It's super important to me as a Grandmother to feel good about the quality of air my new family member is taking in! Especially because of the horrible things you hear of that is shoved into the ductwork of a new build. This man spent 45 minutes sealing the ductwork (that he is not normally paid for) because it was not done properly by the builders. It was just enough to pass I assume a "paid off" inspector. These homes are going up so fast things are barely if at all done to code. The furnace is 10 years old now and the motor is leaking. But Keith is honest and top notch. This business deserves the awards that has been listed on the website. Most of all for being honest, honourable, living up to its word and treating the clients with respect and generosity. How much more can you ask for? If you are needing your furnace maintenances and ductwork cleaned I cannot recommend this business enough. I am so impressed. Side note: Renters are so desperate that they are like me paying out of pocket to bring the rental up to a standard of quality that it should be mandatory by the city of Calgary. Landlords are having a hard time especially because of the higher taxes and interest rates collecting from the owners. It's sad that when asking a landlord to replace a ( black) moldy rubber seal on a washer. Have the black mold cleaned out of the detergent container, channel and barrel only to a response "that he can not afford to pay any more to up keep his investment" sadly because of inflation and the rent barely covers the mortgage at this time. I phoned to re-book service as I was very pleased with the work that was done and I was politely told that my home falls outside of the service area even though 4 years ago I had the service done. On the website it clearly states that Airdrie is within the service area but in looking at the map the service area is only on the east side of the QE2. I asked to speak with a manager to see if there was a mistake and again was politely told that unless I had a postal code within their service area that a manager could not be contacted. I am very disappointed that the service area doesn't include all of Airdrie and I find that really weird, either the company services Airdrie or it doesn't.

Over the course of the next 24 hours, they changed the dates and times a number of times only to cancel last minute. Directly after receiving a text saying they were changing the job date to today, I received a text that they have no staff available and had to cancel. Communication was disorganized, chaotic and unprofessional. I'm not sure about their actual cleaning rating as we never got that far.

We have done regular cleaning every week, but over the years, there are spots which hard to remove by ourselves. They came to clean the whole house carpet within 2 hours, and my carpet look like new, one shade lighter for sure. They were very detailed and treated each tough spot carefully. I have called few carpet cleaning service, and some of them are cheaper than Sam's. But I heard a lot of good reviews and wanted to them a try. Really worth the price! Strongly recommend for anyone who are looking for carpet cleaning this summer. Very satisfied with their service.
