purchase I likely would have caught issues they didn't disclose. In hindsight, I'd tell anyone shopping here to bring one. Codes were 100% cleared before test drive. When I tried to raise these issues with the dealership afterward, the owner (David Sargsyan/Vinci) stopped responding, blocked my phone number, and blocked me on social media. No attempt to resolve anything. Looking through the other reviews here, the pattern of the glowing 5-star ones felt off to me compared to my actual experience, it's worth reading closely and deciding for yourself. Do your own independent inspection before buying here, get a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic you trust (not one they recommend), and don't assume "as is" means you have no recourse if something was actively misrepresented. We were really happy with the service here. The cars were clean inside and out and they did not push us to purchase something more than we wanted to pay. We paid a little extra and had them do a chrome delete for us and are happy with the results. There were a couple minor issues (as expected for a used vehicle) we noticed after we purchased our car. Without a question, they fixed them immediately with no hassle at all. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. It took us some time to get it done (because of our own schedule). They had our car for a few hours but when we picked it up they had cleaned the car for us and it was smelling as clean as it did when we first purchased it. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this dealership was so problematic that I feel obligated to warn others. From the beginning, the business presented itself as "high-class," but my experience was anything but professional. I purchased a 2017 Mercedes that was advertised as including two keys. At the time of purchase, only one key was provided. I was told the second key was accidentally taken by an employee and would be returned. That never happened. Instead, I was later told I would need to pay half of a $1,000 replacement cost for something that was clearly included in the original advertisement. I refused to pay for an item that should have come with the vehicle. After multiple discussions, I reluctantly agreed to accept a $750 check to cover the missing key and other agreed-upon work, simply because I wanted to resolve the situation and move on. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The vehicle was also missing a headrest component, and I was assured it would be ordered and replaced. This was back in October. I informed them I would be out of the country and could return in November for installation. When I followed up after returning, I was told the part had been "lost" and would be reordered. This explanation made little sense, especially later when I contacted Mercedes of Sacramento directly and was informed that the specific part cannot be ordered separately -- the entire headrest must be replaced and shipped from Germany. At that point, communication from the dealership became evasive. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and contradictory explanations were given. I even contacted the sales manager, but my messages were not returned. I offered a reasonable resolution -- simply reimburse me for the cost of the headrest -- and received no response. To make matters worse, within 45 days of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. When I brought the vehicle back, someone cleared the code and dismissed it as a "false" or "BS" code. The check engine light has since returned. Most recently, I was texted and told that the $750 check "covered everything," which is completely false and contradicted by text messages I have saved showing what the payment was intended to cover. I was also charged $1,500 for an "optional" add-on, which I questioned and was told was mandatory. At this point, I have retained legal counsel and am contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair. The pattern of misrepresentation, broken promises, and lack of accountability is extremely concerning. If you value honesty and transparency, proceed with extreme caution. My experience has been costly, stressful, and unnecessarily prolonged -- and it did not need to be. read more

He and the owner seemed to lose interest when they were informed that I was also pre-qualified for financing through Capital One and that I didn't want to fill out a credit application with them. I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection done on the car with a mechanic my family has known for years, so he asked that I put a $500 deposit down, and I obliged. When it came time to get the inspection done Hash would not allow me to because the mechanic was 20 minutes away, so I walked away from the sale, grateful that I was dodging a bullet with a potential lemon. When I returned to the dealership to have the deposit refunded to my credit card (not sure why this required an in-person visit), Hash knowingly exposed my credit card information to customers, likely out of spite that I no longer wanted the car. Had to ask multiple times for copies of the purchase agreement. I was also told the loan documents would be mailed to me, never received anything. When I called to ask, they kept sending me the purchase agreement instead. Had to ask multiple times for the information on loan documents so I could call the bank and ask where the loan documents were so I could pay the car off. Super shady and really upset that I now have a defective BmW that I will now likely have to spend thousands on to fix. Stupid of me to think I could trust well dressed fast talking salesmen. We purchased a used 2026 Suburban on March 24, 2026 for the price that was offered to us by David Sargsyan, aka David Vinci, the owner of High Class Auto Sales. We were told at the time of purchase that the carfax showed minor damage and Fahred, Hash and David all stated that there were only scratches on the door that were repaired. When asked if there was any Bondo used on the car Fahred stated unequivocally that Bondo was never used on this vehicle. This showroom is new and shiny with flashy lighting which distort the true condition of the cars. We paid cash for the car that night and took it home. The next morning we saw the car in the natural light and discovered ripples down the drivers side of the passenger door and rear quarter. There was also orange peel at the rear quarter and the door handle, and evidence of paint spray on moldings. We called the dealership immediately and were told that they knew nothing other than what the carfax indicated. We took the car back several times and over the course of these visits, David, Hash, Michael and Fahred were all made aware of the condition of this car by visual inspection by each of them. David agreed to have the car "buffed out." We then, again returned with the car and at that time Hash stated that he wanted to make us happy so he would get an independent 3rd party body shop to give an estimate for repair of the damage and that High Class Auto would absorb 1/2 of the cost for repairs. We did not agree to anything. Two days later they said our car was ready to pick up and at that time they emailed us an invoice for $1000 with a discount of $500 which was generated from their own computer. This was never discussed. When we returned to pick up our car we saw that nothing had been done as far as "buffing it out". We texted David and he told us to stop texting him and to contact someone else. We then took the car to 3 highly regarded body shops for estimates to repair the damage. The first one declined giving us an estimate because the damage was too extensive to predict. The second and third ones said that the car was loaded with Bondo. The estimates were both in excess of $10,000 for repairs, with the caveat there very likely will be more once they begin. We have requested verbally and in writing to David and Hash to unwind the deal and give us our money back. We will happily return the car. We have received no comment or response from them. We now will be filing complaints with California DMV Investigative Unit, California Department of Consumer Affairs and California Attorney General's office. High Class Auto failed to disclose and misrepresented the vehicle. They lied to us. read more

Buyer beware my daughters boyfriend bought a car from this place last month an older BMW but you would think a place advertised as "High Class" would take the step to make sure the cars they sell are safe and road ready. My daughter just called me and the car has a broken caliper leaking and going to cost a pretty penny to fix. It explains why the car would shake when brakes were applied, since it left the lot. This type of thing does not go wrong in a month. This place will educate you on the importance of doing your research. Unfortunately he liked the car and trusted them as they did take care of some other work that was found when the car was scanned at another location. But those issues should have also never existed with a car being sold as " High Class " water pump, ac pump, upper radiator hose, oil pan gasket. Unfortunately the other mechanic didn't take the time to fully inspect and catch the caliper issue. Good thing is after the caliper issue is addressed today the car has a clean bill of health for now.
