If I could vote "0" I would....they don't pay great at all, can make more money working for minimum wage, they are more like most of these Canadian companies who work with brokers. They say no wait time but you sit and wait in yards for shippers who consider you just a number, or wait on dispatch to give a load, when you finally get loaded, you bake in 35 C heat in Texas for a mere $25 for 4 hours of work. Log books don't work correctly, an app, really???? An app that never works right, so you call up the supposed safety girl who really doesn't have a clue what she's doing, she worked at UFA and thinks she's an expert, she was never a driver, has absolutely no clue about what it's like out on the road, what does she even know about safety. They just hire people with a heart beat there. So many good drivers have quit because the company doesn't care nor respect their workers. The safety girl is arrogant and snobby and thinks she wears the pants around there, what a joke, the mechanic thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread, the others running the ship think they are excellent in their behavior, not worth the time and effort in a trucking career. read more
