Ordered take out, they said it was ready after 20 min, So I drove there to pick it up. ONE HOUR AND 45 minutes Later i got my pizza. I was fuming! was asked if there is anything else??? Freaking yes take this pizza and shove up the managers! Take out should not take 105 + 20+ drive time, minutes to get! CRAZY! If you eat Hideaway dine in. Take out at the Yukon location is the worst i have ever read about or seen across the united states. read more

Sigh. I had great service from a bubbly teenager, but the food continues to be uninspired. The pizza is generic. I think they've tried too hard to please the masses and have missed the mark on what makes a truly good pizza. The pizzas are always over sauced, over cheese, and over topped. I'm all for simple pizzas with quality ingredients. The appetizers are fried from frozen. Probably the worst mozzarella sticks I've ever eaten. Don't even go near the sandwiches or pasta. I hope they improve the food quality because they've got service and large groups down. read more

Always great tasting, hot pizza! Our favorite food item to get though is the fried ravioli! It's a must try!

Hideaway Pizza is just fantastic Pizza. You just cannot go wrong here. When getting pizza from Hideaway, my go to's are the Pepperonipalooza(I just love me lots and lots of pepperonis!) and the Boz(which includes Hideaway Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Bacon, Pepperoni, Sausage, Jalapeño, & Red Bell Pepper). While the pizzas are down right fantastic(including the Sauce amount in the pizza, which is a huge thing for me!) I cannot finish this review without mentioning their amazing fried mushrooms! Now...I do not typically eat mushrooms...at all. In fact I will spend way too much time picking them out of other meals...BUT! Put a a plate of fresh, hot Hideaway Fried Mushrooms in front of me and I might knock out the whole plate! They are amazing! I can't quite explain how impressive it is to me that someone who does not eat mushrooms will willingly inhale these Fried Pieces of perfection! If you don't order these while visiting Hideaway, you are missing out! read more

Hideaway Pizza - Prime Rib Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Yukon, Oklahoma

First off, I want to acknowledge that our visits to this particular Hideaway have been "meh" at best. Typically it's okay. Not bad. But not great. My wife is one of those picky people who ALWAYS requests extra sauce, yet rarely receives it. This place has always had to remake every single pizza of hers, every single time. However. This visit? Above and beyond. We ordered delivery through a third-party delivery service as neither of us wanted to leave once we got home. This is the same third-party service we use regularly. Granted, it is hit-or-miss most times, but I digress. We ordered two pizzas: one small with hamburger, red onion, and bbq sauce; one medium with hamburger and I quote, "extra heavy red sauce". Our order was placed and delivered within an hour or so. I opened my box, (the small), and it looked fine. Opened wife's box, and wouldn't ya know it? Completely wrong. It was cheese on very light bbq sauce. Nothing like we wanted. I opened the app and compared it to the receipt. I wasn't crazy - I DID order what she wanted... but what was on the receipt was NOT correct. I sent the thingy about having an issue with my order to the third-party service, but we went ahead and called the restaurant anyway. The young lady who we spoke with was very kind and explained that they are not affiliated with the service but she remembered our order because a woman ordered it, but then called back to cancel. Huh? We are looking at our pizzas so I explained a man dropped it off but it was incorrect, yada yada. I just wanted to make them aware. Then she tells me that our pizzas are actually there. Our CORRECT pizzas. So she says she's going to have me speak to the manager. Manager gets on the line, I explain it, and I asked if I can just come get the correct one, which I will pay for, we just want dinner at this point and it's already made... she offers to remake it for FREE. That was totally unexpected but so considerate of them. TL;DR - Hideaway made an issue right that wasn't on them. I appreciate the customer service they showed this evening. BIGLY! read more

Pizza's and service is as good as it gets for a pizza joint. Actually, once you eat at Hideaway Pizza, you will not want to go back to your 'ol pizza joint. read more

Love this place. I have been to 3 locations and each is wonderful. Love the stuffed mushrooms and the fried mushrooms the salads are amazing. Everything is good. read more

Best pizza I have found, get the fried pickles and fried mushrooms. The salads are fresh and amazing. Salads are my favorite here because of the variety and with the house vinaigrette you can't go wrong. Booths are comfortable and atmosphere is amazing read more

Average taste and quality. Nothing spectacular but it will do in a pinch - I would rate it the same as Pizza Hut tho.

By far the worst experience I've had at any place up in okc. I normally over look the accidents or wrong orders. But from the moment I walked in with my family. We were treated as second class citizens. The hostess didn't want to book a reservation for 8. He told us it was an hour and fourth four mins. We said ok cause we were still waiting. Once they sent us the message. We walked in. Before we could walk 2 mins inside from where our cars were parked they gave our reservation away. They split us between two tables, got our orders wrong, and completely ignored us. I normally tip half bill and have never left a review before. I made a new yelp account just because the terrible service here. If you are a conservative, and have conservative values. This place is not for us. That was the main reason for the behavior I do believe. Several customers came in after us and were taken care of before us. read more

Great Hideaway in Yukon. We were there for a special event and everything was great! We loved all the craft beers and the Bratza pizza! It was a fall special, so if you missed it, be sure to order it when it comes out next year. We tried Da Bomb for the first time and it didn't disappoint. It's sweet and savory. Definitely get the fried mushrooms, they can't be beat! read more

Pizza had no pizza sauce no taste. It was pretty awful. For what my family paid it was disappointing. Advice given don't eat there.

Excellent variety of yummy pizzas. Appetizers are good also. Even the salad was good (though iceberg). Overall a good little pizza chain for groups large and small. They even have beer which is nice. read more

The fried mushrooms are sooo good! They give you a lot for the half order, and the small Greek salad was so big I had my pizza to go. I had the Capone, it was great, the crust was superb. The service was the best and their sweet tea rocks. Lives up to the billing, this place is top notch read more

Food was great, service was great the first time but the next time we went it wasn't that special. Got there Bloody Mary and I would recommend getting it. Also got their margarita pizza. It is was delicious. read more

The second best Pizza in Oklahoma needs a salad bar. We had a pizza called Pizza of the Gods it is the best alternative to red sauce great Alfredo is the best . Service is done with pride good job staff, waiters, waitresses, cooks. The restaurant was clean and the table's were so clean, some could take a lesson from from Hideaway Pizza. read more

I like their unusual flair for pizza. I mean, who wants boring pepperoni or cheese pizza anyway? Tonight we started with the 50/50 which is a half order of mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms. Yummy! We ordered The Xtreme pizza with extra jalapeños and green chilies. Their hand tossed crust was perfectly cooked, surprising since our pizza was loaded with ingredients! We like that they are always consistent in their product. Service is usually on the slow side. Tonight we got our pizza pretty quickly (usually a long wait) but our waitress had to be flagged when our drink order was wrong. We are used to this but we come back because the food is that good. read more

This is my all time favorite pizza place to go to ! The staff is always so nice, the pizza is always good. I've never had any problems with any services or products. I do wish they would bring back their fried raviolis, that would be only only complaint. read more

What is better than having a hideaway in Yukon? Having it right next door to work :) They have been open for a few days, that would be my guess as the servers and the managers are still trying to get everything figured out. I foresee this place getting packed al the time, so it might be a good idea to beat the crowds and get there early or towards the end of the lunch break. Can't wait to come here with my friends and have desserts after work. You gotta love Hideaway! read more

Four medium pizzas, fried mushrooms and pickles is not worth over $77. The pizzas were just... ehh. I'm a thin crust kind of girl but the regular crust was better than the thin. They all had burnt spots on the bottom. The fried mushrooms weren't done all the way and some of the breading was gooey. The pickles were the only good thing of this meal. read more

Pizza is okay. Not a fan of the boneless wings which are more like a better version of mcnuggets. Not at all what I was expecting.

Best pizza around! Pricy compared to your other options. I guess you get what you pay for! Pizza 5 stars. Pricy -1. Would recommend.

Fried mushrooms are awesome. Service is not very good. Waited 45 min for one medium pizza, a corn dog and two baked pasta dinners. Server asked if we wanted our plates cleared then waited for us to hand them to her. Pasta was hard and sat under food lamp for too long. Go to the Edmond restaraunt instead. read more

So the food is excellent. The only reason we keep coming back. But the last few months the service has been pretty bad. We usually get to go or curbside, and they don't have it ready until 30 minutes AFTER they said it would be ready. Sometimes 45 minutes. And half the time our order was also wrong. They'd fix it but, of course that required more time. I hate that it's like this because their pizza is a family favorite but I think we are done here. read more

This pizza and their wings were delicious! We were originally going to another restaurant close by but this restaurant had amazing service and we were seated immediately. They have great lemonade pie and they were quick to check on us and bring us anything we needed. Definitely go here for a great meal! read more

Love this Hideaway! Always sit in the bar where I'm greeted by the local bartender, Taylor! She's always friendly and prompt! Food and drinks are always on point, highly recommend! read more

First time here. Just passing through. I may crave this pizza when I get back home. It was cooked nicely, and the cheese was golden. The hand tossed crust has less calories than thin crust according to the menu. It was very good!! The salad and ranch dressing were very yummy as well. The staff members were polite and attentive. The place was clean. read more

This was our first visit to Hideaway and will not be our last! We arrived at 6pm for the two of us and no wait. Our waitress was FAB and was able to suggest some drinks. The happy hour is great 1/2 off drinks! We got the Capone and the roasted garlic on the pizza was delicious! If you get a chance I would definitely recommend hideaway for not only the great pizza but the excellent service as well! read more

I love how they help you make choices, and are very good with kids. Food is excellent!

Ordered to go last night. How do you mess up a pepperoni pizza? Especially if that's what you're known for. Shoulda gone to gone to Pizza Hut for this quality ... dry, stingy on the topping. Oh well. read more

Another updated review. Went to the bar and Kali took care of us. If you like beer so cold it frosts in the glass this is your place. The wedge salad is delicious and the pizza was great. Bar service with Kali is perfect. Hideaway is doing a great job! Happy to write a new review today because the experience today was great. Kali at the bar was awesome and we had great food with absolutely no wait. With a different experience the last time it seems this location has done some changes to make their experience better and we saw the change tonight. Very happy with our meal! Just finished our meal and I must say there is a lot of work to be done in this location. When there is an over 45 minute wait with multiple tables open, that is a major problem. When there are 3 hostesses but no one to bus tables, that is also a problem. The food was mediocre. My sons dessert was burnt, and we had to remind the waiter to bring it to us. Please work on your no wait app and yelp app. Open tables with angry customers leaving equals lost revenue. Will probably go to another pizza place for our next pizza dinner. read more

We love Hideaway! We have eaten at many of the locations and have never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and service is great! Our favorite pizza is Da Bomb - featuring pepperoni, pineapple, basil, and a delicious balsamic glaze. The fried pickles are fantastic and recently we tried a new pizza that has become our favorite- The Pollinator! This pizza has two meats I believe, a garlic sauce, banana peppers, and it is drizzled with honey! It is a great mix of sweet, salty, and spicy; even better with crushed red pepper flakes on top! read more

We had a great evening. Plenty on tap at Hideaway. We always sit at the bar because the bartenders are super. We got a half Bratza pizza with half Paradise pie. Kali and Tayler (bartenders) were awesome and it was Kali that strongly recommended the Bratza (if you like bratwurst and sauerkraut). I was glad she encouraged my hubs to step out and try something new! Great service and great food tonight. read more

Awesome flavor. Love the pesto sauce. Crispy thin crust. Fresh veggies and flavorful meats. Highly recommend when you're in Yukon.

Best pizza anywhere! Not skimpy on ingredients and the salads are always ice cold and fresh.

Excellent food. Get there early to get a table. Many TVs with sports. Very consistent food preparation and tastes.

Bad Receptionist in this place. I love to always give free advertisement on every restaurants we ate at, I have been observing the moment we waited for our table, the receptionist bypassed us twice. They accommodated the good looking guy with party of 4 first before us. When I checked where they seated them it was a booth where me and my family (party of 5) can seat all together in that booth, I have little kids we can all fit in that table. When they finally gave us our table it was the same exact size of table and just gave us an extra chair for the 5th person in my party. How rude! I felt like we were being snobbed because we are just the only Asian people in the restaurant that time. Racist maybe? I hope not, but the service was really bad! read more

Hideaway Pizza - Bad Service that ruined our entire visit. - Pizza Near Me - Yukon, Oklahoma

We were planning a birthday dinner for my son and called and asked them about reserving a room for 15 people. No problem they set us up for 7 pm and asked us to get there a little early so they can get everything set up. They don't take reservations??? Even though they had our name written down on the counter and we could see it... My husband was upset and called me and the first person REFUSED to even speak to me about it then finally someone came on the phone and tried to explain they don't take reservation (even thought they did) Offered NO apology did NOTHING to try and ease the situation just stated we will get you in about an hour and a half from now. What kind of costumer service is this???? I have never worked in the restaurant biz but a hearty apology and I will get you guys in as fast as I can and buy you a desert or SOMETHING!!!!!! He gladly let us leave and could of cared less. TERRIBLE Manager the girls at the front were no better. If you must go to Hideaway go to the city or downtown NOT HERE! read more

I wouldn't give a star if I didn't have to. I don't recommend this branch to anyone. The service is very poor. I have gone there a handful of times and I think they messed the order up every time. The waitress argued with us when we were served the wrong pizza. Then she was extremely crappy the rest of our visit. We did get our appetizer for free but we left mad and hungry by the time we received the right pizza. read more

Great food and amazing staff makes this Hideaway location stand out! Really enjoyed our visit to this location! Updated building/decor help to distinguish this Hideaway from the one I frequent in Bricktown, though as-expected, the real secret-sauce of this experience came from the world-class service provided by Matt E. We've all seen it before: husband and wife roll into an establishment with noisy toddlers in-tow. Patrons from across the room wait in horror, wondering anxiously if the obnoxious mess-makers will be seated next to them. (I'm painting a picture of MY family entering the restaurant, mind you). After being seating by the hostess and being introduced to our server, Matt, nearly the first words out of his mouth were, "My only rule about having kids eating at the table is that you don't worry at all about making a mess!" Pure class, thanks Matt. :) Just before departing us to gather our drinks, he paused to hand some cracker packets to our children. Waiting for food to arrive is one of the more difficult aspects of restaurant visits with the kids, and leaving us with something to nibble on in the interim was a God-send. Small detail but worth mentioning, the bathroom at this Hideaway looks really sharp. Classy tile throughout (love the accent band with the glassy/metalic earth tones) and interesting (read:unique) Dyson faucets, with hand-dryers built into fixture which I had not experienced before. Finally, the foot-operated door handle (seen at all Hideaway location bathrooms, best of my knowledge) is a germ-freak's best friend, and communicates to me that the owners of this establishment understand and value cleanliness/minimizing cross-contamination of germs. The rest of the experience was pretty typical of a Hideaway: piping hot appetizer followed closely by my favorite pizza on the planet! Seriously, it's great! Check was delivered promptly, followed by to-go drinks courtesy of server Matt. *One more tiny, ultra-classy detail: for our to-go drinks, rather than dumping straws on the table, Matt pulled the two-step, "unwrap the straw without touching the straw" maneuver. Have I told you yet? Matt E. is world class. So while office proximity dictates that the Bricktown location is my "regular," my wife and I are hopeful that we can soon relocate to the Yukon area and enjoy this gem on a more regular basis. For the time being though, we may have to make the hour drive semi-regularly. *Hear that Shawnee restaurants? The quality of food service is so poor in your area that my family will make an hour drive to enjoy better dining experiences. Take note and make changes! Thanks again Matt E., for the excellent service! -Adam, Hilary, Payton & Coleman read more
