Great place to go if you lost your car key fob and need a replacement. Hieu sets the right expectations and helps you test everything before leaving the shop. Avoid going to the dealership where they'll ask you upwards to $500 to get your key replaced. He has OEM keys readily available and programs it to your car within minutes. Make sure you call first to set an appointment just in case he's not at the shop. Affordable pricing and very efficient. Also a great place to get your house keys copied. Highly recommend to anyone who needs another set of car keys. He has an option to pay through Zelle making it convenient.

When replacing your key fob for your car you quickly come to realize that the car dealership completely rips people off. They literally wanted to charge me $550. It's absolutely crazy but if you're desperate and don't know any better you'll fall into their trap and get striped of your hard earned money. I happened to find Hieu locksmith while I was spending the day in Westminster. Thank god I did because Mr Hieu and his son did a professional key replacement at a fraction of the price. The key itself was of higher quality than the original. He said that he could use the existing chip in the old fob ( as long as it wasn't damaged ) and refit it into the new key. He only charged me less than $30. I couldn't believe it. I did want an extra key so he did have to program that one and it wasn't all that much more. The honesty I experienced was truly refreshing to see and yes there are still honest people in the world. This place is worth any drive you need to take in order to get a new key. Thank you for the fast and friendly service you provided. I'll definitely come back anytime I need a replacement key.

I've gone here a couple times, and Chris was so helpful! I brought in the locks I needed to make keys of, and he was able to make keys in a few minutes. When I visited the store today, Chris wasn't available. His friendly wife told me to leave the lock and my phone number and Chris would call back once he's back from his job site. I was able to run a few errands then pick up the keys. The 5 keys were $13. I'm not sure if he takes card, so I'd bring cash just in case. read more

My brother lost his keys and after tearing up the whole house, I recommended him just to get new keys to save the stress! My partner's brother recommended Hieu locksmith. Hieu came to our rescue quickly and did a great job. Our grandson locked our bedroom door from the inside accidentally. We didn't even realize you could lock it! After my initial inquiry he came promptly and unlocked the door and then made new keys for a door that leads outside from the bedroom to the patio. After reaching out to 4 separate companies, i gave Christopher a call. He offered the lowest flat rate out of any of his competitors and told me he could be here within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Hieu because he arrived at our residence very quickly and his prices are very reasonable compared to so many others. My mom's Nissan Sentra had some key FOB programming issues. Stopped by here to have him re-program two key FOBS that were originally thought to be lost (and were thus "deleted" from the car's memory) Also had him cut the backup key on one of the FOBs to match the other two. Quick work, super fair and reasonable pricing. Did exactly what I asked him to do with no hassles or complications. Got me back on my day in under 20 minutes. Also replaced a watch battery for me! Got my key made for my 2012 Honda Accord. This locksmith was great. Super friendly and he tried really hard to use my transformer from my last key to make me an extra key. Since I used allot of super glue on it and tape it was very difficult but let me tell you he did not give up and he made It work. So not only did I get a new key with genuine Honda cover he made a key with my old transformer and made me a spare that works. Thanks so much. I've given his number out to many! I guess that with more people wearing running shoes, slides and not wearing "office" clothes & shoes , the demand for repair of quality long lasting leather shoes will fad into sunset. I guess "quality " does lead to obsolescence as the generations pass. It seems we tend to settle for the quick and easy for the sake of commerce and convenience. I'm glad for the experience of quality in the past but it's difficult to accept the mediocre that has been cropping up. Only wish that there was a greater appreciation for what happens when really good stuff occurs Well made does costs but the trade off is the need for patience Sorry I blathering again

Roman's is consistently great and has become my go to show repair. Their prices are so reasonable and the work is well done. Most recently I was with my daughter and the plastic heal on her shoes cracked and broke these are very comfortable shoes that she planned on wearing to on her vacation. This was on a Friday before a was booked for flight leaving at leaving 6:30 am on Tuesday. I took the shoes in and asked if was possible to get them on Monday. They said yes. I normally would mot ask for a rush, but they were so accommodating. I picked up the shoes they were ready and better than new with a rummer sole.

That alone would've been a win, but he took it a step further and met me at my office the very next morning. From the first message to having a fully working key fob in hand was about 12 hours. Super smooth, no hassle, and just a genuinely nice guy to work with. If you need a replacement key, save yourself the time and money and call Joe. Couldn't recommend him more.

I messaged about seven locksmiths about my Electric bike. The wife misplaced the key (don't tell her) and they all wrote that they "don't offer the service" Which is strange because it's a pretty standard lock nothing too complicated. I guess not too many people think outside of the box anymore. Anyhow, Christopher was awesome he agreed for me to bring it in and he spent about a half an hour working on it and made me a custom key. So grateful for his service because without it I would have a non-functional $900 paper weight. Thanks!! read more
