If you want to add up grading on pet stains etc. you can choose. My cleaner was a real gentleman very hard-working, and articulate. He arrived a little early worked hard for two hours and then it was done and yes the carpets were nearly dry within two hours. There are so many competitors out there but I think this is a very good company.
