The guys were upbeat, thorough, careful and helped me find the family photos and mementos we wanted to retrieve from the overwhelming amount of stuff. They went beyond to get the job done, as it was scheduled for a Friday before I left town. When it still wasn't completed despite everyone working flat out (with me alongside), they offered to come back the next day on their day off to finish up. Then they moved furniture to my mom's new home at the end of the day. I can't thank these 2 men and their team enough for what they did for my family and my mother during this difficult process of relocation. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Mark has a lot of integrity and it's pretty obvious that he won't take your case if he doesn't think there is a very good chance of success. And then he and his staff will work diligently to get you there. He has a number of service offerings where you can choose to do the paperwork yourself and use him as a reviewer all the way to him doing all the processing for you. We received 5 quotes from various installers ranging from $4,000 to $9,000 for a new one. Some came and looked at the job before quoting a price and 2 just quoted a figure. We decided to go with one that came and looked. A couple of installers said as a rule the chimney and flashing would be replaced without even knowing the condition of the existing one. One even said that the AC part would be replaced as well. The lowest quote came from Airtech. They didn't need to replace the chimney or AC cooling unit and even relocated our 2 wire thermostat system to a new location with a 4 wire system. The techs arrived exactly on time, replaced the furnace and were finished and out the door in under 3 hrs. They were very professional and extremely good at their job. Total cost with labour and GST was under 5K. Kudos to AIrtech and their installers. We would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to replace their unit.
