Returned to business where the owner told me it was stained when I brought it in. I said that was sweat marks and that is why I brought it for cleaning. I was told the sweat created the holes; on hockey jersey? I did not react with anger or harsh words yet I was treated very rudely. He would not offer any compensation. The rest of the jersey was fine? Stain remover on crest perhaps?

She says nastily "what do you mean 'where it's at'"?. He said "where's it at in the process, is it finished?". She barks "if you dropped it off on Saturday, it's done." He's like "ok, I'll come get it" Then she says" What's your last name?" He starts to spell it because our name is pronounced weird and people don't usually understand what you said and you end up having to spell it anyway... she yells at him and says "I said, what's your last name?". He finally says "lady, what's your problem?" then she says "what's your problem?" and hung the phone up on him. He told me about how nasty this woman was so I went to pick it up. She wasn't very nice at all but it wasn't until after I got the suit and asked about what he told me earlier that she got belligerent towards me as well. She seemed so bent out of shape about him using the phrasing "where it's at" ... It was almost like she was acting like he was accusing her of personally stealing it and she had to defend herself against us in this imaginary conflict in her mind.... I asked to speak to the owners and she refused to give me their information or when they would be available and if I wanted to know who they were I'd have to "look it up". Honestly it was all so crazy!! this employee was the worst I've come across in a very long time and should not be dealing with people at all. The nasty, trashy service we received was unbelievable and we won't use this service ever again.

I think it would have been about $15…read moreor so to sit there and do it myself (it has to sit in the dryer on low FOREVER), $23 to leave it for them to do. That made the decision easy! They were friendly, had less than 24-hour turnaround, even though I dropped it off not long before they closed. I'm annoyingly sensitive to smells, so I was pleased that they didn't use smelly detergent or softener. I don't feel like I'm swimming in Tide every night. There was a faint, pleasant scent to it, but that was all. I'll definitely be back. My experience was great, but I like to give 5 stars for consistency. I'll update after the next visit.
