They were friendly, had less than 24-hour turnaround, even though I dropped it off not long before they closed. I'm annoyingly sensitive to smells, so I was pleased that they didn't use smelly detergent or softener. I don't feel like I'm swimming in Tide every night. There was a faint, pleasant scent to it, but that was all. I'll definitely be back. My experience was great, but I like to give 5 stars for consistency. I'll update after the next visit.

We received 5 quotes from various installers ranging from $4,000 to $9,000 for a new one. Some came and looked at the job before quoting a price and 2 just quoted a figure. We decided to go with one that came and looked. A couple of installers said as a rule the chimney and flashing would be replaced without even knowing the condition of the existing one. One even said that the AC part would be replaced as well. The lowest quote came from Airtech. They didn't need to replace the chimney or AC cooling unit and even relocated our 2 wire thermostat system to a new location with a 4 wire system. The techs arrived exactly on time, replaced the furnace and were finished and out the door in under 3 hrs. They were very professional and extremely good at their job. Total cost with labour and GST was under 5K. Kudos to AIrtech and their installers. We would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to replace their unit.

A quick Google search showed 4 different options. From reviewing their websites, I wasn't quite sure if 3 of the shops could help me or how much it would cost. iDeal iRepair's website was very well designed. It was easy to navigate and gave me all of the information I needed to see if they could help me. I dropped by and found a nice, well designed store. The two gentlemen working greeted me immediately (sorry, I didn't get their names). In under 5 minutes, they had replaced my battery and informed me what I needed to do to condition the new battery. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very impressive. Apple would have charged $79, plus shipping and other fees. Plus, they would have taken my phone for who knows how long. iDeal iRepair charged $50 for the part and service. I absolutely recommend this store. Thanks for the great service!
