I'm not sure why the other person had a bad experience (it was 5 yrs ago though). I've used Dan's services 3 times in the past couple years. He does amazing work and the best prices in town. I'll definitely use him again. Highly recommend. read more

This company came to clean my basement suite. I was working and when I came home I still saw noticeable marks. My new tenant move in and felt the carpet was just not clean. Her mother rented a carpet cleaner and you would not believe how dirty the water was in all the rooms. What a difference it was like he did not even clean it.. read more

This person DOES NOT wear any kind of Hazmat suit and footwear when inspecting an apartment which…read moremay have a severe bedbug proplem. This person, on numerous occasions, has inspected several units (without protection) and wanted to enter other units to check for bedbugs (as per owner of building) after he has inspected bed bug units. He has also brought his young son with him (he doesn't enter the bed bug units), but waits outside the door. Then when this person leaves he may be carrying bed bugs with him (?????) Also, he doesn't have a sign on his truck naming his company. As per the owners request, he will return and spray infected units a couple of times a week. However, when he advises the tenant's unit is clear and may check the unit once or twice more. Now, for some of these units that are supposed to be "CLEARED", bed bugs have returned. I've never lived in a building with bed bugs, but have lived in a building with cockroaches (which are quite prevalent in Lethbridge). To date (after many years) the building still has the roaches. I have been told that it's hard to get rid of both these vermin, as both can transfer from unit to unit by getting in the hot water heating system (only when the heat is off), attaching to a visitor or person who has the bed bugs, which spreads them in hallways and others areas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for bed bug infestion and probably cockroaches. He may be good at mice and ant control but not the others.
