He said he could fix it and then handed me back a phone that granted the adds had been stopped but the actual phone no longer functioned properly because he had transferred the phones the e-sim to another phone and could not recover it, He deleted my entire email history for one of the two email accounts. I had to go to the Telus store down the street and have a new sim installed and they helped me recover my e-mail account and e-mail history. The kicker.... this guy charged me $150.00 for this debacle!! I went back after going down the street to the TELUS store to have them fix his mistakes and they were kind enough to help me out. I then went back to Josh to tell him I wasn't happy and he blew me off and would not refund any money. Do your self a favor and avoid this company.

Be VERY cautious about what price you think you are getting. I signed up believing the monthly cost…read morewould be just under $200/mth for a 10x10 as that's what the website states (I was explained there would be an insurance cost so that was on top of the weekly rate). All of a sudden It went up to $220 a month - when I called I was told I had a promotional rate that expired after 4 months *was not aware and the price was nearly double what the website had CURRENTLY listed with no mention of any promotional rate on the listing. I then got an email stating my rate was reviewed and it will be increased to $260 a month. Their current weekly rental rate on the website is $36.72/wk (so 4 weeks/mth = $146 a month) more than $100 difference per month than what is being shown online. Slight of hand and small print sales tactics. Be cautious!!!

I would not recommend Ivy. She told me to come in and give me a quote from what I wanted for my…read morewedding dress. I just wanted wider straps, 2 short layers of crinoline taken out and the length of the dress shortened and she told me it would be $700 upfront (more than my dress cost) and I would need to provide lace material for the straps. She didn't listen to what I wanted. Would not hem the dress to the length I wanted because she said it was good long, and said she wouldn't move the straps in when I suggested it because they were apparently "fine" to her. And she was going to get me to buy lace that didn't match my dress but perfectly matched a different dress she had hanging up. Then when I told her I was going to have family do it because I could not afford that, she charged me a $25 service fee which I was completely unaware of. Seems like she's scamming vulnerable women.
