Especially because of the horrible things you hear of that is shoved into the ductwork of a new build. This man spent 45 minutes sealing the ductwork (that he is not normally paid for) because it was not done properly by the builders. It was just enough to pass I assume a "paid off" inspector. These homes are going up so fast things are barely if at all done to code. The furnace is 10 years old now and the motor is leaking. But Keith is honest and top notch. This business deserves the awards that has been listed on the website. Most of all for being honest, honourable, living up to its word and treating the clients with respect and generosity. How much more can you ask for? If you are needing your furnace maintenances and ductwork cleaned I cannot recommend this business enough. I am so impressed. Side note: Renters are so desperate that they are like me paying out of pocket to bring the rental up to a standard of quality that it should be mandatory by the city of Calgary. Landlords are having a hard time especially because of the higher taxes and interest rates collecting from the owners. It's sad that when asking a landlord to replace a ( black) moldy rubber seal on a washer. Have the black mold cleaned out of the detergent container, channel and barrel only to a response "that he can not afford to pay any more to up keep his investment" sadly because of inflation and the rent barely covers the mortgage at this time. The technician called me at 11:54 saying he was at the site. It's my investment property and I don't live at the service location. I told him that I was on my way and should be there in 15 minutes. They called me at 12:06 saying the technician had left because I was booked for the starting 11:30 am window which was completely wrong. They pushed me to come early and I dropped everything to be there. I reached my home by 12:10 but they couldn't wait another 4 minutes and counted me responsible. They could not wait a few more minutes when I told them that I was on my way and should be there in 5 minutes but they wanted to be there about an hour earlier. What kind of appointment system are they following? I had a bad experience earlier too and took it lightly but the repeated bad experience forced me to write another review separately.

They have moved this situation to there terrible insurance policy that only covers ACV. Meaning I am on the hook for the entire organization of the repair and the difference in cost for new flooring vs what they decide is the depreciation of my existing newer laminate flooring. JPS has cut off all contact after promising to make me whole and signing a contract with the on side restoration for tearing up my flooring, only to then get a quote on new flooring and pull this. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with and are leaving me out to dry after ruining my entire basement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If any accidents happen while they are at fault they will pass if onto a cheap insurance policy that will make you liable for the entire repair process and pay the difference in what they deem is acceptable.
